Woke at 3am kanina due to incessant coughing. I was able to  expel mucus from throat and nose when I threw up. Ang Hirap when I cannot take my anti-allergy meds, uncomfortable. I'm glad though na ilabas ko mga allergen it made me feel better but it got me so tired, 11am na ako nagising.

Hirap daw CS, dami bawal Gawin.

congrats s baby boy sis happypreggo...

You have cough din?

miss you mga sis! *cyber hug*  :)

im on my 26w na, at bongga ang pagmamanas ng paa ko since yesterday. kaya kahapon namasyal ako sa home section sa may landmark kaso ganun pa din heheh. any tips para mawala to aside sa sobrang inom ng tubig? sabi din nila masama na daw kung pati mga kamay nagmamanas, so far yung sakin naman hindi pa. hindi naman siya masakit, actually natutuwa nga ako sa paa ko ang taba taba heheh.

had my check up with OB two weeks ago, according sa CAS report, malaki si baby ng 6 days. though wala namang sinabing negative feedback si OB, nagrequest ako na baka pede once a day nalang ang anmum ko (before kasi twice a day talaga for 2 months). sabi kasi nila nakakalaki daw ng baby ang anmum, e hindi naman ako naniwala heheh. yung ibang buntis na nakausap ko, tumigil silang mag anmum nung 7 months na. gusto ko na nga din hindi ituloy kaso si hubby makulit. kaya i need ob's advise for me to stop taking anmum para wala na masabi si hubby.

my OB also advised me not to take tetanus vaccine kung sa manila doctors naman daw ako manganganak. sigurado naman daw siyang malinis ang facilities ng madocs heheh.

Sis Adam, may hay fever ako.

Nawala sore throat and fever Nya after 2 days of Tylenol Pero Di gumaling ubo after a week of cough meds. Once Wala na symptoms we only take antihistamine if we go out.

Last weekend less than 48hrs sa manila for a wedding tapos 5days naman business trip sa singapore.

Hope your GDMs get better mga sis!

^^ sis, try wearing tight fitting clothes to emphasize your baby bump. Minsan kasi nasa damit lang yan. I notice if flowy yung dress, hindi obvious na preggy pwedeng mataba ka lang but if fitted sa baby bump no one can deny. But don't worry too much about the size of your bump especially if tama naman ang growth ni baby sa loob. There are a lot of factors to consider kung gaano kalaki yung magiging bump natin.
^ check with your ob na lang sis if sobra ba ang laki ni baby to his/her age. Nakikita naman nila sa ultrasound yan. If mas malaki then you can take steps to slow it down a little.

Yesterday was the last day of our child birth class. Graduates na kami ni hubby! We just need to practice the pregnancy exercises and the breathing exercises para naka-wired na talaga siya sa mga brains namin para pag-labor time eh mapractice talaga namin.
We discussed breastfeeding yesterday. More than ever, im really determined to breastfeed my baby as long as i can. Ms. Chiqui shared to us techniques to do to ensure a proper latch pati how to to position the baby. One important thing she told us is on the first few days wag tayong maawa agad kay baby. Isa kasi yan sa reason why nagreresort agad yung iba sa formula. Kala kasi natin kulang ang milk natin but baby's stomach is still so little so di pa niya need ng marami. You can check your baby's output (pee and poop) as basis if the baby is getting enough milk from you. May massage din for the breast kapag nagpu-pump ka na.
We also discussed newborn care like paano magpaligo, magswaddle, etc.
Then stages of labor again and breathing exercises to do. May panic routine pa nga that we can do if nawawalan na ng control si mommy because of the pain. Basically, the coach/hubby will make sure that the mom is in control and relaxed to have a natural birth and to avoid tearing.
After the class, may kainan kami. Potluck style. Picture taking, a little socializing, etc. Dumating uli yung baby products seller and they gave us freebies from pigeon and eq. May freebies din kami from mustela and a chinese shop that especializes in food and tea used post pregnancy. Super saya lang.
So mga sis, if you have the budget and the time, take these types of classes. I know marami pa akong dapat matutunan about giving birth and taking care of a baby but like marriage it will really help to have some preparation beforehand.
Now, with these classes behind us we can now concentrate on shopping for our baby. We just bought 2 additional dress for me and another pair of sandals. By the way, i did not buy sa maternity section. I just buy clothes na size bigger than my usual. Hahaha....
God bless everyone!

nakakatawa mga sis, ang manas ko on and off, minsan mas malaki ang kanan. o kaya paggising ko walang manas pero ilang saglit lang andyan na naman heheh. sabi nila ang aga ko daw minanas, im on my 27w na mawawala lang daw dito pagkapanganak na, true ba yun? :'(

sis mslcgrey, same here sis hindi ako namili ng maternity dress, im into long dress naman. yung pwede sa buntis at hindi, yung stretchable yung tela para pagkapanganak ko maisuot ko pa din sya. para di sayang ang bili hehe. about birthing class, when is the best time to attend one? interesado din ako dito kaso pano kung habang naglalabor hindi ko kasama si hubby? useful pa din ba yun? ive heard sa Manila Doctors hindi ata kasama ang hubby during labor at giving birth pero icoconfirm ko pa kay OB.

^pwede mo naman siyang gawin as late as on your 8th month. Kami sure na kaming hindi makakasama si hubby sa actual giving birth kasi di pwede sa hospital where we plan to give birth but during the early to active labor, kasama ko pa si hubby. Ok na yun for me. If hindi ko talaga siya makakasama like nasa work pa siya or something, at least prepared ako.
If your hubby faints at the sight of blood or madirihin siya, naku wag siya.
Alam niya what kind of pain i'll have to go through.  Ayokong nasa sideline lang siya. Aba, anak niya din ito. He have to be involved. Mas alam niya pa yung breathing pattern compare to me. Pati yung massage pag nakikita niyang pagod na ako or di na ako comfortable like after a long walk, ayan gagawin niya na.
Naku, style niya bulok! Maniac mode lang siya.

Sis akoposikrn, when you go for your routine u/s ask mo Kung saan si baby sa growth chart ng gestational age. As long as pasok sya sa range, nothing to worry about. With my HD before and now GDM diet, plus pollen allergy feeling ko pangit talaga ako. The allergy made my skin puffy, dry, and flakey Lalo sa face.

Hubby and I went to a birthing class together sa 1st pregnancy. It helped Lalo na sa coaching part, sa practice nahiya pa Pero dun sa actual panganganak nagamit talaga kasi totoo nakakalimutan ko huminga in rhythm sa panic and sakit. Hearing hubby's calm, firm voice telling me to breathe in and out kept me doing them Lalo na during the times na parang nag blank out ako.

@mclcgrey: sis, thanks! Syempre as a first time mom, pag may ibang nagcomment na medyo hindi normal eh nakakakaba! :)

I'll also be attending birthing classes starting my 27th week til my 30th week (5 weeks, every Tuesday) naeexcite na ako kasi ang dami nashe-share ni sis mclcgrey!

I finally bought our son something! Yehey haha! :-D Hindi pa kasi kami namimili dahil dati talaga paranoid kami kasi nagka-miscarriage ako last year. I bought him a bottle warmer from Cath Kidston na planes yung design.

Happy pregnancy to all!!!
