Hi! Looking for hotels or airbnb in Toronto but I don't know where to start haha! What's a good area to stay in Toronto kaya? I'm staying with my family (may 1 kid na kasama)

Stay at the downtown core. It might be a bit pricier but at least malapit ka na sa attraction. check expedia or trivago. check area of spadina/queen (south)

^^Ang mamahal nga ng hotels in Toronto. I booked Park Hyatt kasi nasa downtown lang. We'll be there last week in  June.  We will be coming from the US.  We initially planned to go to Japan kaya lang from where we are based now, it's better for us to go to the US than Japan.

Unplanned trip eto naming mag asawa kasi November pa sana kami punta. Well, we have always been like this. we're both spontaneous, go lang ng go.

Medyo malapit ka na sa Casa Loma which is a tourist attraction also.

Stay at Niagara also for at least 1 night. Madami naman budget hotels doon.

Gusto ko lang talaga Makita ang Niagara falls that's it.

may weird lang ako napansin sa Canada. Ewan ko lang kung sa Quebec lang yun or pati sa other parts: Nagpunta kami sa isang Lake at sa isang water park na may slides. Parehong may bayad, pero walang shower. Changing room lang! So after mong maligo, sa bahay ka na lang magbabanlaw? Ew.

OK na rin balikan, just go there really early kasi its a very busy area. Kasi just to actually see the falls, 2hrs siguro is enough for sight seeing, lakad-lakad from one end to another and picture taking tapos uwi na. Kaya lang, since you are in area already, might as well go sight seeing. If you want to buy souvenirs, you can find cheaper ones if you go past clifton hills towards Victoria ave.

But if you can spare 1 night mas maganda so you can see the illumination of the falls in the evening.  If you are traveling with adults only, have lunch at Falls View Casino buffet or at the Skylon Tower.

Mas maganda kung sakay kayo ng boat cruise. Try the Hornblower Niagara Cruises. No one should go to Niagara Falls without doing the boat trip! (except pag winter walang byahe). Nasa bucket list nga yan ng karamihan sa US.

^tama nag enjoy din ako sa boat ride. Try mo ang Wind restaurant eat all you can japanese/thailand resto. Dami lagi tao dyan sulit na sulit.

I could be wrong pero sa  Cap St. Jacques, Pierrefonds, hindi kami nag-shower. Hindi rin naman ako nagtanong kug bakit
Sa Mont Cascades , changing room lang, wala ring shower. Nagulat nga ako, kasi yung relatives kong half-quebecoise, hindi gumagamit ng changing room.  May cover lang na towel at sa labas sila nagbihis!

^galing kami dyan pero nakapag shower kami sa Chalet nakalagay ang shower. Lalo na sa changing room marami tourista ibang lahi walang paki kahit naka nude na. Nakakagulat pa minsan asian ang naka nude na gumagala sa changing room mukha korean or Chinese.

depende sa haba ng pila. the boat ride is just short - 30mins-45mins lang siguro pero a lot of times, mahaba ang pila and doon tumatagal.

yes you can book online. kasi ang pila, to buy the ticket, then pila ulit to ride the boat and doon tumatagal.

Thanks sis...  mas advisable ba mag rent a car na lang kami  or bus na lang? ako lang and my hubby ang pupunta.

best to rent a car.  it can be expensive to park, pero if you park at Fallsview casino and get a player advantage card, spend some $20 on the casino, then go to the players advantage desk to validate before you leave then libre na parking mo and baka manalo ka pa sa slot machine.  If you want, meron din parking near Imax or near that building across from the horseshoe falls area.

Park your car, take the boat tour then after lakad ka sa kahabaan ng falls, try the zip line (this is new), visit Clifton hills, Hershey store (try the choco milkshake - yumm!). Lunch at the falls view casino buffet and ask for a window seat.

we go to Niagara on a whim, kung kelan maisipan. Baka this weekend, we might go there. I was just there for 2nights in March. who knows, we might go there when you vacation here, magka salubong tayo doon
