Pregnant at 40's

Hi, everyone.

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and turning 42 this month. This is actually my 2nd pregnancy but the age gap is 18 years so it feels like the first time all over again.

Is anybody here in their 40's and pregnant? If so, I hope you could share your experiences.

hi, ako naman will be 40 by the time i give birth.  This is my 3rd pregnancy after 7 years.  Medyo scared.

Hi, sis happytalker. How many weeks ka na? How's your pregnancy so far?

At 7 weeks I was diagnosed with sub-chorionic hemorrhage. Nawala na siya pagka-9 weeks pero may low-lying placenta naman ako. Next ultrasound ko daw at 24 weeks to check if nag-migrate na siya.

I felt my baby move starting at 14 weeks and very reassuring talaga. Everytime I feel scared, I would lie down and talk to my baby to kick for me so I will feel better. Obedient naman siya.

Congratulations sa inyo ! Ako , just gave birth last oct 19 to my first child , via CS . Sana masundan pa . If you dont mind , til what age ba pwede mag conceive ? TIA !

My aunt gave birth at the age of 41 35 weeks siya noon nagbleed na kasi siya non eh. Parang maingat lang talaga siya kasi low lying placenta sya tas highblood pa.

Hi, sis. I think as long as di pa nagmemenopause, pwede pa mag-conceive. Yun nga lang, mas lower ang probability mabuntis kasi kokonti na lang ang eggs pag 40's na. Kaya it's really a blessing kapag napregnant ka on your 40's.

I'm on my 25th week now and having a boy. Girl ang panganay ko so super excited kaming lahat makita siya.

Hi, sis. As per last ultrasound, tumaas nang konti ang placenta ko pero low lying pa rin. Yan din ang fear ko na mag-preterm labor. So far, di naman ako high blood. Pero naninigas tiyan ko at pabalik balik ang UTI. Nakakatakot. Pero I'm reassured sa mga kicks ng baby boy ko kasi super malikot.
