@sparklingjewel: I love your teaser vid!!  Beautiful! Are you also getting treehouse story for your wedding videographer or are they just doing your pre-nup video? How long did you guys shoot for? I'm curious about their rates for pre-nups.

^Thanks kisses1417 and duxelles! Treehouse Story will also be doing our wedding SDE.
We allotted a total of 3 days for the prenup shoot (including travel time) since super layo ng location and we did land travel. But total shoot hours siguro nasa 8-10 hours lang. Their prenup rate is 60k + 15k out of town fee. But additional expenses for the team which include 2 nights lodging, meals and snacks, (food + beverages for the cars) and syempre tips sa akin padin. Plus other expenses ---your outfits, accessories, toll, gas, prenup location fees, and HMUA team (bec i cant do my own), yan yung mga other hidden expenses of doing a prenup. But anyway, we really enjoyed it. Game na game sila magshoot esp pag malayo, exotic locations kasi they find it boring pag the usual lang.. kung pwede nga lang daw tumanggi sa mga ganun. Hehe gusto nila yung places with lots of scenery and di pa sila nakakapagshoot. They WILL make you hike far if that's where it's pretty to shoot. Hehe prepare yourself lang. Go inquire!

^whos your videographer sis? Hotel wedding ka right? im expecting na if the videographer is really good, they can also make the video beautiful no matter where the venue is. Im not really into outdoors kasi.. di ko naconsider yan when i booked them.

They are "choosy" sa prenups kasi sino ba namang maeexcite sa prenup shoot sa normal park lang, or cafe for example, diba? Video sila eh. It takes more than one pretty angle to shoot a video. (Sa photo ang dali lang humanap ng isang angle na nice kahit panget yung place overall!) Honestly, I bet any serious videographer would want a very nice backdrop or location to shoot to maximize their talent and build their portfolio. They are after impressive output kasi for their portfolio rin yun. I don't think that should be taken against them or any other videographer/ photographer. It just so happens rin that Treehouse is a group of outdoor/ adventurous people, so nagkataon lang na-excite sila when we told them what we wanted to do (at since medyo game couple din talaga kami---i hiked super far in my gown and makeup, no issue!). Kung balak mo magprenup in Tagaytay lang for example, would you really be willing to pay them 60k + OOT?? Sa totoo lang as a client I also thought about how to make sure sulit ibabayad ko = choose a worthy location. So win-win sya actually if you think about it this way.

That said, being the professionals that they are, they told me di naman nila tatanggihan if di exciting yung prenup location you want--- baka magsusuggest lang sila ng others na mas ok ishoot-- for your video's benefit narin. They actually keep that opinion to themselves. I regret nga na nasabi ko pa dito.

When it comes to Weddings, I've talked to a lot of photo and video teams and i feel na pare-pareho lang naman sila-- there are really boring weddings daw na nahihirapan sila hanapan ng isshoot pag wala naman talagang kakaiba na nangyari or ginawa. Actually sa mga common churches nga like SSA, memorize na nila agad where to setup the cameras and what shots. But still they do their best to produce the best output parin. I don't think this is something couples with non-destination weddings should feel insecure about. Sis lyr3hs, review mo Manila SDEs ni Treehouse. If you still like them, wala namang issue i think. Please do not mistake my prenup review of them as their attitude for wedding SDEs dahil mas creative talaga ang intention ng prenups for them as this is something you can control more. If anything, the only thing they do less of in Manila SDEs is aerials kasi binabawalan daw sila usually to use drones here vs. destination locations. Hope my explanation helps clarify.

Sa Ilocos Norte kami nagshoot, saan balak mo? Super game yan sila basta its something new to them and scenic. Give them a good location and you dont have to worry about anything else. Walang script script, storyboard, nada, they're spontaneous once they see the location.

^Go sis!! Gusto nila Enchanted River. They almost did a prenup there for a client. Sagada/ Baguio we considered din before pero i backed out kasi feel ko daming tao pag summer. Well, sa lahat naman pala madaming tao pag summer. Haha! We just had to ask them to stay away muna while shooting Soo excited to see your prenup!!

What is the not so good review about dreamechanics sis?

sis rm1015 go for Enchanted River. I think it's a very unique destination and gusto ko rin pumunta dyan hehe. you can save more though if you're going with Sagada. If you choose guimaras, ok din you have an option for places with more greens or beaches.
