@sis tammy1979 Yang six-month passport validity rule din problem ko. June 22 scheduled renewal ko eh aalis ako ng July 14 Sana wag naman madelay.

sa June 15 naman flight ko , sana naman hindi ma delay, ipapa express ko , sana umabot naman.

May 3 ako nagrenew. May 13 ang release. Nadeliver sa kin May 14. Hindi naman delayed.
 
So sa mga magre-renew, relax lang. 😊

That's great! Baka wala nang backlog. Today is our scheduled pickup, sana yung sa amin din ma-release na or at least minimal delay lang. Tumatawag ako sa ali mall pero either busy or walang sumasagot, so no choice but to go there and check. Hoping andun na para hindi naman sayang ang punta namin.

Hi, I have a quick question.

Kapag ba new application para sa child, kailangan may isang parent na valid pa yung passport? meaning hindi pa expired?

kasi ang akala ko, pwede yung Family appointment tapos kaming 3 (ako, hubby and child), sabay sabay mag aayos ng passport. Renewal for me and hubby and new application for our daughter.

Kaya lang kasi yung passports namin ni hubby ay parehas ng expired last february pa.

Does this mean, hindi namin pwede iapply ng passport ang anak namin?

^ sis okay lang yan, renewal for you and your husband then new application kay baby.. Family appointment talaga.. ganyan din ang samin ng baby ko before.. 3 years expired na ang passport ko then when I applied for renewal kasabay na ang new application ng baby ko..

Anyone here tried to get a passport (new application) sa Robinson Galleria branch? I got my dad an appointment for passport this May 26, and we have a flight to hong kong this coming June 18. Aabot kaya yun pag express? di na namin ippadeliver para di na madelay. so pick up na lang. Please help! worried kami baka di umabot sa scheduled flight.  huhuhu

Do we still have to wear something with collar? Nakalimutan ko na kasi, sa megamall din kami naka sked by July pa naman.

I wore a collarless blouse and there were a lot of others in t-shirts lang. All very casual. I think mas strict sila sa earrings, bangs, hair accessories, etc.

No passports yet. Will check again this saturday, or maybe even next saturday na lang para sure na. I now regret not having it mailed to my apartment na lang, LOL. Pinapatawag muna kami to check daw if available na before we go there again, eh laging busy naman or walang sumasagot ng phone nila dun. Oh well.

Hello,

I tried the family appointment system for my mom and daughter, both renewal. My plan was for Dec 2016 paguwi ko sa Pinas but I went ahead and made a "dummy" schedule for Sept 26, just to check. Then when I was trying to cancel the appointment, ang message na lumabas is "self service cancellations are not available".

How do you cancel an online appointment?

^Make a new appointment. Then I think the system will remind you that you already have an appointment and if you continue, the previous appointment will be cancelled.

^ kahit front lang pwede na.. pero para sure ka doon ka na lang mag pa photocopy ng id's mo mas alam nila ang requirements.

Claimed our passports today. Scheduled pick-up date was four days ago. Wala na ngang masyadong delay right now.
