Mura ba ang giordano sa Malaysia compared sa pinas? After pala ng Singapore trip namin, Malaysia naman. We're going to legoland.😍

^ Mas mura sa SG sis. Parang pinapamigay lang ang Giordano at Cotton On doon. H&M din super mura kapag nasaktuhan niyong sale.

Footwear ang murang bilhin sa Malaysia. Mas mura sneakers, pati Ipanema at Zaxy below P500 lang.

Kainis yung Johor Bahru taxi!! Nascam kami grr! Hay nako bwisit talaga. We billed around 35 RM and he pressed a button and charged us 50RM wtf sobrang inis na inis ako as in bwisit levels. Mga sis if you hail a taxi and they offer a flat rate, wag nalang. thats how we started kase. Dont even try negotiating to get it metered. Just move on to the next.

But in fairness, nice yung Johor Premium outlets. I saw an MK bag na I would say 1/3rd of the price nalang. Good prices dun Pero not necessarily nice displays hahahahh

Sa Malaysia naman footwear. May crocs ba sa malaysia? mas mura kaya don kesa dito sa pinas?

^ Sis kung Crocs hanap niyo, mura din 'yan sa SG. May nabili akong slip on 20 sgd lang, and 'yung wedges that they sell for 3k+ here mabibili mo dun 49 sgd lang. Try visiting the IMM mall in Jurong, puro outlet stores 'yung mga nandun.

Hello girls! Finally natuloy rin ang first ever solo trip ko sa Malaysia. Thank you sa lahat ng mga sis na sumagot sa tanong ko, speciall sis Purple! ( Dati na po akong Gtalker, di ko na kasi ma-open yung account ko, I had to create a new one)

Share ko lang itinerary ko.

Day 1 ? Malacca
From aiport derecho na ko dito. Nag- overnight ako, pero pwede naman naman uwian lang. Wala rin naman masyado mapupuntahan.  nag-stay ako sa Hangout @ Jonker , 950/night. Very convenient ang location kasi along Jonker street and near Dutch square (less than five minutes walk). May free na toast at coffee for breakfast. hehe 

Day 2 ? Genting Highlands
Nung nag travel ako, under construction pa yung outdoor theme park,  kaya wala naman magagawa dito, unless gusto nyo sumakay ng cable car.  Pwedeng mag-stop sa Chin Swee station ng cable car  para puntahann yung Chin Swee Temple. Ok narin, libre lang naman. hehe  Nag-stay ako sa First World Hotel, 650/night. Fan room lang sya, pero malamig kasi nasa taas ng bundok. I think sulit na! Sana pag natapos yung ginagawang theme park , hindi sila mag-increase ng rate.

Day 3 ? Kuala Lumpur
I originally planned to stay at GeoHotel, as per sis Purple?s recommendation. Maganda naman talaga yung location, kasi near LRT Pasar Seni.  Pero medyo pricey sya kasi for me kasi mag-isa lang ako. Kaya naghanap ako ibang option, nakita ko yung Lavana Hotel sa Tripadvisor. Magaganda naman ang feedback, so I opted to stay here nalang. Opposite sya ng Geo Hotel, 900/night.

Petronas tower-  totoo nga na ?must see? kapag gabi. Ang gangda talaga.  Nag punta ako ng around 5pm, tambay sa park, then Petronas tour (950 pesos) ng 7:45 PM, tapos balik sa park after para manood ng fountain show.

KL Tower ? I tried the Skybox (1200 pesos) Ok lang, namamahalan kasi ako, parang di sulit! hehe Atleast yung sa Petronas medyo matagal.

Batu Cave -  Plano ko talaga mag KTM train lang, kaso when I checked the schedule, alanganin yung punta  ko, eh nagmamadali na ko,  so nag- UBer na ko.  Inabot ng 20+ ringgit yung bill. Pero nung pabalik sakto sa 11 Am na schedule so nag train nalang ako.  Hindi na ko umakyat sa taas kasi tinatamad ako. haha Mga 15 minutes lang ako nag-stay.

Before ako pumunta Batu cave, dumaan muna ko Merdeka Square at KL City Gallery,  walking distance lang from the hotel. Nadaanan ko rin Kasturi Walk atCentral Market, pero di ko na pinasok kasi nagmamadali na ko.

Day 4 ? Langkawi

Nakapagpa-book ako Air Asia flight for 1650 pesos roundtrip. Not bad! hehe Yung Skybridge lang talaga pinunta ko dito. 1200 pesos kasama na yung cable car ride. Super enjoy ako sa view!  May beach rin, kung gusto nyo, pero hindi white sand. Walang sinabi sa Boracay. hehe

We're staying at arenaa grand star hotel in Kuala Lumpur. I like the room better kesa sa Singapore. Any suggestions sa pasalubong na pwede bilhin malapit dito? Tsaka any nearby money changer that offers a good deal? Sana malapit lang sa hotel, yung walking distance lang..

Btw, We'll be visiting these places today.

Merdeka square
Petronas tower
KL tower
Chocolate showroom

Super layo pala ng Legoland from KL. I like the people in Malaysia. Mababait sila and accommodating. We stayed at arenaa grand star hotel and the rooms are way way better than the rooms in our hotel sa Singapore.

Not as clean as Singapore. Di rin stroller friendly. Nakakatakot na maglakad pag gabi.. may natutulog sa mga sidewalk.

Sayang we weren't able to go to central market. Sa bukit bintang kami nag mall where my husband and father bought crocs footwear. Dinner at kfc and McDonald's while yung breakfast sa hotel.

Magalingand mabait yung driver ng coach namin. Very helpful siya and we felt safe while with him.😊

If I were to choose between Singapore and Malaysia, I'd choose Malaysia. Not because of the place but because of the people. I felt na mas humane and mas personal sila and hindi robotic ang service.

mga sis, kung madaling araw ang dating sa KLIA2 around 2am siguro, may mga budget taxi pa ba papuntang Bukit Bintang? Safe po ba magtaxi pag ganung oras? mag dagdag na bayad po ba? thanks

^ better if you just use Grab or Uber to book from KLIA2 to Bukit Bintang. Also, check kung may bus pa at the basement after you arrive, definitely mas mura pag bus pag less than four kayo. Pero kung four kayo in the group, konti lang difference kung Uber

I am really loving the chocolates we bought from harriston. My son loves the green tea and my favorite naman is tira misu. Pag nakabalik kami, magho hoard na ko.😁

Just decided to visit malaysia this morning for our 1st year anniversary.

na sold kami sa batu caves e. wanna ask kung ano package tours ang sulit or yung iba OK ba na DIY na lang?

For me lang sis, mahilig kasi ako mag DIY, i am not fond of tours, mahal kasi. 

We went to Malaysia  for 3 days, and then overnight Bus to Singapore for another 3 days, lahat yan DIY lang, walang tours. And for me, ok naman, I did not feel the need to, lalo na kung prepared ka naman sa research and all (pinaka helpful google maps/google street, dahil makikita mo yung mismong lugar, less ligaw kasi medyo familiar ka na)

May maabutan kaya kaming sale if mga 3rd week of january travel namin to kl?

On Day 2 we are planning to go to Batu Caves and Elephant Sanctuary sana pero mahirap yung combo na yun pag walang sasakyan. Is there a cab service na pwedeng mag day trip na legit para they can drive us around the area? As per reviews din hndi sulit mag tour for places like this since libre naman.

Is Legoland worth it? As epr officemates who went there 2 years ago hndi daw pero nadagdagan ba ang attractions which makes the travek and entrance fee worh it

Also Malacca? Is it worth  the byahe/

^ Melaka is worth the trip, it's a UNESCO World Heritage town. It's actually just two hours away from the airport, so what you can do is visit it first after arriving in KLIA2, then may do a day tour or spend a night there, then head over to KL after--which is about 2.5 hours bus ride away.
