^ ok lang sis, mga local chinese dito shorts kung shorts, hehe.  pero shempre up to you na rin to make sure that you are properly dressed sa pupuntahan niyo.  pero di naman sila strict dito.

5 days to go and Kuching-KL trip na namin! So excited!

Here's our itinerary for KL Dec 27-29 kasi Kuching naman may different plan kami dun kasi Cat Museum lang naman din ang interesting para saken.

Sis phurple pahelp if you could suggest sa mga may question mark parts ko

2pm arrival KLIA2
take KLIA ekspres to KL central, then taxi to Citrus Hotel (Jalan Raja Laut)
3pm check-in then late lunch (where?)
Night walk to Petronas towers
Dinner at Jalan Alor

Dec 28
Genting Highlands (may buffet na ulit kaya dito? and what's the best time to go here po?)
Putrajaya
Pavillion Mall to Bukit Bintang for shopping
Dinner (where? and mpapagkasya ko ba ito talaga lahat in 1day?)

Dec 29
9am Morning at Petronas Towers
10am Batu Cave
Lunch (where?)
12-1pm back to hotel to rest then pack-up and check out
2pm taxi to KLCC
2:20pm Train to KLIA2
3:30pm KLIA2 for our 6:30pm flight

Finally done with our KL trip!
Grabe lang isa kami sa mga Cebu Pacific customers na nawindang sa 4 hours delayed na flight 
Then AirAsia pauwi sa kasagsagan ng plane crash and Kalibo accident. Oh well, at least we made it through!

Last Monday, inulan kami kaya we stayed more on sa malls (Suria, Pavilion etc) Then nagbakasakali kami pumunta sa Merdaka by afternoon. Tiis nalang sa ulan kasi no time na kaya pinush na namin 

One day trip din to Melaka, parang Macau din sya pero mas maraming magagandang sites. We even tried to ride the trishaw which I feel is not worth it pero for experience lang, sige go na namin.

Check-in at 33 star hotel (bangunan bintang, jalan sultan)
Question1: from airport to hotel, ano po pwedeng pinakamabilis na pwedeng sakyan?
Question2: may iba pa ba kameng pwedeng puntahan near hotel area?

Day2
Legoland
Hello Kitty Land (if time permits)
Question3: tama po ba research ko na same area yung 2 locations? Possible ba to visit them the same day?


Day3
Petronas tower
Sunway lagoon/mall
Question4: any other place/s we could visit near sunway?

Day4:
Batu caves
KL City gallery
Beryl's chocolate kingdom
Bukit bintang area (shopping)
Question5: mapupuntahan ba namin yung places above kung ang flight namin back to manila is at 6:30pm? What time po kame dapat umalis sa hotel?

Hi sis abbyaye, we have the same flight details when we went to KL. However, I cannot comment sa day1 and 2 mo kasi when I went to KL hindi ako pumunta sa Legoland/ Hello Kitty and Sunway Lagoon. But sure ako na malapit ang Legoland sa Hello Kitty land. But if I may suggest, go to Petronas Tower around 5pm. Para makita nyo ang twin tower both day and night.

Regarding sa day 3 mo, Batu Caves is around 30-45minutes train from KL so better alis na kayo ng maaga para may ample time kayo sa KL City gallery and Beryl's. Bukit Bintang area has numerous shopping malls. Honestly kulang 1 day for shopping sa Bukit Bintang hehe. With your 6:30pm flight, you have to be at the airport at around 3pm. So before 2pm alis na kayo sa KL Sentral kasi 1hr bus ride.

We survived our Mla-KL-Kuching-KL Mla trip. Nakakatakot lang when we heard the news about the AirAsia flight na missing kasi AirAsia kami to and from Kuching, almost same route din. Our Cebu Pac flight back to Manila was kinda scary kasi bad weather na, super daming turbulence. Thank God we got home safely.

We stayed at Citrus Hotel in Jalan Raja Laut near Chowkit and rode KL Ekspres train from KLIA2 to KL Sentral station then taxi to hotel.
The morning after, we waited sa KL Hop-on Hop-off station #19 and bought tickets for our city tour. Made our tour very convenient though matagal nga lang talaga ang travel time.
Bumaba muna kami sa KL Sentral to take another train papuntang Batu Caves. Sad lang at mukhang hindi naaalagaan maigi kasi madumi sa taas (caves). We had lunch sa cafe na malapit then went back to hotel but this time, bumaba kami sa Putra station and tried walking pabalil ng hotel. Konting tanong tanong lang at hindi naman kami naligaw, sayang! Hehe
Rest a bit then ride the KL HoHo bus again at Bukit Bintang naman ang next namin kasi may wedding daw na ginaganap that time sa KL Tower. We went to Pavillion then explored a little then looked for Jalan Alor. We surely enjoyed our food there though hindi namin na-try ang Nasi Lemak. Sad.
It was raining hard that time so we had to wait a little para tumila ang ulan then off we went to Petronas Twin Towers. Naglakad lang kami sa walkway then tunnel then mall at paglabas namin, Petronas na pala! It was past 8pm na and though umaambon, we still managed to take good shots! It was a tiring day at wala na rin KL HoHo bus na dadaan so taxi kami back to hotel.
Next day, we had to pack early kasi early flight ang friend namin so sasama na kami sa kanya sa airport.
We rode a cab going to KL Sentral sana for the KL Ekspres but she (yes,driver's a she!) offered to bring us to the airport for only 110RM. Nagcompute muna kami and it was a good deal na. Kasi if magtrain pa kami, that's 105RM (3pax) plus 20rm for the taxi so we saved 15rm.
Based from our experience, mas mababait ang mga indian drivers (if im not mistaken) kesa sa mga chinese drivers.

It was a short KL Trip because our main purpose naman is to attend a wedding in Kuching Sarawak so KL trip is a bonus na lang. Super fun!

Has anybody stayed at metro hotel or ceria hotel in bukit bintang? Ok ba in terms of cleanliness and wifi strength?

sorry mga sis, I have been out of the loop for 2 weeks.  busy kasi over the holiday.  will try to answer some of your questions.

sis abbyaye, parang medyo mahirap yong day 2 mo if day 1 is coming from KLIA.  Note that Johor (where Legoland and Hello Kitty are located) is nearer SG.  Going there from KL itself is mere 5 hrs of bus ride, so baka maubos oras mo travelling.

Hello sisses! Happy New Year!

I'm going to KL for a conference this January. I'm arriving at 12.35 AM on Wednesday the 21st sa KLIA2. Free yung whole Wednesday ko so plan ko is pumunta ng Melaka.

Kaso earliest bus KLIA2 to Melaka ay 12.15 AM, sunod ay 7:30 AM na. Yung 7:30, 10:30 na ang dating dun. Feeling ko sayang sa oras.

May massuggest ba kayo bukod sa taxi? mahal eh! TIA!

^sis abby, sayang, kung magtatagal pala kayo sa Johor, it would have been cheaper and easier if you came from SG.  Ok na rin naman yong last itinerary mo.

^ usually sis, mga binibili na lang talaga from here are those coffee sachets (like Old Town) kasi maraming types of coffee dito.  else, famous amos or those local chocolates na nabibili sa mga chocolate factory or stalls sa malls.  other than that, are those key chains, shirts, ref magnet, etc na souvenirs dito.  maraming mga shops open sa gabi around Bukit Bintang area.

Will be in KL again after 3 yrs, was there Last 2012 around May, and will be there again this December. Scored RT ticket through Cebupac's piso fare promo last Jan 26 for only 1.3k for 2 pax.

Last time our itinerary was KK and KL. This time we're considering KL-Penang-Melaca.

Will backread muna sisses then will be back with my queries.

^ unpredictable weather ngayon sis, be prepared na lang to bring umbrella kasi  it rains in the afternoon pero saglit lang naman.

^ yes, you can wear long sleeves (cotton).  mainit dito esp during noon pero pag di naman makapal yong cloth, ok na rin.
