same here in EU. Responsibility ng suppliers ang meals nila. Light snack lang inoofer sa kanila if ever. Minsan tumatanggi pa sila for light snack or a drink, kasi nga naman binayaran na yung service nila, baket naman iaasa mo pa yung pagkain nila? Ang katwiran din nila, lahat naman tayo nagtratrabaho, hindi naman natin inaasa dun sa company/client ang food natin.

And yes, on hindsight pareho lang halos ngayon ang service fee ng nasa pinas ko with the suppliers here.
Masyadong ng nagspike ang presyo ng wedding sa Pinas. Kung mabibitbit ko nga lang lahat ng bisita ko from Pinas, mas maigi pa na dito na lang i hold ang ceremony

Hi! We ordered from CCME for our lunch. They do delivery even in Tagaytay but with a fee lang. For us, we met with them sa Tagaytay-Magallanes area (near the line of restaurants) and the charge was 1k. Additional 500 kasi if sa preps venue namin which is in Amadeo na.

We were able to feed all suppliers present on the preps (Photo, Video, OTD Coordinator, HMUA), families and entourage. Roughly around 40 persons siguro sila and sobra pa ang food.

No hassle to contact CCME and super sarap ng food.

We also gave individual snack bags for the suppliers who were always on the go. It had bottles of water, biscuits, sandwich, candies. They were all thanking us and na-feel naman namin how we were appreciated.

Fortunately for us, our suppliers were not demanding. Basta busog lang go na. It is important na hindi sila gutom for them to deliver quality service.

^ Sis, thanks for suggesting CCME! Just checked their website, super lapit pala sa bahay ko Will inquire with them. Also planning to provide care packs for our suppliers. I think it's a nice touch and it shows na the couple really appreciates their work.

Sis angelholics.. yes lapit na! Naexcite ako last monday lang when my couturier sent me a photo of the gown embellishments. Hahaha I know mababaw pero ngayon ko lang nafeel na sobrang looking forward nako for the day na ififit ko to.

Actually.. same yung idea natin. Naughty din yung idea ko.. sneak in ng food pero concealed.. kakuntsaba ko pa ang supplier haha. Kainis kasi richmonde.

I learned too na yung nagpreps doon lately, the groom ended up eating at the lobby because they wouldn't allow his food inside the rooms dahil inorder from outside. Rude sobra. Sarap boycotin. Kundi lang fully paid ang 2 rooms namin doon I'd definitely move somewhere else.

oh no sis belle_vitug     The best option nga is to conceal the food when you go in. Pero parang mahirap lang yun pag may dala ng drinks.  Or bili na lang ng drinks in a bottle, then put the food in a bag. para lang makakain lahat.  Kawawa naman kung kakain sa labas.  We are paying more for our preps and accomodation, since we will be staying there for 3 days and 2 nights.  Sa Balay Indang din, bawal magdala ng outside food, because kasama na ang food namin sa stay.  Pero food for the crew is also not included, kaya we have to order the service crew meals from them.  It's not that bad, it's P250 per meal, pero it's better than some hotels wherein they charge so much.

Since Richmonde strictly prohibits bringing of outside food, sana mag offer sila ng alternative. Like crew meals at 200/head. Ok nako don.. instead na lumabas pa suppliers ko at magmadaling matapos sa pagkain nila (baka di pa matunawan mga yon kakamadali) and di lang yon sis.. my family pa and in-laws. Sa dami namin tapos sa hotel lahat kakain, edi para na rin akong nagpa reception. Grrr. Almost Gourmet told me that they can conceal the food as gifts. Nabasa ko to sa w@w. Sana effective pa to.

The nice thing about CCME is that you can customize the foodpack So you can work around your budget.  I "designed" our crew meal (rice, noodles, 2 viands, 1pc dessert) for lunch and dinner and it varied from P150 - P200/pack. So depende na lang sa ano gusto mo ilagay talaga. They delivered the meals on time (11:30 lunch; 6pm dinner) at P200 delivery fee to Antipolo. Van ang pangdeliver nila. May libre pa puto. Haha.

Sis you can googlE for their website, just type CCME home made food stuff. Better kasi na you check their menu online. Yung prices online pang food trays but it'll give you an idea alin ang mahal na food items. Once you have designed your foodpack (i suggest create several combinations), call them for the quotation. Numbers are on the website din. Mabagal sila magreply sa email kasi mabagal daw internet nila..lol!

I tried communicating with Packed Gourmet several times through their FB page. Hindi sila nagrereply. Ganun ba talaga sila, parang Ma Del's na di nagbabasa ng FB messages?

Wala pa kong supplier for crew meal.

ccme, 8 spoons, hearty onion may mga fb accounts yan or suzzieskitchen sa IG. Lahat yan may party trays good for 10, 12 or 15 pax. I'm sure they can customize naman according to your preference. QC based yan lahat, except suzzieskitchen from taguig afaik and yung friend ko suki dyan bumili must try daw ang roasted chicken with chorizo rice stuffing, from qc area si friend so either pick up nila or delivery.

^ sis I'm so sorry naman. Packed gourmet pala. Almost gourmet nasa isip ko haha. Pero may rates ako ng packed gourmet for 2014 hahaha eto totoong packed gourmet na :-P baka naman di pa sila nagincrease in case you need the rates forward ko sayo.

We ordered the set package of CCME then transferred it on chafing dishes. Our lunch was buffet style so parang reception na din ang ambiance. 

angelholics, I send them an email to ask for quotation pero no reply. I called 2 weeks before the wedding and was advised to order kahit a day prior. What I did is to order 2 days before the wedding. No hassle to transact with them and again masarap ang food and sulit.
