^same with other sissies here, we've decided to book the P&V separately just because we want them to concentrate on a specific task..
^sis caleeice, ako naman the other way around.. we booked the videographer that was suggested by our photographer.. hehe. You are right, and I'm pretty confident too that gail won't recommend someone who isn't good.

Mga sis super thanks for the feedback kay metrophoto and dino lara. Kaya lang bakit ganon puro price ang issue kay Oly? Hindi pa ako nakainquire kaya hindi ko alam magkano talaga ang rates nya haha

Minimum pa yan no? Mahal nga! Haha pero kagabi nagpuyat ako at nagresearch sa mga sites ng ibat ibang photographers, mga websites at previous works ang ganda ng metrophoto nakakainlove nga talaga!

Yes, their works are really great sis. Their style is something that we usually see in lifestyle magazines. If you want editorial type of wedding photos, go for them.

Personally though, their photos feel a bit too staged. I find it better when the photos look more natural, when "normal", unguarded moments are captured on film and radiate the couple's love and happiness. I think Pat Dy's photos are more balanced than Metro's. Pero to each his own.

During wedding preps, I was also torn between Oly and Pat. In the end I booked Pat Dy because his style is more relaxed. I guess to each his/her own lang talaga kung ano gusto na output.

Natapos ko nadin pagtingin ng pictures ni pat dy maganda nga din. What i like about metrophoto lang is parang isip ko once in a lifetime lang yun wedding why not do something new or unforgettable since hindi nga tayo models hindi natin maeexperience ang editorial feel na photoshoot, pero i checked ang wedding photos nya ang ganda din ng kuha, ma-editorial effect ang mga prenup pero ang weddings nacacapture din ang emotions. Bukas magiinquire na ako ng updated rates ng metrophoto sana hindi naman ganon kadrastic ang tinaas

we got Vidlens for Video. super happy kami sa naging SDE! pati mga guests nagandahan, ang galing daw! nag inquire na nga yung isa namin friend, too bad booked na sa date nila.

Antay namin yung Cinematic Highlights, in a few months pa kasi yun per contract

I highly recommend Vidlens   Magaling, mababait, light & friendly team.

Hi guys! Photogenics bride here! Wedding would be on August this year. Medyo ang tagal ko din nakapag decide who to get na P/V. Hehe.  Yung iba kasi super ok ng photos pero hindi ko ramdam yung SDE. hehe. Yung iba naman ok yung vids pero ayoko ng pagka edit ng photos.

I tried din mag canvass kung separate P/V kaso ang mahal pala lalo pag ganun! hehe. That's when I decided to get Photogenics! Sila kasi yung nakita ko na okay yung both outputs and reasonable yung price. Sila din kinuha ng brother ko for his wedding next year.

Photogenics is one of my top choices, too na P/V team. And yes, they have reasonable price nga din Gusto din kasi namin ni fiance one team na lang for Photo and Video.

I booked A&A Photography naman. I fell in love with their night shots, kasi night wedding din kame. And what I like about them, madami silang pinopost na ceremony shots, kasi sa iba kong na check out mga portrait and sunny shots yung nasa portfolio nila.

hi October 2016 bride here. last feb, we went to rockwell's bridal fair. We got a glimpse of for you are mine booth that is owned by Jason magbanua. We asked them if we could book sir Jason on the bridal fair. Last time we checked, his rate was 150k but when we asked the crew, the prices increased last week from 150k to 175k. We asked if they could give us the old price and they called him up and boom. It was our lucky day. Sir Jason granted our request and we booked him on the spot. It’s a chance that we cannot miss.

For our photographer, we booked Mr. Oly Ruiz of Metrophoto. We got the artisan package @180k.  They were really accommodating. After sending them the initial payment. I received the signed contract the day after.

We are planning to book them also for our prenup. Hopefully they are still available when we decide.

^ sis paula, for me, it really depends on you as a couple. kung mas focus kayo sa pagpapaganda ng output ng p/v, then mas okay separate kasi they have their own expertise eh. if mas value nyo naman yung cooperation between your suppliers, booking a team is better... pag separate kasi minsan nagcocompete yung p and v..

I agree, or kahit friends lang sila, for example your Photographer is Nicolai Melicor and your Videographer is Ghe Consolacion. I heard friends daw sila eh.

Sa P/V ng wedding ng sis ko, masyadong jampacked yung crew ng Videographer kasi full package yung kinuha ng sis ko, 4 yung videographer. Tapos sa Photo, service lang kinuha ng sis ko, 2 photographers lang. ang nangyari nasasapawan ng Videographer yung mga spot ni photographer kaya madaming shots na gusto ng sis ko pero hindi nakunan.

Meron pa pero hindi P/V. Yung coordinator meron syang Emcee pero hindi namen inavail, may sarili kameng Emcee. Medyo nagulo yung program kasi medyo nagsasapawan sila, merong gustong ipagawa yung Coordinator pero sa program ni Emcee later part pa sya.

Although minor lang naman tong mga to. Walang effect sa overall wedding.
