^^ It will be a long and tiring day for your Suppliers, try your best to provide rice meals, ok ang bread for snacks during their breaks. Silogs are always a good idea.  ;)

Thank you sis! pero kung 7am ang call time need pa rin ba magprovide ng breakfast or snack na lang?

^^ Yes Sis, hehe kasi bumyahe pa Suppliers mo ng say 4 or 5AM makarating lang on time sa hotel, so I think common courtesy naman na magprepare ka ng maayos na breakfast with coffee, di naman sila kumakain sabay sabay, parang early brunch na din yun.

Ako sa 2PM ko na wedding, nagprepare ako ng rice meals for breakfast and rice meals again for lunch, I assumed na kakain sila before and after the preps, kasi ang kasunod na na kainan is cocktail hour sa reception and then the actual wedding dinner.

Medyo above and beyond ang pagod at effort ng Suppliers so wag natin sila gutumin haha! Mas ok na magprepare ka ng heavy meals, if you're looking out on your budget, hanap ka nalang murang crew meals, or bilangin maige head count para di magexceed.

Nagrange yan from around 100-200 Php per pack.

Just want to ask you girls if you have a specific budget per head for your supplier meals? Example merong suppliers na may meal allowance requirement. With that, what's your style in lessening the meal provision?

Any tips will do, really. Thanks in advance!  :)

If for the day, pwede na siguro 500 per head (Lunch, snacks, dinner). :) 100 pesos yung snacks pero cheaper sa Packed Gourmet ang snacks kesa mag cash. :D

It will depend din sa time of arrival nila kasi kung maaga you need to give them pa for breakfast. :o

How many packed meals should I prepare for for a 3pm wedding:

a. Coordinators (3 each person?);
b. Photo/Video (3 each?);
c. HMUA (1 or 2 each?);
d. Stylist [if not covered in package] (???)

Hello ladies! Anyone here had a morning wedding? Please do share your crew meal suppliers. Haven't started looking for one pero I have a b2b friend na morning din ang wedding. Nahihirapan daw sya makahanap ng crew meal supplier who can deliver by 5am.

Prep hotel will be at Calle Industria, near Eastwood. Thank you!

Hello Ladies!

How many meals should we provide ba usually?  3pm wedding ceremony namin. Depende ba sa calltime nila?

Ok na ba like sandwich and coffee/milo for brekky
packed meals or Ambers for lunch?
Or kelangan may dinner pa rin?

Or brunch + dinner nalang?

Pls share naman your experiences

Thanks a lot! :)

Hi, Sis! 2pm wedding kami. :) kahit nagsabi nun ang coord namin na lunch na lang iprovide sa kanila, bilang makulit kami, nagprovide pa rin kami kahit paano ng bfast for the teams na nandun na kailangan maaga (i think mcdo bfast meals lang yun).
Then we provided their lunch (Packed meal - 1 rice, 2 ulam)
and last [textspeak!] dinner :)

Or brunch + dinner nalang?

Pls share naman your experiences

Thanks a lot! :)
