Pls recommend a Lights&Sounds Supplier

Hi sparklingjewel, im thinking of getting sensitivity too. How much chargenya sayo sis, Pa pm naman kung not allowed to post here. Infinite soul din band ko and sabi nila monica, usually daw kapag hotel ang venue, pangit sound system parang karaoke daw ang tunog ng band so im looking for a good sound supplier. I will not get rejekrew kahit maganda ang sa wedding ng sister ko. Ayoko ng walang peace of mind. Additional stress.

Sis ece baka kelangan magtunong lalake ako sa text para replyan nya ko agad hahaha. Super busy pa naman si h2b... pero sige, try ko yang strategy na yan. Ang hirap naman ng ganito, you have to tiptoe your way pa around them. Tsaka nakaka-stress diba kasi baka ibigay ka niya sa ibang team niya. Syempre gusto natin alaga tayo come wedding day.

Sis sparklingjewel i'll ask nga rin my coordinator kung ano feedback niya kay rejectkrew. So far kasi emcee ko palang natatanong ko about him eh. I'll give him 1 more week. If mahirap pa rin siya kausapin, i'll go with sensitivity na rin. I messaged them na on fb and asked for a quote. Thanks for this pala sis

Sis mga 42k ata package ko pero dont base on my quote kasi super iba yan per wedding. Mine is outdoor kasi and we had the lights partially upgraded.

Nabasa ko rin yan, get a reputable sound system na lang na ok sa banda mo kesa sa emcee, sila naman kakanta kaya sila mas nakakaalam ng maayos na sound system. Hindi yung emcee mo unless singer din si emcee. Lahat naman ng nababasa kong lights and sounds dito at sa w@w mukhang ok naman sa program flow ng wedding. May mga overrated nga lang, you should try Artuz101 or LST kaya sis.

Sis sparklingjewel 42k? Wow that's a far cry from the 10k quote ni rejectkrew hehe. Sana hindi 42k akin. And reading your replies, parang you all have a specific way you want the lights to look. All the while i thought generic lang yung look ng lights for every venue. Like me, sa glass garden. Akala ko lahat ng setup ng lights dun, pare-parehas lang. Hindi pala? I need to research this.

Noveetwenty3, i wont be getting a band or quartet. I'll have the dj play songs from cocktails til the afterparty. My sounds provider will be working closely with the emcee kaya dapat with a good working relationship sila. And i'd need a reliable dj. Thanks for the recommendations sis. I'll look them up.

^Sis, as I understand it merong basic packages mga L&S supplier pero most likely for indoor venues kasi yon.. yun yung 10k 20k that we often hear. But I have a very big outdoor venue kaya medyo kailangan magdagdag. My 42k quote includes extra lights (we upgraded it halfway palang, will wait for Kutchie's opinion if need to upgrade to full kasi i hear she is very particular sa L&S) and a generator for our LED walls. Hehe super hindi pare-pareho lang ang treatment sa lights! Thats why i tell other sisses here na di porket 42k quote sakin ni Sensitivity mahal na sila for you... definitely not. Better to tell them your venue and ask them to quote accordingly. May brides din who want to achieve a specific look for lights kaya minsan mas mahal than usual. On Rejectkrew, they just gave me the usual 10k package as well, ewan ko kung may consideration manlang yun of my venue...i didn't pursue talks with Elmer na so much kasi he was begging off my wedding, he doesnt like OOT weddings daw.

Weird mas madami PAR lamps Sensitivity and 5th Element recommended for even even if my venue is indoor. Until I figuered it out hehe Your setup kasi will have literally 900 string bulbs all over your tent ceiling heheh so thats why siguro no need for so much extra lighting na. =) =)

barbeecue: medyo madami lights needed if you want mood lighting and ambient lighting. Then if you have movingheads pa medyo expensive since each movinghead is 2.5k.

^I booked Sensitivity before my stylist so no, they don't know yet our plans for the ceiling hehe i just said outdoor clear tent, 40 X 100 ft. Ok lang I'm sure they will be flexible once Kutchie is involved.

sis barbeecue, you might want to check soundlevel pro lights and sound. they're from cainta lang. sa pictures, may specific lights din silang pinakita if you want to achieve a specific look sa venue mo. GG din ata yung nasa pictures nila.

It's so interesting seeing the different lighting breakdowns. We're having a few hundred bulbs and 8 PAR lamps, plus 6 PAR LEDs and some "audiosensory lights" (no idea what those are haha) for the dance floor. This is in addition to the existing lighting at the venue -- they wrap fairy lights around the trees and they have a gorgeous lit-up wall/terrace of greenery in the reception area. And we're doing a ton of candles all over the property too

meron po ba dito The Hanging Gardens b2b? or naka-attend ng event dun? sabi kase ng otd coord ko mejo madilim daw yun venue pag gabi esp sa may platform ng couple, so we're thinking if we will get a lights and sounds, aside from the inhouse and basic lights and sounds provided ng venue? any suggestions for the said venue? or pag naginquire ako sa mga suggestions here, i have to tell them my venue na? thanks mga sis!

Just talked to my coordinator and she said since DST is my emcee, best to get rejectkrew daw kasi DST is super familiar na with rejectkrew. Wala din naman akong band or strings eh. Just songs played throughout the reception. If i get someone else daw, baka malito lang si DST. She also said rejectkrew daw will deliver talaga kasi si DST may hawak sakin. If not si DST daw yung emcee, she'll suggest someone else nalang for my L/S.
