Pls recommend a Lights&Sounds Supplier

Chili, Sensitivity is doing my drapes instead of Natural Art. The latter was honest enough to tell me that they haven't had any experience doing drapes for Enderun's tent so I went ahead and asked Sensitivity instead. I haven't heard about them using old cloth for the drapes but I am thinking that when all the lights are on, it wouldn't be super halata naman? As long as the ends are not tastas or anything kasi yun yung halata sa walls...

Thanks reese17!! =) I think Ill get nalang Sensitivity to do our drapes =) Exactly my thoughts too about it being dark and it doesnt really matter if the fabric isnt too white LOL I only care that it is very neatly draped and pleated properly for the walls.

ladies, who among you will have a led wall instead of white screen? normally kasi sa side stage ang set up ng white screen but for led wall mukang dapat center stage, yung worry ko kung san yung couples area? pag center kasi tatalikuran namen ang led wall, ok lang ba sa side ng stage for the couple's area? TIA!

I love LED walls. Super nice output for the photo and video SDE. But I'm not sure if it's a good option as backdrop due to flare that it can give to the cameras of photographer and videographer. Any inputs?

Medyo inupgrade namin yung standard package namin. wala palang kasamang wireless mic yung nauna. Di namin napansin kasi 1st supplier namin sila a binook, di pa kami aware sa mga specs specs. e 1k each if mag add-on. Nakakaloka! Kaya imbes na mag-add ng 2k or 3k for mics lang, inupgrade na lang din namin yung buong package. huhuhu.

already asked my photog about it and you're right, it does have an effect pero binigyan naman ako ng basbas ni photo team ko since they can compensate with their flash daw kaya lang mukang sa side nga ako mag papaset up ng couples area para makapanood din kame ng maayos.. hehe

Hi! Can anyone recommend a lights & sounds supplier here na credible, maayos kausap and performs well on the day?  I've already inquired with the following, hoping anyone can suggest more suppliers with the same caliber:

- High Impact (fully booked)
- 5th Element (replied fast and complete quote, just waiting for options to compare with)
- Forscink (no quote yet)
- DNX (quoted me 67k so mahal compared to High Impact and 5th Element)
- Jamsy (meron pero malabo kausap, they just send me incomplete quotations over and over!)

Sensitivity is off my list because they are expensive considering they didn't perform flawlessly during my own wedding, didnt manage to fix it and never even apologized for it.

May communication issue talaga ako kay Jamsy... they never put a single word on any of the emails they sent me. Makes me worry kung maayos ba to kausap or di nakikipag usap at all Why.

Looks like im going with 5th element. Maayos kausap and timely sumagot/ makipagchat.

Do L/S suppliers also supply trusses? If so, how much is the usual rate of trusses rental?

I know the rental cost depends on the size of the trusses. But would like to know the average cost per square foot of trusses.

Some L&S suppliers have trusses but better to consult your stylist on who he/she prefers to get kasi usually they prefer yung lagi na nila katrabaho and kabisado na nila what kind and size of trusses they have.  My stylist estimated trussing to cost 140k on top of the styling... lol buti di kami natuloy sa trussing kasi di kakayanin ng venue

Hello girls! This might seem like a silly question to you guys.. but how do you know if you need something more than the 'basic' sound system pa? I get the point of sourcing for a lights supplier, pero bakit pati yung 'sound' kasama?

Would appreciate your input on this, kasi my fiance and I have zero knowledge on these matters  . Sabi pa niya hindi ba pwede ikabit na lang yung phone sa speaker at magpatugtog thru spotify (and I found that to be a legitimate suggestion so ewan ko na hahaha) TIA!

Sound kasama since you need microphone i guess and the basic sound most probably yes you can use your phone para magpatugtog sa event niyo. you need more than basic if maghire kayo ng band that requires more than the "basic" since meron silang kelangan na specs/equipment for their instruments
