^i see.. Oo nga sis, saka sayang yung kikitain ng pera hehe.

It's been a week already, wala pa ako balita sa COP.

^sis ako I opened last Monday, after cut-off then my cop was given to me last Friday when I went again and opened a savings account. Sakto Lang daw ang punta ko or they would have mailed it.

Nagkataon din na may CNY celebration sila. Instead na bumunot ako for giveaway, the officer just gave me a pouch and umbrella hehe. So far, happy with their service. Sana Lang my investment with them will be worth it. Cause I took some of my savings from BPI at nilagay ko sa Kanila :)

^for those who have experienced redeeming, it's per COP and not on how many units you want to redeem?

For example:
Initial Investment:100k -1 COP
Second Investment: 100k - COP

When you redeem, you will redeem 1 COP kahit you want to get sana 50k lang but the value of your investment in one COP is more than 100k? Unlike sa BPI, sa online redemption you will specify how many units/how much you want to redeem.

Then it gets credited to your CASA or nominated settlement account. No need to go to the branch and sign anything?

D nako nakatanong masyado last Friday kasi 5pm na kami nakapunta sa Branch. Buti pinapasok kami to open accounts.

Re Gold, do they also offer Platinum outright for new accounts?

guys, redemption is per cop. if 100k ang investment mo in 1 cop, even if you want to redeem only 50k worth, need i-out yun buong investment. that's why if magpeplace ka pa lang and big amounts ang involved, better to make separate placements like if 500k yan, divide mo into 5 placements, 5 cops din ang makukuha w/ 100k worth of navpu each. para kung magredeem ka ng 100k, only 1 cop will be affected, the rest tuloy tuloy lang ang placement.

now as to signing anything during redemption, if you redeem via the branch (meaning in person), you'd be required to sign a bank form to signify your permission to redeem the cop. pero if the cop is already enrolled via sbol (securitybankonline), you can redeem na via online. no need to sign anything at the branch, basta confirm redemption lang via sbol, then make-credit na lang yun amount sa settlement account mo after a required number of days.

^thanks sis.

Would it also mean different account numbers for your investment? Or one account (the one that you will also add to your SBOL) can have multiple COPs?  If you top up pala thats one COP per top up din? And say you need lesser amount than the value of your COP, after youve redeemed the full COP, you will just reinvest the remaining amount for a different COP naman?

I tried calling the hotline today, d nila masagot. They referred me to my branch na sa Monday pa open.

^One savings account or settlement account is all that's needed for multiple COPs. Yes, you are given a new certificate each time you buy units of the fund. After redeeming a COP, you can reinvest the amount you don't need, but the latest NAVPU will be used to calculate your reinvestment. Good if the NAVPU is low, but sayang if your original investment was at a lower price.

Pwede din. Another COP (transaction reference) lang for every top up. If you averaged all your COPs, PCA na din.  Yun nga lang, if you withdraw, you have to withdraw all the COPs para  maapply talaga ang PCA.

@heartfortress, the person you talked to is clueless.
mapa view ng gains, add more to your existing fund at
mag redeem.

Ang hindi lang ata pwede is if you want to invest on a fund
where you are not currently invested in. You have to visit
a branch for that.

Thanks sis shobe17 and mxherr5. Another question po, if mag open ako ng account with no maintaining balance at maginvest ng 10k sa uitf (na di ko makikita online) tapos one day gawing account with maintaining balance na, pwede ko na ba makita online yung nauna kong ininvest? Thanks!
