^hi sis. sa dfa ali mall. bale ako lang gumawa ng online appointment in behalf of my mother, di kasi siya techie. Aug. 19 ang sked niya. Ang concern ko lang is pwede ba irush yung passport nya? Application for new passport ito.

papaliin ka naman ata kung express or regular Pero yun nga. Ako express dapat kahapon ang delivery. tumawag ako sa 2go. wala pa ang passport ko. pft.

@chinablue senior citizen na ba ang mother mo? if yes, pwede sa sm megamall mag walk-in ang senior citizens. no need to schedule an appointment. ganun ang ginawa ng mom ko.

^^for passport renewals, although NSO-issued documents are included in the list of supporting documents, you can opt to not bring one. Just choose any three of the documents listed here.

From what I remember, pag nag-avail ka ng courtesy lane, automatic rush processing ang passport.

oh god i just want to rant out. what the hell, before we could just expedite passports here on our end..ngayon hindi na? I "have" to go to manila or folllw regular process.

so annoying! Its now even taking longer than usual! Kainis!

^According to my cousin who's assigned at DFA right now the printing machine that does the passports broke down recently so andami natenga na passports. The machine's fixed now but domino effect na. One can avail of a 1 or 2 year validity extension daw if one prefers.

^ waa thanks for the update sis mama squeak..
before kase, last year, we could process thru agency and they can do it within a week for renewal kase po..ngayon 30 working days na and dapat sa DFA.

I already saw the requirements but I just needed to clarify. I have an ITR issued by the company for 2014 last January 15. I read sa instructions na 1 year prior daw dapat na issue. This is for my contributions 2014..but issued Jan 2015. Ok lang ba ito?

Weird nagconflict sabi ng agency. Sabi ng isa ok lang daw photocopy front and back.isang agency sabi daw dami..to be safe im bringing the following

E1 SSS
ITR for 2014 contributions
Barangay Clearance
Cedula (just to be safe)

NSO
Passport front and last page
company id
prc nurse license

ok na ito right? parang wala naman kulang ^^

^hehe andami mong documents! Renewal lang naman yung passport mo di ba? When I renewed kasi personal application ako sa DFA and I only brought my expiring passport, SSS ID, company ID, photocopied marriage certificate.

^ sis paranoid kase. its sooo annoying to go to the city lately! grabe 2 hrs traffic kaya prepared talaga ako.cant bear to make tiis sa traffic.

Also sis, one last question. Planning to go this Thurs. It's a day before holiday, based sa exp. sa sibling mo po, dami bang tao?basta one day before holiday?

Hi sis minatay dami mong dala na docs sis

 ako share ko lang when I had my renewal, kinuha lang xerox ng passport ko (front and back) and xerox ng driver's license, then dala ko pa nga nun sis photocopy ng land title and cedula rin eh, pero di na nila kinuha . I also brought my birth certificate pero no need na daw.
