Food for Suppliers on Wedding Day PART 2

We got Packed Gourmet for our hotel food supply.  It was easy and fast transaction. They prepared and deliver our crew meal very well. Going to the bride, groom and entourage rooms to deliver the meals. It was good service and quality food. Everyone was satisfied!

MRS.GO can you send me their rates or at least a rough estimate on how much you spent? Gusto ko sana 3 meals (breakfast/lunch/light snack) for 60 pax. I want to know kung roughly magkano dapat ko iallot na budget. TIA  Best wishes!

So so glad we got Amber for our preps/family and crew meal for reception.

We got rice, bbq, lumpia shanghai & chicken lollies. It was quite filling at only Ph105!
Its boxed very neatly and doesnt look cheap at all.

I think my suppliers loved me for this! 3 viand na yan with Pichi pichi pa

Amber delivers just not sure if abot sa tagaytay. They have alabang and bacoor branch in the south.
The dishes are not easily spoiled naman since not masarsa, except for the pichi pichi

I had a meeting with my WP. She said for the evening crew meal, they'll eat na lang leftover from the buffet.

Kasi based on her experience with the caterer/venue excessive yung amount of food kasi lagi silang may allowance of 5% ng number of guests and generous talaga yung amounts. And initial projection ko ng guests under ng minimum ng package.

Has anyone done a similar arrangement? Worry ko lang baka maubusan ng food.

We got Sincerity for the crew meals. It is 1 cup rice, pansit, chicken and asado or lumpiang shanghai for 100 pesos. I think mabigat naman siya because we ate this din before the ceremony. minimum order is 30 for free delivery.  They call it Bento Express.

^ we got Packed Gourmet as well! Sabi ni hubby super sarap daw, di ko natikman kasi super high ako that day dahil sa wedding haha! Very presentable din yung mga nag deliver. And very professional sila ka-transaction. Nagkaroon lang ng small problem with our hotel kasi bigla pina open yung luggage tas nakita yung mga sandwich, good thing nagawan ng paraan ng OTD namin.

^^@pinkmoscato: Packed gourmet is really good. Very professional and easy to deal with. The food came very nicely packed. Big portions. And looked really yummy (though I wasn't able to eat it haha. My entourage liked it, though).

Just a  tip for those bringing food into hotels, that I learned from Packed Gourmet:  They bring the meals in luggage, so it looks discreet, AND instead of passing through the lobby, they went through the basement (to avoid the x-ray machines)! Genius, haha.

hmmm dont rely on it, unless super laki ng guests fallout mo. what if may dumating na extra guests? kung 3-5pax lang ok lang yan but how many crew meal do you have?

^ Solid ang guest numbers namin because it's a DW. Walang last minute drop in. You also have to be a guest to get into the venue. There's a list.

Baka we will just get crew meals kasi our guest numbers have increased. Dati over kami (38 guests vs 50 minimum).

Hi Ladies! It's a little early pa pero I just want to ask lang. Our wedding is in Angelfields at 4:30 PM, so our suppliers will definitely arrive in the morning especially the Coordinator, HMUA, and Event Stylist. Usually ba, breakfast, lunch, and dinner ang crew meals? And do you have any recommendation within Tagaytay area? I haven't asked my coordinator yet, hehe just wanna have lang advanced information.

^Lunch and dinner lang sis 3pm wedding kami pero we prepared snacks for them (in my case tuna sandwhich tapos mineral water)
