Inquired sa Amber's and they deliver naman sa venue ko (Antipolo), with a delivery fee of 400php. OK na ba yun mga sis?

^sis, CCME has a website, dun mo na lang check ang prices. Medyo oldschool kasi sila.

If you want foodpacks, you have to customize it. Ikaw ang magsasabi what you want to include atsaka nila iquoquote how much. For us ang customized pack ko nasa P160 for lunch and around P200 for dinner. Parehong 2 viands, pancit, rice, tarts yun but depende kasi aling ulam. Magkakaidea ka alin ang mahal based on the per tray cost sa website.

You only have to call atleast a day before the event. Their delivery charge to Antipolo is p200.

Di ko kasi alam sis, baka yung combination na gusto ko eh lumagpas ako sa alotted budget ko so, yun sana gusto ko makakuha nung menu nila for packed meals.

How did you get their rates for the meals that you combined? Through phone lang kayo? Di naman uber lazy yung nag-a-assist? When I asked h2b to call them kasi sabi nya ang unaccommodating daw nung sumagot. :/

My sister got Q's Kitchen for packed meals, they served rice, 1 viand plus veggies with bottled water for 100.00 per pack. I got to know them sa office, thrice na sila nagserve ng food during gen meeting namin. Food is A+ okay as well as the presentation.

Tagaytay bride here mga sis pahelp naman.
I am torn between jhulian's catering (tanauan batangas based) and packed gourmet (imus cavite based) for my crew meals.
Yung rates nila ng food are almost the same.
The feedback is more positve sa packed gourmet and highly recommended din ng iba.
Ang iniisip ko lang, yung packaging.
Sa jhulian's kasi they will put it in a carton box, like yung sa jolibee. Whereas sa packed gourmet, nasa microwaveable siya. I dont want my suppliers to eat malamig na food kasi and if their food will be in a nice microwaveable, we can heat it up anytime. But if there is a solution for the boxed meal ng Jhulian's, it will be of big help. Parang mas malapit kasi ang tanauan compared sa imus.

i asked packed gourmet - their delivery fee to OLLP is 500php with minimum order for 25pax..

^sis 1500 ang delivery ni jhulian's. Pero delivery na yun twice. Kasi 2pm wedding kami. So one delivery for brunch, then one delivery for the dinner ng crew meals naman..

sis Chili1113, I didnt know that we have to feed the stylists crew lunch AND dinner??? grabe naman!!!! So that means lights and sounds crew too??

Sometimes even breakfast lunch and dinner. Kasi imagine umaga palang the stylist people and L&S are there na setting up. I asked each supplier ilan crew to feed and how many meals and thats how we arrived at the calculation. Kung may sobra sa sitdown ok nalang rin, i'll make my coordinator and maybe my P/V leads eat that pero mas mabuti nang complete crew meals than kulang kasi umaasa ka na may sobra sa guest food. You can also budget the drivers of your immediate family and relatives under crew meals..... im getting the crew meals either from my caterer or venue.

We're not allowed to take food inside the hotel as per policy. So this is what happened: my hubby plus his parents then me and my parents had breakfast at the hotel which is included in our rooms. Other family members, suppliers and entourage members had breakfast at the fast food where we reserved everything from breakfast to lunch located just across the hotel..same during lunch time-- Everyone had early lunches starting 10.30ish til 11.30. Coordinators were able to sneak food for me and hubby. Reception time, I booked plated meals by K by C for all suppliers. P350/head.

Mga sis yung suppliers niyo ba na nauna na sa venue kailangan may crew meal din? Kasi sa hotel preps yung suppliers doon siyempre may crew meal sila then lahat ng suppliers na nasa venue during or after programs may food. Ang di lang kasi ako sure kung yung mga suppliers na nauuna sa venue bago pa ang program papakainin din. I hope someone could enlighten me. Thanks!

Sis tentendelight, yes. Good example is the florist and her team sa church and the L & S   supplier at the reception while setting up. P150/head should be enough.

 we ordered shakeys pizza na b1t1 for lunch and stocked the hotel fridge with drinks for everyone stocked some ensaymadas and pastries from goldilocks and coffee for the suppliers na maaga din parang breakfast na din nila. for dinner, we gave them cash.

My friend ventured into this business na din and her promo rate is 100-130 yata. Hoemcooked gourmet meals na for 1 viand, 2 servings of rice, side dish, bottled water and dessert

For bfast, I bought goodies from red ribbon and coffee...kase yung start talaga ng preps namin was 10am for my HMUA then the rest mga 11am na. 

For lunch, we ordered from CCME set package (buffet style) para maraming choices and kahit yung mga relatives na hindi ko nasama sa headcount since hindi ko expected na dadaan sa preps nakakain din.. All I can say ang sarap ng food nila.

May promo ang The Walking Pantry for w@wies, originally 130/set meal sila (1 viand, 2 cups of rice,1 dessert, veggies,1 bottled water) pero 100 na lang for w@wies. Search nyo lang sa fb:) Good na ko dito for my family and crew meals' lunch:) for brekky, plan to do homemade chicken/egg sandwich for everyone then magready na kami ng coffee/juice. For dinner, they are already included in the buffet.

We ordered the set package of CCME then transferred it on chafing dishes. Our lunch was buffet style so parang reception na din ang ambiance. 

sis may I know kung ilang ulam inorder mo for 40pax? How much nakuha mo? thanks!
