We ordered from CCME for our prenup shoot. We had them individually pack the food. They did everything we requested and they arrived on time. We had food delivered for lunch and for merienda. So they delivered food to us twice. They're super affordable and very easy to transact with. I called their landline and transacted with them over the phone. We ordered roast beef, chopsuey, rice & brownies for lunch. Baked macaroni, empanaditas, and food for the gods for merienda. Food wasn't that good tho. I had high expectations kasi siguro because of all the positive feedback dito. Parang I wanna try The Walking Pantry naman for our prenup video shoot or lunch namin during the wedding. But their delivery fee to QC is too expensive na. 300 ata?

Consider the following:
During preps, hmua, coordinator, photo, video team - roughly 25 pax depending on the number of head per team. Reserve something for your designer if he/she will help you dress up.
Meals for team setting up at the church - florist/stylist and team, coords, musicians (depending on the time of the day) we had meals delivered at the church na lang since lunch time yon.
Meals for team at the reception venue (pre-event) - stylist, lights and sounds coz these are usually the first ones who arrives early to prepare.
During the event- lahat na, p/v, coords, host, hmua (if they will stay) l&s, photobooth, projector technician, musicians. we've booked plated meals through our caterer para less hassle.

Hello Mga Sis!

We got Packed Gourmet for our wedding 3 weeks ago. 150 per inidividually packed meal ang inorder namin with 2 rice na yun, 1 dish and 1 bottled water. Nakakabusog ang food. Dami, di ko naubos. Okay din ang taste.

Ang di ko lang nagustuhan is ang aga ng delivery nila-10 am for lunch. Sinabi sakin na umuulan kase nanigurado lang sila na makakarating sila on time. Naiintidihan ko naman pero ang lamig na nung food nung kinain namin.

Okay sila for those getting married around Cavite area. Mabilis din magreply sa emal.

all i know for now, if i wanted good photos, i should not starve my photo-video team

Does anyone have alternative crew meal suppliers that are Tagaytay-based other than Packed Gourmet? I find it medyo taga that their delivery fee is P700. Ilang meals nadin yun!

My total bill with them reached nearly 20k for lunch and dinner crew meals only.

^Naku sis thanks for the idea, akala ko walang oot fee ang packed gourmet since they're from imus lang or kung meron man maliit lang. Sayang, nasa short list ko pa naman sya for our crew meals. How about your caterer sis? Mahal ba sila?

Meron akong nabasa before blog ata yun somewhere na nakipag kontrata sila from one of the restos nearby in tagaytay to provide packed lunch meals for their suppliers, hindi ko lang maalala. Huhu! =(

^mahal nga delivery charge ng packed gourmet. sa Alabang 500 eh malapit lang Imus sa Alabang.

^Kaya nga, i didn't book them yet kahit set na ako what to order! Exag na P700. The only reason i was considering them is kala ok minimal delivery fee na. Silang, Cavite lang ako pero P700.

^^My caterer offers crew meals pero 350/head ata. Exag yun since i have like 60 suppliers to feed for both lunch and dinner! Plus plated daw, i want packed since we dont know what time they'll eat.

Still looking for other options!

^clarify that with kbyc, or maybe request na lang kung Di ba pwedeng iplate ang food when the supplier is ready to eat para at least mainit pa rin. Most suppliers would appreciate food parin coming from the caterer rather than packed ones. Otherwise, yung lunch, pwede sa ibang supplier, then dinner c/o caterer na lang.

^Thats why I plan to do. Lunch will be packed meals. But for Dinner, crew meals will be plated meals c/o caterer. It really is more expensive, pero nakakahiya kasi na packed meals will be served while all the other guests are eating plated meals.

Im serving the plated meals for coordinators, photo, and video.  But for my musicians, lights and sounds, and stylist crew-- baka Ill just give cash allowance. The cash allowance is cheaper than plated meals kasi. And they can leave naman the premises and come back, unlike the other suppliers.

Thing is... do we have to feed pa ba suppliers breakfast for an 8 am call time? I mean Ill have snacks there for anyone whos hungry-- but I wont na order heavy breakfast meals. I mean can't these suppliers eat breakfast before coming to me? Exagg naman if pati breakfast ako pa mag shoulder. Kailangan ko pa ba mag provide ng breakfast?
