Yung musicians ko sis, nakalagay sa contract ko with them 300/per head food allowance.. or, plated food from the same caterer.. eh I'm planning to feed them all c/o kbyc's plated supplier meal na lang eh..para less hassle. Otherwise panibagong supplier na naman kakausapin ko for that.

Sis blackgreen, you can check with your suppliers if they're okay with meal allowance. Samin kasi, some of our suppliers okay lang na magprovide na lang kami ng meal allowance. However, some also requires a plated meal or if meal allowance equivalent to a specific amount. Like sis belle, I've asked one supplier, musician din, and may specific amount sila for their food.

^thanks sis. 6 am start namin ni HMUA. Sabi nila photo and video 1 hour before ni HMUA nandun na sila. So talagang may breakfast. Hahah!! I'll ask them if pwedeng food allowance na lang yun breakfast tapos lunch na lang talaga yun may set meal sila.

Mga sis, nagprovide ba kayo ng hot coffee for your suppliers, especially for those who will provide breakfast? We're also thinking of getting Packed Gourmet pero mukhang wala namang hot drinks. So nagdadalawang isip ako sa Jollibee actually. Your thoughts on this, mga sis? Or enough na ba yung bottled water so early in the morning?

sis fantabulous, ok lang naman sis kung bottled water lang talaga ang makayanan nyo but i think giving coffee/hot chocolate for your suppliers during breakfast is a really nice gesture baka pwedeng kayo na lang mag-setup ng coffee station like magdala ng thermos of hot water then coffee mix & cups para sa suppliers or yun nga, order from a food delivery service na may hot drinks din.

We all had CCME for lunch on our wedding day last Saturday. We had roast beef with mashed potato ball + lumpiang shanghai + rice as packed lunch. It's good naman, though may masarap talaga sa kanya na lasa. For the price it's sulit (only P116 per head).

Clients shall provide meals - Hotel Plate meal,  Buffet meal or Meal allowance of 500 pesos per performer which should also be paid 2 weeks before the event or earlier. WE DON'T ACCEPT Crew Meals and Packed Meals...Ty.

Wow ha! I'm sorry but if crew meals are good enough for big-time suppliers like Jason Magbanua, then they're good enough for you too. Ano ka, guest?
