Yikes, this is what I hate the most - bad customer service. Minsan mas mapapatawad mo pa yung hindi nagkamali sa work itself as long as maayos kausap. One thing that I'm really looking for a supplier is good customer service, hindi yung tipong after ng payment wala ng pakialam sayo. Marami naman din talagang genuine ang concern sa clients na suppliers. Thankfully I was able to get good customer service from suppliers that I booked kahit online lang or thru text lang ang communication namin

Have to let this out.. i booked Chestknots without meeting them and paid dp.
They were light and easy to talk to although 2 months na, they still could not find time to meet us. Twice they set a date and then cancelled on us! Parang wala lang, sorry i forgot im out of town or whatever. While Jayjay seems like a sweetheart, there's this Carlo dude who can't get it right. Ano ba naman yung magrecord sa calendar, or magcheck ng calendar before he sets a meeting with us. So disappointed.
I resorted to not talking to him and asked Jayjay for a sched instead.
Nakikipag-usap naman but no apology whatsoever even after i told him what happened.

Had i not booked them yet i wouldve just let them go. Parang hindi naman ako client. :|

Uh ohhhh, hope I won't have to deal the same with my photog GAIL, I didn't meet with them also since its ber season and I understand their super busy now. We plan on meeting them by mid march na to get a feel with them but we partially paid the DP na...

Sisters who are still looking for a quiet affordable photographer, try WeDoItForLove. Sila yung magiging  photgrapher namen. Everytime I check their website pagaling ng pagaling si Rex. According to h2b nakaktawa din daw kausap si Rex. And he's easy to talk to for discount and freebies. He gave me some freebie when I asked and even gave me his old rate. Sana until now maluwag pa din sya in giving discounts and freebies. Lagi nakasama sa bride and breakfast yung shoots nya.
