sis angiejune19 you may want to check 7ten5, sila pinaka affordable na nakita ko. and sobrang nice kausap si Sir Lowell. although may nabasa na din akong 1 nega review regarding sir lowell's punctuality. late yata sa meeting hanggang nagpa-cancel na lang yung bride. yun lang naman so far ang nabasa kong di okay regarding sa kanya

Medyo mahirap nga to set a meeting with Ayie as they are overbooked, and Im a busy person too 1 month ago ko na siya binook for partial coord pero hindi pa rin namin mafinalize ang meeting sched namin..  Pero ok lang matagal pa naman ang wedding ako, and mabilis naman sya magreply sa messages ko. But I am hoping that they will perform well on my wedding day dahil yun naman ang mas important sa amin siguro naman sanay na sanay na sila dun kahit nakapikit pa hehe

Hi sis juyjuy nameet ko na si sir lowell yesterday. He is nice nga though wala daw sila binibigay na madaming checklist guide kasi they want daw na they know it by heart. And the rates!! Super like! Hahaha to good to be true nga.. hahahaha malaking factor talaga kapag mura.. specially for us kasi we alot na big chunk of our budget sa caterer, photo/video eh.. honestly, most of the coors ive met seems very pro na in the business. Its just a matter of what I want talaga.. hahaha stress!

I was part of the entourage of the wedding of my friend last Saturday. The OTD Coord was Jody Liwanag. All I can say is, her services were definitely not worth the price. The performance of Jody and her team was meh at best. They were very scarce and hard to find during the preparations and the ceremony. They were not at the forefront and definitely not on top of every situation. Good thing the bride, her guests and her entourage were all very self-sufficient, resourceful and had the initiative to attend to problems and issues encountered during the event. I would say that we did more than half of the work for Jody and her team, which should've been the other way around. Two thumbs down, definitely. Bleh.

^Oh my!! I was considering booking Jody Liwanag also. At first she replied quite quickly. But then, I was setting up a meeting with her and it took her almost a month to respond. So I was really turned off by that and crossed her off my list.

I ended up with Ruby Ines of Celebrations Event Specialists and I have had no regrets. In fact, she is one of my favorite suppliers so far. She responds promptly and clearly to my questions even if my wedding is more than a year away and I only got her for OTD service. She is in the same price range as Jody too, but worth it so far. Of course, my wedding isn't done yet, but she's done weddings of some friends who are happy with her.

7ten5 brides magpm kayo sa mga clients nila on fb... madami nagreply saakin nuon kaya nanalig ako sa kanila... actually may mga sablay sa wedding namin pero kasalanan naman namin ng husband ko yun .. at naayos naman ng 7ten5 lahat of course on time hehe.. siguro kung madami pakami budget don din ako sa kilalang kilala na.. pero sobrang sulit lang talaga at happy kami... saka brides should be o.c. dapat lahat ng gusto nyo nga dapat naitext or naemail nyo na sa otd as in lahat lahat

Finally! After meeting up with lots of coordinators and inquiring with even more, we finally settled on one na we super jived with, plus within our budget pa.

Try meeting up with Marj Dizon of A Magical Event, you won't regret it. Her experience comes across when you talk to her kaya magkaka-peace of mind ka. Plus I can feel na kaya niya magtaray sa other suppliers if needed.

Hi mga sis, I just want to share yung experience ko as a guest sa wedding I have attended recently. The name of the coordination team is Passionevents and wala pa yata ako nabasa about them dito sa GT pero if ikakasal ako ulit like renewal of vows hehe sila kunin ko. I asked the newlyweds if yung host is from the WC team din and when I found out na yes same team sila natuwa ako kasi ang galing both, kaya din siguro synced and madali sila magkaintindihan kasi isang team lang pala. Walang nasayang na time and very organized ang event. Kahit may konting technical issues ang p/v supplier nila that time ang bilis ng workaround ng wc at emcee na ma divert ang attention ng guests instead na maghintay maayos yung ipepresent sa projector. I also noticed na tinapos ng guests ang event walang nag uuwian agad kasi enjoy lahat, very lively at nakakatawa in a professional manner. Maski mga punchline ng host okay din. Parang may backup games silang ready if magkaron ng delays or gaya nun tech problem. Kaaliw din kasi may special number pa na pinagawa yung host sa family ng couple kaya ayun nasurprise ang couple at natuwa. Presentable ang look ng wc team especially ng emcee. They came ready and well prepared at kitang kita sa couple na stress-free on the day.

Got 7ten5 Events as my OTD wedding coordinator. Dito ko lang din nabasa about them from sis donya_dyosa. Sila ang may pinakamababang offer sakin sa lahat ng napagtanungan ko. P10,500 with host, pero since Tagaytay wedding kami plus 5k OOT fee (pero binigyan ako ng discount ni Sir Lowell!  )

@ sis Juyjuy: You're welcome sis. Share ko lang din exp ko with Lowell nung magmimeet up palang kami. Na-cancel yung una kasi nagpapalit ako ng date of meeting. Tapos yung next naman na-cancel kasi nagkaroon sya ng conflict sa sched nya. Actually ang daming beses nacancel kasi ang dami ko na din inaasikaso nun sa maraming bagay plus may work pa ako, nagkakaconflict talaga sa sched. Pero nung finally nagmeet kami, hindi po sya nalate. Pati nung mismong wedding ang aga nila dumating ng team nya.

@ sis yannuh: Ok naman po ang performance ng team. Hindi ko nga alam na super aalalayan nila ako, as in may naka-assign pala talaga parang PA for the wedding day. Hindi ko na rin kasi binasa yung inclusions sa contract, ang naisip ko nalang mura at walang negative reviews hahaha. Si Sir Lowell mas OC pa sya kesa sakin, may checklist sya at maaga pa lang tinatanong na nya ako ng mga bagay bagay na kailangan kaya maaga palang alam na namin yung wala at yung mga dapat magawan ng paraan. Stressed out and haggard na ako nun kaya maraming bagay na kami yung may pagkukulang, sabi ko kay Lowell sya na lang bahala. Buti na lang ang bait nya, naging maayos naman ang lahat.

To add to astarte's review, I discovered Passionevents din online and asked my suppliers. 2 have worked with them na and sobrang okay daw, plus they're still very affordable as they're quite new in the business. Inquired with them nga and they responded promptly, kaso we decided to go with Marj Dizon in the end.

Yep passionevents is relatively new in the biz so affordable rates pa and maganda ang inclusions. Most probably we'll get them for my parents' 38th wedding anniversary this year.

SMA seems to be very organized and OC for her price. I met her personally, she was very pleasant to talk to as well. Just be careful because she has a LOT of clients already which means less focus on each wedding. May binabagayan din siyang clients; some find her suggestions off or corny. So it would be best to really meet her first. Overall, for me she is a far better option than Events by Thoffy (medyo sabog e)
