Reminder lang to ask your P/V on their backup plans or have them put it in the contract. May nabasa akong case na nawala ang prenup pictures tapos refund lang ang offer then the supplier is hard to contact..

true sis j.adore eto din share ko and reminder na din mga sis, ask your P/Vs if they have backup memory cards. Or at least remind them to bring some on the day of your wedding.  MAy mga horror stories akong narinig from our suppliers na there's this P/V nalimutan mag dala ng extra memory cards :-(  So yun extra precaution lang mga sis

parang nabasa ko nga din yan sis j.adore.

may pagka-sigurista kame ni h2b kaya malamang on the day ng prenup & wedding mismo eh magdadala kame ng sariling hard drive or memory stick para right after ng shoot eh ipapa-back up na namin sa P/V supplier.

check nga lang with your P/V kung pwede sa kanila yun. kase there are some suppliers na hindi talaga nagbibigay ng raw copies at puro final output lang.

hindi ko alam ito. sana naman walang mangyari sa pics namin. kasi kakatapos lang prenup photo shoot namin.

Sis.. before the wedding ba may separate meeting pa rin ba with photographer and videographer? As in lahat ba need ko imeet in person?  June 2 ang wedding then may 17 kasi ang arrival namin sa manila.2 weeks allowance lang before wedding.

kami rin magdadala ng sariling hd para sure. kahit raw okay na kesa wala.

Our p/v encouraged us na magdala ng hd namin para may copy na kami agad. And I think dapat naman talaga na pumayag sila na makuha mo yung raw (esp with packages na may 'unlimited shots').

vitug.annie, it's not required because most of discussions can be done in other mediums pero it's more of building rapport with them.



Not all P/V suppliers provide the raw files so better check this too. It's actually one of the things you need to ask din before booking lalo na if you want the raw files.

Thanks sis j.adore. Si photographer mameet namin ng dec 1 sa prenup, but not videographer.. I think ok lang naman yon.. O kaya will try to ask them para sure.

Kami magdadala ng external hardisk. Para after wedding ilalagay ng photgraphervand videographer namin yung photos and videos.

would you know of p/v who don't allow you to post pics/vids of your wedding because of exclusivity clauses in contract? i've heard of a certain bride who couldn't share hers for a certain period of time due to her contract with her photog. pa-share naman so we won't get those p/v suppliers.

Sa mga contracts na nabasa namin may mga naglalagay nito. Something in the lines na ×××× supplier owns the right to all the copies, raw and formatted. Pinapabago namin, pinapalagay namin na shared ownership between client and supplier.
