^Thanks for answering my question at the old MY thread sis. My friend and I have decided to stay overnight at Cameron Highlands, there are a lot of places to see there pala and we want to go to the Brinchang night maket as well. We're considering staying at Snooze Hotel. Any recommendations ng cheap but clean and strategically located hotel/hostel/guesthouse in Cameron?

Unti-unti na ko nakakabuo ng itinerary.

Day 1
Picture at Petronas in the morning
Batu caves
Putrajaya
Back to Petronas for a night shot
City tour and Merdeka square if time permits
Jalan alor

Day 2
Cameron Highlands

Day 3
Back to KL Sentral for some shopping
Visit little india, chinatown and other places na hindi napuntahan during Day 1

Our flight on our last day is at 5am, diretsuhin na lang siguro namin. Wala ng tulugan. LOL

Do you know sis how to go to Putrajaya from Batu caves? Which is a better route kaya between the two:
KL Sentral-Batu Caves-Putrajaya-KL Sentral or
KL Sentral-Putrajaya-Batu Caves-KL Sentral

anong clean but affordable na hotel in bukit bintang? yung walking distance lang sana sa mga malls at sights to visit.

If you have time, maybe you can travel down to Legoland in Johor Bahru and even Singapore.

sis leihin, putrajaya and batu caves kasi are situated in the opposite direction wherein KL sentral ang meeting point.  so either way you can do your travel.  Going to Putrajaya from KL sentral is via the KLIA transit, while batu Caves is via the KTM komuter.

sis kittycat, i usually say try out Sky hotel in bukit bintang. 

^ problem lang sis kung kulang sila sa oras, esp. 4 hrs ang travel from KL to Johor bahru   Mas malapit pumunta ng Legoland if you are coming from SG.

we decided to drop Penang para hindi naman kami haggard sa biyahe.

okay na ba sis ang RM50 per meal sa budget? or mahal na yun?

^ mahal na yon sis esp. pag budget mo lang yan per person.  pag sa mga stalls lang, malaki na ang RM10 per meal per person.  hm, like for McDo, ang isang value meal (quarter pounder) nasa RM10-14 lang siya.  pag sa Chili's or Tony Romas, pasok yan RM50 mo, hehe

^ yay! good to know. plan namin kumain sa mga hawkers, so siguro sakto na ang RM10 per person diba? okay naman sis mga hawkers sa Jalan Alor?

^ oo sis, pero magdagdag ka na rin extra ha kasi ngayon medyo tumaas mga bilihin dito so eventually tataas din mga presyo ng pagkain by 1-2 RM.

Changed the itinerary. I checked our flight itinerary and found out that we'll land at LCCT  at 12:35am pala.
From there, we'll go straight to Ipoh via Yoyo Bus, then from Amanjaya Terminal in Ipoh, we'll ride a Perak Transit bus going to Cameron Highlands. ETA to Cameron is 10:00am. Good luck sa amin lol.

The next day we'll go to KL na. We'll take the GT Bhai bus 8:00am-1:00pm travel to Puduraya Bus Terminal. Then explore KL and join the Hop On Night Excursion Tour which includes a trip to Batu Caves. Tapos last day namin we'll join the "Best of Putrajaya Tour" at 11am and mag Hop On Hop Off Bus KL City Tour.

Question lang ulit sis, do you know kung hanggang anong oras open ang luggage centers at KL Sentral?
Based on my research, there are two- Matang Luggage at Level 2 Stesen Sentral OR Madam’s Keeper at Level 1, Stesen Sentral. Which is better kaya?

Hanggang 10pm kasi ang Hop On Night Excursion Tour tapos mageend pa sa Chinatown. I'm worried lang na baka magclose na ang left luggage after namin magtour.

May bus or train ba from Malaysia to Thailand? If meron saan ang station and ilang hours ang travel time?

^^ sis, hindi na sa LCCT ngayon ang airport ha.  lahat ng dating LCCT are direct to KLIA 2 na.  I'm not just sure sa mga luggage centers sis what time they are open. 

^ Meron sis pero sa Hat Yai lang siya.  sa Puduraya bus ang station and may take up to 8hrs bus ride.

Thank you sis. Nag google ako from Hat yai to bangkok rin pala will take around 8 hours so around 16 hours ang buong travel time.

May train rin pala pero sa penang ang sakay will take around 20 hours naman isama pa yung pa penang na travel time it will take around 24 hours o one day.

Na try mo na ba yung bus from kl to hat yai sis?

Thank you, sis phurple0515 We found out nga din today na sa KLIA2 na pala, buti na lang hindi ko pa nabook bus tickets. We'll probably use the coin operated lockers na lang.

Our trip will be this coming Thursday na, so excited!

Do you know how to go to KL Sentral coming from Puduraya terminal? And pano din sis pumunta sa Menara KL Tower coming from KL Sentral. I don't know kasi kung walking distance lang ito or if we should ride a bus or taxi. Many thanks sis

Hi sissies, done backreading from the last thread pero hindi pa rin ako nakakabuo ng itinerary hehe, this is my first out of the country kasi with my husband and his friend from Poland.

I hope you can give me suggestions kung anong pwedeng maisingit pa kasi our flight is on December 25 2pm via Cebu Pac to KL, then diretso flight again from KL to Kuching by 9pm via Air Asia so sa airport lang kami magstay while waiting to board. We're attending a wedding kasi ng friend nina hubby sa Kuching on December 26 so ang dating namin sa Kuching is around 10-11pm na siguro. Wala pa kami hotel sa Kuching pero yung groom na daw bahala sa accommodation namin so less worry na with our Kuching stop. Wedding is December 26 so by afternoon til gabi wala kaming gagawin sa Kuching. Any suggestions? Yung Cat Museum (if im not mistaken) lang ang nagustuhan namin ni hubby na puntahan doon. Our flight kinabukasan (Dec 27) back to KL is 11:45am so doon na kami sa KL from Dec 27-29. Ayun pa lang ang pinaka-tourist mode siguro namin kaya eto pa lang ang naiisip ko for Dec 27-29

HOHO Bus tour or DIY to Batu Cave or Genting Highlands
Confused pa ko with this kasi nga Dec 28 lang ang whole day na ma-spend talaga namin for touring at nabasa ko na hindi na sa Coffee Terrace ang buffet sa Genting, gusto pa naman namin ma-try ni hubby plus the cable ride.
Better ba na DIY na lang kami to Batu Cave in the morning since yun lang naman talaga ang gusto kong puntahan sa mga stops ng HOHO bus (or may masuggest pa ba kayo na okay puntahan?) then Genting after lunch for the cable ride?

6:30pm pa ng gabi yung flight namin but so I'll allot the whole morning na lang siguro to buy souvenirs (or can you suggest again kung ano pang pwede?) then ligpit things by lunch time and rest a bit til check out.


So there, magulo pa talaga ang IT namin. Hope you can help sissies, nanibago siguro ako at nalilito pa sa name ng places kaya ang tagal mag-sink in sa akin ng mga info na nababasa ko

sis pret_ty68, i don't usually travel bu bus, plane na lang kasi halos pareho lang ang pamasahe, pagod pa pag bus.  but have not been to hat yai yet.

sis leihin, from Puduraya to KL sentral, you can take the LRT (Plaza Rakyat LRT station) to Hang Tua then form hang tua take the monorail to KL sentral.  ANother option is from Puduraya (Plaza Rakyat LRT station), go to Masjid Jamek, from Masjid Jamek take the Kelana Jaya line direct to KL sentral.  Pag nag masjid ka, nasa loob na mismo ng KL sentral ang station.  pag nag-monorail ka, maglalakad ka pa konti.

^ sis ok naman ang itinerary mo pero just be wary na Genting will be very packed with people during the Christmas season.  Minsan umaabot ng 1 hr ang pila just to ride the cable car.

Thanks sis phurple!  Noted also. Starting to canvass hotels in KL na. Anyone tried Tune Hotel? Mukhang mura siya but I still have to confirm hehe.
