yung sa mom ko sandali lang kasi may kakilala sila sa civil registry ng municipal... its a case to case basis kasi sis alam mo naman sa pinas dapat mahaba ang pisi mo. asahan mo kahit saan ka magpunta o anuman asikasuhin mo lahat kailangan mo pumila kaya be early nalang lagi

sis sure ka ba na wala pang naka lagay na certified true xerox copy yung birth cert ng mom mo? kasi kung meron naman pede mo na ideretso yan sa NSO or nagtry kana rin ba kumuha sa NSO? kasi kung makakuha ka naman agad ng NSO birth cert ng mom mo ok na yan tapos valid ID's nalang at dalin ninyo yung original nabirth cert ng mom mo. Importante may voters ID siya, drivers liscense, senior citizen ID, basta 2 gov't valid ID's.... make it xerox na lahat at dapat dala ang original....

Sched is march 18, dfa megamall. Flight is on april 10. May notice ngayon ang dfa na 10 working days ang rush. Tapos may 3 day holiday pa because of holy week. Hopeless na ba? 😔

Sis, sa NSO na galing yung birth certifiicate ng mom ko na walang first name, nagpunta na din daw sila sa City Hall kanina to get a certified true copy..pero bukas pa daw malalaman kung may first name siya sa CTC.. Thanks po.

^^kaya naman yan sis wag lang magka problema ang mga machines, renewal ka lang naman ata e,  basta make sure before ka magpa process ask mo na yung delivery date kung kelan para alam mo kung abot ba pero aabot pa yan bago mag April 10

^un nalang talaga sis ang aantayin mo... tapos dadalin mo pa ulit yan sa NSO sana pwede na yang pang support sa NSO kung may complete name na sa CTC sayang naman bayad ka na naman... or samahan mo ng "Any public document/s with correct full name, date and place of birth i.e. Baptismal Certificate with readable dry seal" kung meron si mom mo...

I'd like to consult a case, baka someone here can help me.

We're planning to get a passport for my stepson. He's still a minor and my husband and his ex-wife's marriage was annulled. In the annulment case, walang mention of custody. They agreed to leave it out. After the annulment, gumawa lang sila ng letter of agreement that the child will stay with the father (my husband) since the mother is already residing abroad. Previously kasi, sa mga kapatid ng mother nakatira yung bata. They got it notarized then yun na.

I checked the passport application requirements for minors whose parents are annulled / divorced and eto yung kailangan:

1. Court order awarding guardianship of the minor applicant or substitute parental authority
2. DSWD Travel Clearance
3. NSO Marriage Certificate with annotation on nullity or annulment decree

I don't think we'll have problems with #2 & #3 but what we're worried about is #1. We don't have a court order awarding guardianship / custody. We are wondering kung pasok ba sa "substitute parental authority" yung notarized agreement ng husband ko and his ex-wife?

Does anyone know kung kumusta ang delivery ngayon ng passports? They have a notice na medyo delayed ngayon ang production and delivery so sa regular processing, instead of 15 working days, naging 20 working days na. Then additional 1-2 days for the courier.

Meron ba kayong nabalitaan na mas delayed pa? Would love to hear from those whole received their passports recently.

My husband and kids applied last march 27. Sabi sa form release is April 29. We have trip on May 16. Medyo nagaalala lang ako.

To be safe [textspeak!] [textspeak!] niya dalin mo at passport mo kasi yung youngest son ko kasabay ko nagpa passport hindi naman tinignan yung school ID niya (7 yo) hindi ko lang alam dun sa dalawa kong anak, si hubby kasi kasabay nila nag renew

Sis kriztina, I recently renewed passports of my kids. Ang hiningi lang sa akin as attachments are old passport (with photocopy), and photocopy ng valid passport ko. I brought their school IDs pero di naman hiningi.

Thanks, sis angelholics. Yes, we received the passports ng April 30. In fairness, sumakto naman ang DFA when they said April 29, April 29 talaga na-release. I called up LBC April 30 ng morning, they said na-release nga, and by afternoon na-deliver na sa amin.
