Grabe pala din ang gastos for the crew meal noh? From Lunch, Snacks (Mas okay na meron since ito yung start ng work nila para di mshado magutom til dinner time) and Dinner.

K charge around 350 or 370 ata plus 10% for the crew meal. Any idea anong food ito? Medyo mahal din kasi eh.

^ Yes they're really expensive but you have the option to sort out crew meal suppliers or have home cooked meals but that would mean extra work. You can also opt out to have them delivered. Madami naman choices.

Sa sobrang dami ng food ni hizons during our wedding, naaccommodate nila lahat ng suppliers namin for dinner. Kaya sulit talaga. Laki ng natipid namin sa hizons, masarap pa lahat ng food nung wedding namin.

Hi girls! I've been thinking about the food for suppliers kahit next year pa ang wedding ko. Well, here are my concerns (for dinner crew meals)

- my venue is in a hotel, hence, crew meals are much more expensive so I am thinking of getting outside crew meals na lang din which based dito sa GT ay masasarap 
- however, I was advised that outside crew meals are not allowed to be eaten by the suppliers in the ballroom during the reception, (so i need to ask pa kung saan sila kakain if ever)
- now, my main concern is, kelan ba talaga kumakain ang mga suppliers? may mga kumakain ba talaga during the reception or baka before or after naman mostly so i have nothing to worry?

HMUA: After retouch ba? so pwede na siya kumain sa room?
P/V: before the grand entrance ba? or after the reception?
Musicians: I assume before the reception?
Coordinators: I have no clue? hehe
Emcee: After or before the program?

For my L/S, I will just give them food allowance.

Will be having a hotel reception as well, but I guess reasonable naman ang charge ng hotel for suppliers' meals. Its 250/head sa employee canteen nila, kung madami lang extra budget, isama nadin namin sa head count like some of our sissies here, but I think hinde naman na masama ang loob ng suppliers to have it sa canteen, at least they get to have a warm meal kesa naman packed lunch. This is another thing to consider din.

itskat: you coordinator will be able to help you re where the suppliers will take their meals. Here was the dinner breakdown of ours:

Dinner Crew Meals at main reception area: photographers, videographers, strings, coordinators, HMUA (they ate after the did my 2nd look),--host and DJ are friends so they are really guests

Dinner at reception venue canteen (parking area): lights and sounds, stylist's crew

My 1st wedding was at a hotel and sad to say, yes the crew meals are super expensive but we really had no choice. They will not serve outside food. Even if our hotel was across a mall (Makati Shang), we still did not let the suppliers leave to have dinner outside as it might take time before they get back, or they will not be able to run to the ballroom if ever they are needed ASAP. =(

Hi mga sis! Any reviews from packed gourmet gusto din namin sila kunin for crew meals my promo kasi sila with free delivery and 10% discount bale papatak ng 135 pesos per meal 

ok na kaya mga sis 2 cups of rice, main dish,side dish and bottle of water enough na kaya yun?

Usually sis if 3 pm ang wedding what time kaya dapat darating crew meal ng lunch and dinner? May time ba or alam na nila yun?

Pinakaafford na kaya sila at masarap din kaya?

June 2017 pa wedding namin ok lang kahit mag book na kami kaya? hehe!

^ok naman sis ang packed gourmet based sa reviews na nabasa ko about them, just make sure na pwede sa hotel ng wedding prep mo ang outside food with more than 20 pa ked meals kasi i think mahigpit ang mga hotels pagdating dito. I was also thinking of getting them but their minimum # of purchase to get the 10% off is amounting to 10k and above.. Hmm.. For lunch sis enough na ang 2 rice, 1 main dish, 1 side dish and 1 bottled water but my otd told me na sana 2 main dishes daw sa dinner kasi super pagod at gutom na sila kapag gabi. It's her opinion but tayo pa din naman ang masusunod sa huli ☺️☺️☺️

hi sis prettylove nag ask din ako about jan and sabi nila no need na 10K above para maka get ng 10%. I think for free delivery siguro yun sis if 10K above.
Pero hinuggle ko sis na since nextyear pa naman baka pwede na free delivery for both lunch and delivery haha! Sabi 300 pesos nalang daw  for dinner delivery kahit for toll gate and gas nalang daw yun

Nagbilang ako sis ng crew meal and for lunch 30 pax and for dinner 45 pax so aabot din ko ng 10K sis..plus food din natin for lunch baka mag dagdag din kami for us kahit ilan lang.

Nagmessage na ako sa hotel if pwede nga outside food I'll wait nalang sa reply nila kahit na nabasa ko na hindi naman strict sa hotel Bellevue for outside food! I hope so

^ I am also eyeing for Packed Gourmet! Just wondering kung sila na ba pinakamura? i heard about CCME but they said they don't reserve ng matagalan, meaning I should call a week before my wedding which is a little stressful on my part.

Honestly didn't think about crew meals before, hindi kasi uso sa Bulacan
Nagulat nga si h2b sa aabutin for this item sa list namin.

I talked to my coord about this and I mentioned na I am planning to get the food for lunch from Amber's (hmmm, cheese pich-pichi!) and she said na okay din naman daw. Food for the dinner na lang ang medyo nag-iisip ako.

For breakfast, we're planning to have finger food (my mom makes great egg sandwiches, yum!) and juice and bottled water ready kasi on-the-go lahat in the morning.

Ambers has very affordable packed meals starting at Ph70! I am ordering for preps meals & dinner meals
For my suppliers.

For the sisses that got their crew meals from Packed Gourmet, what dishes do you recommend? Is the solo meal sufficient or would you suggest that we get the upgraded meal with 2 main dishes?

Do most hotels allow outside food for suppliers?

Is 180 per head ok? Rice, ulam, softdrink and some dessert.

Our headcount is 24 for lunch and 19 for dinner. I only have to feed photogs, coordination team, drivers and HMUA.

^Depends on the hotel. Some (like makati shang) are super strict re. outside food. But some allow it (like Edsa Shang -- I heard you just have to bring it in discreetly, and they won't make a fuss).

P180 is not bad. I think you could find something cheaper though. I've only inquired with Packed Gourmet so far, but their set is P150 for 2 cups of rice, main dish, side dish (buttered veggies) and 500ml of bottled water.  Then it's P200 for 2 main dishes or 1 main dish plus dessert.

^Nice thread. Thanks for this. I will check Packed Gourmet. We're looking into suppliers of packed food din for the crew during preps in the hotel. Kasi 2:30 PM yung ceremony and as early as 8AM, nasa hotel na yung mga P/V and HMUA.
