^ it's ok to take the Bullet train kasi you will still be able to do sight seeing while at it.  This is to avoid any traffic din papuntang KL.  At least, more time for you to stroll around din.

^thank you sis . Napuntahan namin kahapon ang Batu Cave and Petronas. Umulan kaya hindi mainit habang nandon kami sa Malaysia.

gloomy nga maghapon yesterday pero di umulan sa place namin.  this morning dito sa KL mismo, umulan ng malakas pero ngayon makulimlim lang ulit.

anyway, June 27 daw pala start ng MidYear Mega Carnival sale this year.  Then start this Thursday ang Ramadan for the Muslims (fasting) kaya bihira lang ang mga local Malay food shops na bukas that time.  pero once na mga hapon na madaming mga stalls na sa street.  There is one near Giordano sa Bukit Bintang.  So if you want to try out the local Malay foods/streetfoods, pwede niyo puntahan.  This will be until the Eid (july 18-19).

It's the season for Durians!!
Foodies will be interested in Durian Buffet tour in Johor Bahru Malaysia (depart from Singapore).

^ oo nga sis, kalat ngayon ang Durian....gusto ko nga bumili ayaw naman ni hubby, hehe...
mag-du-durian cake na lang ako sa Secret Recipe, hehhe.  or try out Beard Papa's durian cream puffs

Sisses, doable na ba ang 4d/3n for KL and Penang? Mag plane kami going to Penang and back to KL. Sa  2nd & 3rd day namin ang Penang. Sa ngayon ito ang mga plan namin puntahan:

Batu caves
Petronas tower
Merdeka Square
Genting highlands
Central Market

Georgetown street arts
Penang hill

Hi po, sa Aug 15 na yung trip namin to MY. May nabasa ako sa net about Putrajaya tour via taxi. Ask lang po ako ng feedback. thanks!

-   You could go to ticket booth and pay RM 39 for the taxi that will tour you around for 1 hour.

And saan po pala pwede bumili ng go genting golden package (pwede po ba online?) or any inputs po sa magandang package sa genting? thanks!

^ sis Go Genting PAckage can be bought sa KL sentral na mismo, don sa bus station ng Genting sa may basement.    You have options there to choose either entrance to the outdoor theme park or yong buffet nila.  alam ko kasi inaayos ang outdoor dati pa e, not sure kung tapos na.

Regarding Putrajaya, I don't think it's RM39 na ngayon sis kasi tumaas ang taxi fare dito.

Thanks sis phurple0515! Maulan ba sa MY pag August? Inisiip ko kasi kung bibili nako ng ticket online eh.. And sulit ba yung taxi ride if we visit Putrajaya? Thanks!

^ dapat maulan na rin ng August.  unpredictable na rin kasi ngayon ang panahon e.  pero if I say na maulan, it will just be isang bagsakan na ulan sa hapon tapos hihinto na after 1 hr or so.  If that is the case, sarado ang Outdoor Theme Park.  Marami din naman ibang parks pa dito sa KL like Sunway Lagoon. 

Sulit naman ata ang Putrajaya tour via taxi.  Kasi nga  mahirap don pag wala ka sasakyan.  Mga makikita mo naman lang din don are the government offices and the beautiful structures ng mga buildings nila.

^thanks sis! okay ba mag sunway lagoon instead of legoland? kasi yung sa causewaylink bus, meron direct coach bus from bukit bintang to legoland and vice versa. tapos ang ETA 11:30am then departure pauwi is 6:30pm.

^ sis ang Legoland, malapit na sa SG kaya hectic if ever na balikan kayo.  pero pag SG kayo manggagaling, mas malapit nga siya.

Ang Sunway Lagoon sa KL mismo.  from KL to Legoland, estimated about 4 hrs na byahe one way.  KL to Genting naman is about 45 mins.

^ me mga napost na rin naman na pwedeng puntahan sis, like go around bukit bintang area, chinatown, etc.

yong day 1 mo, sure mo na putrajaya muna then batu caves then Petronas?  mainit kasi sa batu caves ng 9am to 5pm so mas maganda pag maaga ka don.  pero kahit ano naman mauna, just be aware na those 2 are situated at the opposite side of KL, tapos Petronas ang nasa gitna

Hi mga sis!  Madali lang ba makabalik sa KLIA from KLCC pag 7pm ang flight namin or medyo hassle?
Ilang oras ba ang dapat i-allot in going back to the airport? We'll be staying for 2 days lang sa KL kasi pupunta pa kami sa SG. How I wish may airport transfer kasi ang Pacific Regency Hotel eh.

^ from KLCC sis, take the train to KL sentral.  Then from KL sentral, take the bullet train to KLIA (est 28 mins).  Taking the train will be faster for you.  Else, taxi na kayo diretso ng KLIA.  Make sure you umalis na kayo ng KLCC ng mga 330 pm the latest.

if you have spare time to spend in KL, you might want to visit Colmar Tropicale Berjaya Hills for day tour (I don't recommend staying overnight kasi maliit lang naman ang place). May free ride to Japanese garden within the vicinity. Sa may Berjaya Times Square ang shuttle van (45mins travel), for details here's their website:

Sis wifey, day tour is MYR 55 according to a blog I saw, is that still the case?
