My passport is 2 yrs old expired  - can i still use it for renewal or new application na ? No idea eh

Mga sis, may iba ba pwede gawin kapag alanganin ang release ng passport sa alis? Kahit kasi rushed baka hindi umabot.

In cases of emergency they can release it early. Yung dad ko monday ng apply, friday that same week he got it na. Reason was his sister in law died and he'll attend the funeral sa states. He just needed to submit death cert. So depende sa case pinapayagan nila pero kung normal travel lang hindi ata.

Ask ko lang po kung mayroong senior citizen lane sa DFA Aseana?

I'm assisting my parents with their password renewal. Isabay ko na rin irenew passport ko. Kung meron, is it ok na dun narin ako pumila? Since Family Application ang sinumbmit kong appointment online? Or hiwalay ako? Hehe.

Pahelp may tanong ako at hindi naman matawagan dfa.. My passport has expired since 2006 so it's been 8 years. Another problems is that last 2009 ng Ondoy, pinasok ng tubig bahay namin and the passports were lost including mine. Ano ba iaapply ko for renewal or new application na?

^new application na siya sis. kailangan mo magpasa ng requirements ulit plus affidavit of loss.

I lost my valid passport.
Kumpleto na requirements ko including Affidavit and Police report. My appointment ako bukas sa SM Manila. Kanina ko lang napansin sa website. No need na daw for ab appointment and applicants SHOULD proceed to the Consular Records Division sa ASEANA. Paano yun? Aseana ba ako pupunta mga sis? Baka masayang oras ko pag nag SM Manila pa ako. Nga pala, same passport number pa din kaya or iba na?

^oo sis sa ASEANA sa main office dun lang ang processing ng lost passport... iba na rin siguro sis passport number, kasi pag nagrerenew nag iiba rin ang number ng passport natin diba

Naisip ko lang kasi, bakit sa Records Dept pa. Baka titignan nila records then baka ibigay pa din yung dating passport number ko. Lol. Naisip lang naman. Haha

No need for an appointment ba talaga? Yun ang nakalagay sa website eh. SM Manila ang appointment ko pero kanina ko nga lang nabasa yung about sa lost valid passport. Baka maloka ako.pagdating dun, hingan pa din ako ng confirmed appointment.

^di na sis need ng appointment pag lost valid passport. may clearing period pa yon kaya sa records dept muna pupunta.

bakit ganon, nagtatry ako magschedule lahat ng dates sa SM Manila wala pa raw available slots?

I'm in a bit of a dilemna nga kasi pauwi kaming mag-anak sa Pinas sa July 1 and we need to travel back in Dubai on 15 July. My passport as well as my hubby are expiring by end September and therefore, we really need to get out passports renewed because we won't be allowed to leave the country if our passports validity are less than 6 months (and we will not be issued Overseas Employment Certificate OEC if our passports are less than 6 months and that is another story of course!)

Can you please share what your dad did when he applied for passport renewal because the new passport was issued to him immediately. We will definitely visit DFA Aseana on 2 July and I just hope we can get the new passports issued to us before we travel back to Dubai.
