baby bump or belly fat?

hi mga sis.. just wondering, How do you know the difference between belly fat or early pregnancy?

Hahaha good question! For me baby bump is a lot harder, you can't press down on it so much, whereas I can with belly fat also read up on your baby's develop and uterine growth, you'll know approximately when your uterus begins to grow out of the abdominal cavity.

higa ka sis. yun bump na makikita mo sa ibaba ng pusod mo, yun ang baby bump. nasa ibaba pa lang ng pusod si baby during 1st trimester e. kapag malaki yun tummy mo, either bloated, constipated ka lang or yun na yun mga internal organs mo na nagmmove up to accommodate yun expanding uterus mo (or all of the above). hehe

^di pa naman ako preggy sis.. I'm just curious how to differentiate the two.. kasi yung sis ko di namin namalayan buntis pala mangaganak na next month. all we know kasi belly fat lang yun kaya di kami nagtaka or nagask ng question sa kanya.

^yes, once you have your bump it's hard to squeeze into pants that won't fit, as in it will be uncomfortable and hurt, whereas sometimes when it's belly fat you can still squeeze in dba?

When you sit down, yeah the belly is still there too. But then it also depends on how the body distributes fat. I've seen some people I know aren't pregnant but look like it coz all their fat is on their belly and looks like a preggy belly. I guess that's why some people are mistaken as being preggy when they're not.
