Hi mga sis! After few exchange messages with 5thelements, i ended up not choosing them.
although their equipments are branded talaga and may quality, medyo pricey na sila for me. Some supplers naman can do our pegs without paying too much.

i am considering estne lights & sounds, saka intensity 8 & artuz

question lang mga sis, kung may basic lights and sounds yung place namin, kailangan pa ba talagang mag rent ng other lights and sounds?  Ano ba mga pros if getting l&s?  Thanks in advance sa mga makakasagot

^sis bonzaigirl maraming pwedeng isagot sa tanong mo hehe..  i'll give some reasons that i know.. kami kase we also have basic sound and lights kasama sa venue package.. but we are being encouraged by the L&S supplier to upgrade the basic package we have para daw maging mas maganda yung ambience ng venue. So then we weighed the upgrade cost vs. bringing in another supplier who can provide the same upgraded equipment.

Totoo naman din kase na lights talaga ang nag dedetermine ng mood ng venue :-) and the stylists also rely heavily on lights to execute their plans sa venue. In fact, if you talk to the stylists, they will require that you at least have 16PAR LED lights instead of the basic 10 or 12.

On one hand naman, if you're hiring a band, some bands have certain sound equipment that they require or at least prefer,  which your L&S supplier may not be able to provide, so in that case some couple would look for a supplier to meet their needs. 

So depende sa requirements mo or sa look na you want to achieve sa reception, you can still go for the basic l&s and no need to look for another L&S supplier

ahhh ok thank you sis ice princess, that does make sense.  I apologize if i seem too dense especially for weddings in the Philippines. I haven't been to a lot of Philippine weddings, but I have been to some European weddings.  They don't shell out a lot for rustic weddings.  Ambience is created by lit candles and stringed lights.  The simple lights and sounds that are provided by the venue are the ones that are being used.  That is the reason why I am asking such.  Thank you for answering

^naku sis no need to apologize! nakakalito din naman talaga yung mga ganyang aspect ng wedding.  Kami din when we first started preps, we never thought that L&S would matter a lot para ma-achieve namin yung look that we are going for ... pero we still went for the basic l&s kase we don't require that too many lights naman for the look that we're going for and true din, lit candles and stringed lights can definitely add to the ambiance of a rustic wedding depende lang talaga kung ano requirements mo sis so don't feel pressured to upgrade or get an additional L&S research ka din dito GT for other ideas, dami tayo natutunan hehe.  Happy preps sis!

OK na ba yung 9x12 ft projector screen, 5000 ansi lumens projector for 200pax, indoor venue (high ceiling), evening reception? SDE and pictures slideshow lang yung ipplay namin. TIA
