Pls recommend a Lights&Sounds Supplier

hi sissies! need help with our L&S. basic sound system is included in the package of our venue but we wanted to add mood lights also. they quoted us 500 pesos per unit for the mood lights with their in-house supplier but im not sure how much of this we need. ilan ba usually ang standard na kasama sa package with other suppliers? do you also think its a fair price?

btw, this is for a morning wedding but we can use daw the blinds to cover the glass window panels.

Sis sorry I just saw this now.. 6k sis. But mine is only 4500 ansi lumens. 5000 ansi yung sayo diba? Bka adjust ng konti sa rate 4500 ansi kase recommended ng metro sakin..tapos videographer 5000 ansi gusto nila pero I asked them ok padin daw ang 4500 ansi for 200 pax para sa venue natin.
I need to contact metrotech ulit for our live streaming din.

^ hi sis, kapag kasi thru my coord ang booking sa Metrotech may free upgrade from 4.5k to 5k ansi lumens.. 6k din quote sa amin. Try mo sis kausapin Metrotech baka pwede rin kayo iupgrade. baka sa kanila na kami kumuha kasi sabi ng Verve (our L&S supplier) good deal na raw yung sa Metrotech, sa kanila na raw kami kumuha.

na sad naman ako Kat of 5th Element just messaged me and told me that the railings for their split type LED wall broke down and they will have to send it Singapore pa for repairs eh mag d-down na dapat ako to reserve the LED wall.  Anybody know of a supplier na may split type LED wall din?

Usually L&S providers have LED walls.. you can check Sensitivity or Metrotech.

Hello to All!

I really wanted to check all for this dilemma i have  At first, i really wanted to have a full blast flowers. Kaya lang, bukod sa seenzone ako ng event stylist (then fine! goodbye sa kanya), sabe ng OTD ko, kahit daw hindi na besides outdoor naman ang wedding. So now, next is we are eyeing for LEDwalls. (For the first time, nagkasundo kame ng fiance ko on this, magandang lighting and ledwalls haha), problema ko, is it advisable na mag ledwall sa outdoor, casablanca venue (gusto ko kase talaga matakpan ang likod ng stage yun sa pool)? bukod pa dito afternoon wedding (looking for 2-3 ceremony). wrong move ba? i need help

^if you want the LED wall sis for your outdoor event.. make sure there's a tent.

Hi sis infinity24ever! I had LED wall during my wedding and my supplier (5th Element) were showing pictures to us of their event in Philippine arena for the INC celebration. Their LED walls were placed outside, morning til night. Sabi nya what's good with LED wall compared to projector is no matter how bright the venue may be, whether indoor or outdoor, it will be visible raw. Unlike kapag projector kailangan dim yung place para makita

Hirap sa ganitong lights and sounds or ledwall etc, overseas kame at ang hirap makipagusap. to think, wala naman kame idea kung ano ang pinagsasabe nilang par par lights. haha.

Sis highly recommended ko si RejectKrew for Lights and Sound. Got them at 10k, pero may additional sila kung may band ka sa reception. Ok sila sis kase even my wedding coordinator knows them well na magaling di na kelangan iassist pa sa tamang timing ng song. maganda rin lights nila.

need din namin kumuha ng projector para sa avp at SDE. gusto ko rin sama may livestream / livecoverage nung reception sa white screen para makita yung mukha nami hanggang likod. do i arrange that sa videographer ko or sa projector supplier? medyo dumb question pero lost talaga ako,

yung mood lights ba additional bayad pa sa l&s provider? pati yung DJ?

Led walls are used in lieu of Projectors because they have better display and high resolutions so the picture/video is clearer and it doesn't choose any ambiance .. its good whether your venue is bright or dim. However,  it's 4x more expensive than a projector screen..Around 20k or greater.

If you intend to have a live streaming, talk to your projector / led wall supplier and videographer. Metrotech has 3ccd camera which is mainly for that purpose..but there will be a separate technician for that.

Oo sis mahirap talaga pag wala Kang idea kaya I emailed my supplier and asked for pics para makarelate ako. Sila lang kasi ni hubby ang nagkakaintindihan haha! My supplier kasi have this pdf file na may packages Tapos May pics dun nung event nung effect na naproproject nung equipment included para I have an idea. Sino na ba supplier mo sis? Ask mo sila so you have an idea

Trusted si metro tech when it comes to LEDs.  If you have a prenup video, might as well invest on a good LED wall otherwise your investment on the video will just go to waste.  The designs of your venue will be further enhanced din if you will get good lightening, surely your coordinator can suggest good ones.  Mark Tan and Sensitivities are great options.

Im currently working on my budget by I have no idea how much to budget for lights and sounds. I dont have finalized contracts with strings, band and stylist with specs on what is needed so I can only guess how much it will all cost.

How much is a typical LED screen? Also, how much is the average Light and Sounds setup for a wedding with 6-pc strings, full band setup, and mood lighting etc? Is it true some people reach 100k for lights and sounds? Why??

My coordinator said kasi that prices vary depending on supplier, and a lot of the lighting requirements will be specified by the stylist. She recommends though that I only go with trusted and reputable suppliers because sometimes sabog the sound, or wala sa timing.. etc etc
