OTD Wedding Coordinator (Part 3)

We're getting Get Gorgeous Events and Concepts. Feel ko it's still too early to book our OTD. We'll be meeting with them this weekend, and then the next personal meeting is October na lol. November wedding namin.

^in my experience kasi sis madali talaga mabook otd. Like ktg I inquire to them Jan 2014 for my Feb 2015 wedding booked na sila even some suppliers madali mabook kahit 1 year pa bago wedding

Actually girl, its not too early.  Just pray na the OTD coordinator you want is still free in March hehe... I'm a June 2016 bride, and I inquired sa Kiss the Girls last January pa just after the bridal fair, and they told me that they were already booked on the day of my wedding.  Eh yung wedding ko falls on a weekday pa hehe. 

Mga options ko before were:

Joed See Events - I witnessed their OTD service last December during my friends wedding, they were good.  Kung may glitches man, minor lang.  May nasira na gown before the event started, buti na lang they were prepared. hehe. They are an 8-man team, and yun lang their fee is 27k, plus OOT charges are not included, kaya I had to let them go  

I am now with Ayie of Imbitado Events, and so far eh hindi pa naman ako nagsisisi.  Before booking her, I did some backreading, and was impressed with all the praises for her, kaya I booked her team for my OTD services

I also got Imbitado. Sila din emcee. Sabi ng lead singer na nakuha ko super Ok din daw maghost ng Imbitado. 
Though i also inquired sa KTG, Princess Aplle, Memento events, Madami naman din praises kina Imbitado.

Actually sis i doubt that this is the actual case for Kiss The Girls. Nag inquire din ako sa kanila early last year for my november 2015 wedding and i didn't even tell them the exact date ha. And they told me the same thing -- na booked na sila. Ewan ko lang pero ang labo naman yata nun. Parang imposible din naman silang booked buong November as in everyday, na hindi man lang nila kinconfirm ang exact wedding date namin. Ewan ko nalabuan lang ako.

In fairness to KTG, they asked me naman when is  the actual date of my wedding.  That was when they told me that they were already booked.  Nevertheless, it's alright, I have Ayie of Imbitado events as emcee and as my OTD coordinator.  I have no problems with her so far. And based from past ratings of past brides here in GT, all of them were happy.  I will be meeting with her soon, thus we can iron out what needs to be ironed out.  From then on, eh di we'll see.

may mga ganitong issues pala, ni isa coordinator wala pako nakakausap. mga sis kasi may nabasa ako dati na tips for choosing suppliers, wag daw yung masyadong busy para may time pa, yung iba kasi book lang ng book para kumita, compromise naman yung service. gusto ko sana yung OTD supplier may limit yung bookings like 1 per week lang, meron kayang ganon?

Sis. Example lang ha, i know na ang imbitado events e strictly one event per day talaga. Ayie mentioned that to me. Kasi, gusto nilang "focused sa program mo". Although may team A at Team B yung iba, hindi naman ibig sabihin e hindi sila focused. Nagkataon lang na mas madaming manpower yung isang Group. hehe. KTG has 2 groups ata or 3. So ayun. hehe. Read their feedbacks sis. Sayang kasi kung nagdown payment na tapos retract ka and change Group.

i see, may different teams pala sis. gusto ko sana yung isang team lang. team S lang palagi..hihi! kahit sa ibang suppliers, sana yung original team lang para sure na magagaling, though that is not always the case din naman, i would still prefer that.

Some coordinators have a limit on the number of weddings they can accommodate in a week. For example: if they already have a booked event on a Saturday, they might not accept an event on the Friday and Sunday of that week. This gives them more time and effort to focus on that booked event for Saturday.

Hi sis czarina1987!  SMA is my OTD and they only accept a maximum of 4-5 bookings in a month.  I've also shorlisted Imbitado & Infinite events by Mr. & Mrs pero at the time na nag-inquire ako sa kanila which was in April of 2014, hindi pa daw open calendar nila for 2016.  So naghanap ako ng iba and found SMA through GT.  So far happy naman ako with Sheena

It can be because full na ang November 2015 nila, no matter what your date would be. Some of coordinators kasi set limits on the number of their events for the month. Alam ko recently sa SMX fair, they won most booked in the coordinators category.. kaya baka talagang booked na sila ..
