For Hizon's brides, I think no need to worry about this. Marami na ko OTD coordinators na nakausap (during my hunt) na nagsabing they usually do not advise the couple to get separate food for suppliers dahil sa sobrang dami ng food ni Hizon's kaya na pakainin yung suppliers niyo.   I am not yet booked with Hizon's pero as of now sila top choice namin sa caterer.

Sis, hizons ang supplier ko pero when i asked my AE sabi nya 385 suppliers meal nila kaso nasa styro.
Ayoko sana ng ganon sis, gusto ko sana na pagawa na buffet din. Or I will add na lang sana kahit 10pax para maaccomodate yung suppliers.

^sabi din ng friend ko sis sobrang dami daw ng food after wedding niya na no need na to add or buy foood for suppliers.

I think 385 is too much for a single meal? Usually 150 per meal / head ang allowance nila sis diba? if twice kakain, cheaper padin yon. My coordinator offered that to me din e.

balak ko padeliver sa CCME yung meals nila sa reception.. kasi jollibee/fastfood na papakain ko sa morning... baka maumay na sila sa fastfood by lunchtime..

Any suggestions na nagde-deliver ng foods for suppliers in Tagaytay? Nakita ko sa packed Gourmet that it costs around 150-200 per head. We have around 36pax or more na papakainin sa morning (suppliers + family) then 20+ pax in the evening. So in total,

56 pax x 200 = 11,200

Medyo masakit sa bulsa. We're thinking if ok lang na kami na lang magluto sa morning then sa evening yun packed meals? Or baka may masuggest kayo na ok na Tagaytay supplier na kayang magcater na lang ng food in the morning and evening para less worries na sa mag-prepare on the day of wedding. TIA mga sis!

Hi mga kabride..ang  catering ba kasama pa sa suppliers meal na need pakainin sa wedding?kasi kung kasama sila grabe ang dami pala papakainin natin..anyone known about about my concern? Thanks.

^sis i am thinking of that too actually. What if in the morning magpaluto nalang nga ako.. I think mas gusto ko yun then sa lunch or dinner nalang ang oorderin na food. Di lang ako sure kung papayag ang hotel na magdala kaming cooked food.

problem ko rin ang tagaytay based supplier for this. we initially thought of having a tita who lived in cavite make her delicious food, kaya lang naisip namin, super hassle din gawin yun. baka packed gourmet din kami in the end, ayoko kasi magutom suppliers ko.

Same dilemma here! Maybe mas ok na yun packed meals for suppliers para less kalat na liligpitin. We rented a rest house kasi in Tagaytay as our wedding preps venue kasi pag sa hotel, dami bawal.

^Sis clarify with your caterer if u still need to provide meal allowance for the catering staff. Madalas ang alam ko hindi na. Pero much better if ask mo sa kanila.

Recommendation is to have packed meals kasi messy pag hindi. It's easier to bring din.

Sis pano set up ng ccme for suppliers? Naka Styrofoam ba? Saka how much per head?

Di ako sure sis.. pero meron silang 6 course meal na good for 20..etc.nasa 3k plus. Buffet style tas deliver nila.

I'm convinced, CCME na lang kunin ko for crew meal. Maraming good reviews. Sana they deliver in Tagaytay.
