Binenta ko na si Smc ko thou may property dividend na offer i dont know what to do with it din kasi kapiranggot lang din yun baka di pa mabenta kasi odd lot ba yun! Haha! Sis yung ew hindi ko pa sinell naisip ko may effect ba asean integration sa kanya? Bibilhin ba sya ng mas malaki ng bank? Kaya napurnada pa muna hehe..

mga sis alam niyo ba yung COL financial philippines? nabangit kasi sa akin ito ng friend ko pero hindi ko alam kung legit at kung ok. 5k kasi yung starter pero meron bang mga sis na mas mura muna ang for starters?

interesado kasi ako maginvest na sa stocks kaso hindi pa ako marunong kasi. ang naririnig ko lang kasi sa mom ko eh yung sa philam life na mutual funds and bond. pero gusto ko kasi maginvest sa stock market ng hindi nila alam para suprise nalang especially kapag lumago hehe...

Ang tactic ko kasi eh peso cost averaging sana.. Balak ko maginvest ng for long term ganyan..
Kaya lang minsan nag-gain na yung stocks ko, example SMC.. Ano ginagawa nyo pag nag gain, ibenta na tapos bumili ulit ng ganung stock kung sakaling maganda ang forecast mo sa stock na yun? O Magdagdag lang ng stock na yun at wag muna ibenta? Alin dun ang mas makakamaximize ng potential earnings? Given nga na okay nga yung market conditions at pataas sya ha.. Thanks2!

my stock investments are also for long-term. what i did when i started
was to pick which companies i know will last 30 years, have good management, and are established in their industries. since i'm going long-term, my main source of yearly income from these investments will be dividends so i also checked that the companies i chose have high dividend yields and have a good, reliable dividend policy. because i'm investing long-term, i don't look at the short-term gains. i work on obtaining the % ownership that i'm aiming for with each company. psei's long-term growth is around 7% so that's the minimum growth i'm expecting at the end of 30 years. however, i am hoping to beat that of course :-)

Subscribing..you have a good strategy sis 120515, thanks for sharing i am just a newbie in investing, hope to learn a lot from Girl talkers. I am a member too in other forums re personal finance but i am quite cautious since i have to research and verify first before i make my first trade.

Sold SM pero may natira pa akong 1 share kasi boardlot lang nya is 10. Pwede pa kaya kuhanin to or buy na lang ng konti the isama na yun 1 share pag magsesell ulit. I'm using BPI Trade btw.

Oo nga tumataas ang SM kun kelan nabenta ko na. Ilang years na rin kasi ako naipit dun. Sayang sana naghintay pa pala ako ng ilang days bago ibenta. Buhay stocks nga naman

ako din tagal ko ng hawak yung SM... napagiwanan nung nakaraang taas eh... 860 ko sana gusto ibenta kaya lang lagi di na-h-hit... malaman bukas kung pwede na ibenta. Sana! :-)

Ako din may butal na shares pero ibang stock. COL ako but I'm guessing similar naman sya with BPI trade.  Pwede nga sya ibenta as oddlot.  Pansin ko lang sa oddlot ko and baba ng price per share compared to a boardlot so iniisip ko nalang bumili ng oddlot pa para ma benta ko sya as a boardlot. matrabao pero at least hindi lugi. hehe.
