got a text from s&r last 12sep informing me to shop from 6-23sep to avail of the early bird special - buy 1 take 1, and 'huge' discounts on some local and imported choices. this means sale will start on 24sep.

We bought stuff last week and I'm not that impressed with the discounts. I saw a lot of endurance stories kasi. Does it get bigger come sale time on the 24th?

Kala ko nag member's treat na. Kasi last time we passed by aseana, grabe ang mga kotse. Umabot na dun sa kalsada yung parking.

received s&r's text yesterday. sep24-28 na ang members' treat. can't wait. I'm running low on some household stuff na.

Did you guys notice the Zip dishwashing liquid (3L) and the powdered detergent?  Will they be on B1T1 again this Members' Treat?

I was disappointed last March.  P349.95 price B1T1 while it was only P299.95 the previous years.

^zip dish washing liquid and powder detergent are already on sale but I didn't notice if b1t1 na pero andami nang kumukuha sis.

when I was at aseana this afternoon, it's like a preview of what's to come during the sale. grabe the cars were overflowing at the parking lot. maraming nagpa-park na sa grassy portion. and there were so many people. there were really long lines at the counters. And the men's rest room were already invaded by women kasi snake-like na sa haba ang pila sa women's rest room. my hubby was so shocked kanina hehe. I bought my much-needed items na naka sale na like tissue paper, paper towel, downy, Clorox, liquid hand soap, bath soap, supplements and some food items. I'll return during the sale na mismo.

Member's treat starts tomorrow! Nakapa mili na ko ng toiletries nitong early bird sale. Makikibalita muna ko kung worth pumila kasi bibili ako ng bed sheets.

aba'y thread 5 na pala.. parang hinde ako masyadong nag-enjoy nung member's treat last march.. hinde na ganon kadami ang kabili-bili.. ang konti na ng discount.. i'll still go this september.. pero hinde ako ganon ka-excited..

sana kagaya ulit dati.. kahit twice a year lang ang sale, super sulit naman.. daming B1T1 na totoong B1T1.. hinde kagaya ngayun.. halos wala maxadong off na malalaki... so disappointing..

may nipost sila sa FB na beddings price... parang 30-35 ata ang off..
wala ding b1T1 unlike before.

I remember may discount na sa mga diapers (mamypoko, etc). may b1t1 sa certain brand of pillows. naka sale for around 800 ang twin-size waterproof mattress protector. Ang Colgate maximum protection naka b1t1. but the soap bars naka off lang, wala nang b1t1 like in previous years. mga supplements, some chairs, shower gels, ivory soap, bath sets, zip dish washing liquid and zip powder detergent, garden set, canned food, food items like chocolates, candies, softdrinks naka sale na rin.

Nakabili ako ng mga bedsheet sets, B1T1 last Saturday. 300 thread count, satin. Super sulit kasi ang ganda ng quality.

ang masasabi ko lang huwag masyadong magpadala sa mga b1t1 ng SNR.  I used to shop at SNR and I took a picture of the merchandize with regular price and b1t1 or sale price.  When I look at it nasa mga 10% lang ang discount mo dahil naka jack up ang price.  Yung mga safeguard na b1t1 parang 70pesos lang ang discount kapag nakaregular price when you bought 2 packs.  I'm not saying don't go to the sale, ang sinasabi ko lang eh parang hindi worth it pumila ng napakahaba kung pagdating mo dun nasa 10% lang naman pala ang discount.

Just came from S&R Shaw tonight. Just bought the usual household stuff for stock - bath towels, laundry detergent, fabcon, dishwashing liquid, tissue, kitchen towels, air fresheners, conditioner, bath soap, etc etc. Yung iba me sale, yung iba wala.

I have no plans of going back pa during the members' treat. Ok na ako sa Early Bird. Wala na din ako tyaga pumila at makisiksikan sa maraming tao. Kanina, chillax lang, hindi masikip, walang mahabang pila sa counters and pati sa cafeteria hindi rin ganun kahaba pila. Dami pa tables bakante.

Umabot pa din kami ng around 17k kasi nga bulk naman yung mga binili naming household stuff. Matagal na stock din to. Di na pabalik-palik to buy.

paano po magpa-member dito? hehe  pede pa ba?

yes sis anytime naman pwedeng magpa member kahit sale pa. you just go to the branch's customer service and fill up a form. they need 1-2 government-issued identification card. right there and then they will take your picture and process your s&r member card. you get to shop soon after.

So are discounts better now? Or roughly same sa early sale?

Mga sis, would you know kung b1t1 ang pyodontil toothpaste? Para kasing di ko napansin sa alabang.

Just got back from S&R The Fort. Sumuko kami ng mga teammates ko! Haha. We were there at 11:30am and grabe na ang pila sa mga counters, abot na hanggang dulo ng warehouse. Grabe talaga.

As what our other sissies mentioned before, beware na lang of the B1T1 items. Kanina naka-spot kami ng regular Colgate toothpaste na b1t1 for P199, eh P100 lang ang isa nun sa local supermarket! 

Napansin ko sa mga sabon, shampoo, toiletries, hindi B1T1, madalas mga P30-P50 off lang.

Sa chocolates din beware. 'Yung All Chocolate Funsize Variety eh P1,249 daw dati tapos ngayon P1,099 na lang daw. Eh yung teammate ko bumili ng ganun dati P1,099 na talaga regular price nia 

Bukas ng umaga ulit kami mag-try haha. Hindi kasi namin naikot ang buong S&R sa dami ng tao!
