p.s. this foundie does NOT WORK if hindi ka makinis or have good skin in general. naiinggit yung workmate ko kaya i let her try pero so-so lang sa kanya. I would recommend this for night/photography and with good skin (no craters,bumps)

Rant: I bought UA whitening set from LaBella Organics, a seller I found in IG. My UA is not so dark naman, gusto ko lang magpantay ang kulay. I didn't expect much from the product pero nacurious ako and checked if maglalighten kahit konti.

The effect was the opposite! Nagdarken UA ko, after only using it for 2 days!

Buti na lang, I remembered that VCO almost always cures my skin issues, so I applied VCO and rubbed it off with a cotton. Ayun, unti unting nawala yung dark stain.

Totally gone na yung dark stain caused by the so-calldd UA whitening set daw after a few more showers and a few more VCO cure.

Hay, scary talaga!

In this day and age of internet shopping, you would think online stores would strive to be efficient, or at least want to provide the best service possible. This is one of the most highly marked-up beauty stores in the Philippines but I had to order as they had what my friend wanted for her birthday. Jusme! I ordered Monday and swiftly paid via paypal and I don't think they would have even bothered to ship tomorrow had I not requested to cancel my order! And not the friendliest of people pa. Medyo mukhang pera ang vibe ng owner. As many of you know, I also operated an online beauty store many years ago, but had to quit because I needed the time to explore other ventures. But wow, quite astonished at how customer service is failing! I really had high expectations because the site was quite nice with an equally nice selection of products, and the markup is really high. The least they could have provided was professional service.
Anyone else had the same experience?

i have combination skin, with hormonal breakout lately. tried this kasi i want a water based moisturizer with whitening para sa pimple marks. parang primer ang finish nya, non greasy and yung mga dry spot ko na usually nakikita pag may makeup, di na noticeable. di ko pa alam about the whitening property pero i am liking this product so far.

L.A. Colors Chunky Lip Crayon. Super ganda sa lips, ang creamy ng texture then amoy/lasang vanilla pa! Only 159 pesos. 4 shades lang available: I got Coral and Hot Red.

EB Advance 5-eyeshadow palette in Sunset Cafe. After buying I watched Ann Clutz's video on how to apply it and...ANG GANDA! Tapos 129 pesos lang! Teehee. So happy.

Very true! I will super rave MUFE ULTRA HD foundation also. It has a buildable coverage and looks like skin kahit when you use it daytime. Nahihide niya freckles ko and it doesn't oxidize. HG ko to!

Sis ako! I had the same experience the first and last time i ordered from them. I paid on a Monday (or tuesday), hoping I'd receive the items before the week ends but lumampas na one week wala pa din. So i followed up thinking it was lost by the courier. Lo and behold! I was told that my deposit was 100php short because they gave me the wrong price. My order was put ON HOLD. They did not even bother to text me, naghihintay pala ko sa wala. So i deposited immediately, only to be told na every Thursday lang daw shipping kaya maghintay daw ako ulit.

Hay. nakakainis lang pag excited ka na. It took two weeks since i first deposited my payment before the package arrived. Nakasabay na almost ng launch sa Rustan's ang order ko. I ordered from mupstore precisely because i couldn't wait for the launch gusto ko na mahawakan agad. Kung halos sabay lang pala dadating, i should have waited for the launch, ma-swatch ko pa. Okay lang late eh, pero yun di ako nainform na naka-hold pala because of their own negligence in quoting prices, nakakainis.

Ang feeling ko tuloy utang na loob ko pa na bumili ako sa kanila. Grabe lang. Sana marealize nila na online shopping is directed by impulse and people buy to get the goods ASAP. And really with that markup, it's not ok to make the customer wait. I operated an online makeup store years ago, it was pretty basic, but even I wasn't that inefficient. As in nagpapanic ako pag may chance na madidisappoint ang customer. Yung response kasi nila parang bahala ka sa buhay mo, sakin ka umorder, mag-antay ka.
Will defintely not be repurchasing!

same sentiments with mupstore. once lang din ako bumili dun and never again. ang ayoko talaga eh yung once a week lang shipping. i remember before nag-pay ako friday tapos thursday lang pala shipping nila, eh di naghintay ako ng 1 week makuha lang yung item. ang taas na nga ng prices, ang taas din ng shipping fee. standard yata nila yung P150. tsaka di rin accommodating yung seller. pag nagtanong ka ng price, price lang talaga irereply. pag out of stock, out of stock lang din ang irereply. pag available yung item, "YES". wala man lang puso sa pagrereply sa mga nagtatanong sa kanila. lol

Rant - St. Ives Collagen Moisturizer - at first it was ok then after a week of using it, it gave me cystic pimples.

Rave - Pixy pressed powder. Got the last one and dear me it's really true what they say. It's the best pressed powder I've tried so far. Too bad they are discontinuing the product.

what i noticed was their customer service or yung person you contact about queries and order a little unaccommodating.

I agree, actually ganun din ang vibe nung person in person (makati store). But I chanced upon the other owner, and she was nice.


I still buy from them yung mga stuff na mas mura sa kanila. Luckily, I have a friend who lives in that building and picks up the stuff I ordered.
