^^^ hi sis. For me, it's more effective than Tat and Glutamax. Not sure though if it's because I take it with other gluta supplements (Gluta-White and Avon Tea with Gluta). Most effective gluta for me is the sublingual (Thiocell). Downside is the price (2200-3500 php).

^^ sis, Avon Lady yung neighbor ko pero nagpa-member na rin ako para discounted pero nabasa ko sa Avon thread, kahit di ka member basta sa branch ka mismo bibili makakuha ka pa rin discount.

Ive tried met before. Effective sakin. 2 mos before there was obvious skin lightening. After that bongga na ang glow and whiteness. As in yung mga officemates ko lagi pinapansin na ang puti ko. Kasi iba ang puti pag nag gluta. Glowing whiteness.

I've also tried ph338. Blooming and pinkish healthy skin and effect sakin. Di ako pumuti talaga. Parang morenang pinkish pa nga minsan.

I've also taken kb. Pimple galore. Tiniis ko for a couple of weeks kasi baka purging. Pero ganun din.

I've tried tat, cosmo, thionex, and yung 1 gluta na 4x a day dapat inumin, i Forgot, didn't see any drastic lightening. But maybe because I didn't stick to it for 2 mos like met.

So plan ko ngayon stick to snow caps muna. Hopefully di kulang ang 1x a day lang dito

Mag one week na ako sa MET, minsan 2x a day ko tinatake, or minsan pag sinisipag 4x pa (dalawa sa umaga, dalawa sa gabi). Pinapansin ako ng mga ka-office ko na pumuputi daw ako. I am not sure if sa MET ba to, or sa Royal L-Gluta soap na pinapagamit ng friend ko, or sa Kojie San Lotion. Hahaha. Anyways, happy ako sa MET. Saka na ako mag cocombo with snowcaps next month, pag may pera na. Haha lol

@zipporahkate, sis hindi naman ako nagpapalpitate dun. Hinahalo ko sa cold water. Parang iced tea lang kasi lemon flavor.

@CookieReid101, sis my skin was really sunburnt that time, yet I already saw the lightening effect and my skin color went back to normal within a month. A lot of people also noticed it, telling me pumuputi ako lalo.

Sis chuy gusto ko tuloy itry yang thiocell na yan. may pag aabayan kasi ako next month. gusto ko naman maayos ang skin ko. pag 1month lang ba tapos di naman sunburnt ang skin e magiging effective kaya? iniiisip ko baka mas mabilis ang effect sa mga umitim tapos gusto ibalik sa normal color versus sa normal color tapos papaputi hehe. available pa ba dun sa 2200 na seller?

^ it's a lozenge/subligual tab, tinutunaw sa mouth, ideally sa ilalim ng tongue, wherein madaming blood vessels.

@yijiheon, sis sabi ng derma ko nun ibabalik lang daw ng Thiocell yung original color mo. Kaso morena talaga ako (from birth to highschool hehe). Pumuti lang ako nung college nung gumamit na ng whitening products. Pero nung nag-Thiocell ako, yun so far ang pinakamaputi ko talaga at pinakamadami pumansin.

@aubb, sana pwede pool order sis. Paano gagawin?

@angel.., sis sa akin wala breakouts. Parang candy lang kasi sya kaya siguro less yung effects na ganun.

@zipporahkate, may nagsabi din dito sis next to IV daw ang sublingual. Pero depende rin siguro or hiyangan din. Di pa ako nag-try ng ibang sublingual. Siguro around 3-5 minutes matunaw hehe estimate lang yun sis kasi di ko napapansin ilan minutes. Sinlaki sya ng biogesic or a bit bigger.

Mga sis baka hiyangan din yun. Maganda sana kung may iba pa feedback bago kayo try kasi pricey sya.

Oo nga sis chuy pricey sya. Sana madami pa mag feedback. I want to try kasi dahil sadyang mabagal ang sistema ko sa whitening from topical to oral gluta and ivg. nakakaloka tong balat ko!

BTW, nag-search ako sa net re Thiocell's ingredients and it contains:
L-glutathione - 500 mg
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) - 100 mg
Grape Seed Extract - 25 mg
Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) - 200 i.u.
Vitamin E (as alpha-tocopheryl succinate) - 30 i.u.
L-selenomethionine - 100 mcg
