^You can leave it at your hotel at no extra cost. While the lockers are generally safe (I've used it many times in Kyoto, Hiroshima, and Kansai airport), some train stations may ran out of available lockers for big luggages.

Gusto ko talagang pumunta sa japan for the cherry blossom kaya lang hindi ko alam kung kailan mag re release nang cherry blossom forecast for 2016 ang japan.com. When kaya ang pinaka advisable na dates na kunin para sure talaga na may cherry blossom?

^Sis check mo na lang ang previous years forecast. Normally, nag fafall naman sa last week of March - first week of april yan eh

We're spending Christmas here this year. our plan is:

Day 1: arrive osaka. Train to kyoto
Day 2: kyoto
Day 3: kyoto half day then train to osaka
Day 4: osaka
Day 5: USJ
Day 6: osaka
Day 7: train to nagoya in the afternoon
Day 8: nagoya
Day 9: travel back to manila from nagoya

Is it better to spend new years eve/ day in Osaka or Kyoto?

Any suggested places to see in Nagoya? Or is there a nearby ski resort na we can visit?

^sis parang tahimik ang NY sa Japan. Halos lahat sarado. Sa tokyo kami nitong last year sa hotel lang kami though ang plano namin nun mag punta sa park kaso hindi ko kinaya ang lamig. Hindi ko lang alam if ganyan rin sa osaka/kyoto. Mayo kasi kami nagpunta ng osaka at kyoto last year.

^^korek sis, tahimik ang NY dito sa Japan. nagdadasal ang mga tao sa temple.
kung gusto mo ng peace and quiet at mag-observe sa mga Japanese na pumipila sa temples, sa Kyoto kyo. Pero kung gusto mo nasa city at magshopping sa January 1 (dahil biggest sale season yun  ) sa Osaka kyo.

What is the difference between staying a hotel near Tokyo Station or Shinjuku area? Which is more accessible to tours/sightseeing?

Tokyo > Nagoya 10,880 JPY
Nagoya > Kyoto 5,590 JPY
Kyoto > Osaka 1,730 JPY
Osaka > Nagoya 6,880 JPY
Total: 25,080 JPY

7-day JR Pass is 29,110 JPY

If you are going to use the JR lines in Osaka, then it will probably pay off. In Kyoto, you might not be able to maximise the pass since there are only two lines where you can use it (i.e JR Sagano line going to Arashiyama which costs 240 JPY and JR Nara line to Fushimi Inari which costs around 140 JPY)

Hi mga sis,

My brother and I are planning to go to Japan in Sept., around 6 days 5 nights. Our entry point is Nagoya. Am thinking of Nagoya (1N)-Kyoto (2N)-Nara (1N)/Iga -Nagoya (1N).

Is this good? Or do we stay more nights in Kyoto? Is it worth going to Osaka?  Also what is the best rail pass to purchase? Am thinking of the Kintetsu Rail Pass but I don't think we can purchase when we arrive at the Central Airport as it closes at 8pm. For the JR Pass naman, parang hindi sulit, kasi we will just be having 5 days.

Sisses can i ask po how many days kaya  dapat ispend sa kyoto? Mas maraming things to see don sa kyoto kaysa sa osaka? Ang naisip ko lang kasi sa osaka yung usj lang.. ok na ba ang 2 days sa kyoto at 2 days sa osaka? If 1 lang  yung hotel na pagstayan namin saan mas ok sa osaka o kyoto? Any guesthouses din na you can recommend po? Sa tokyo kasi meron kami nakita 1k pesos  per person  per night baka meron din ganon sa osaka or kyoto. Thanks po
