TRUE, kakagigil nga si Lynelle, silang magkapatid! Kaya super bilib ako sa parents nila eh. Despite being born, raised, and actually living there, kitang-kita mo na Pinoy pa din ang upbringing, at talagang magagalang na bata who appreciate their Pinoy culture and heritage.

sis ginger_ale, OA yung tilian ng mga bagets sa Leyte! Grabe sa power ang boses ni Darren talaga, umiibaw pa din kahit ang lakas ng hiyawan.

Napanood ko din yung Tapatan ni Tunying, nakakabilib talaga ang humility and pagiging magalang ni Darren, yung ratio ng po at opo nya halos 60% ng sinabi nya. Nung sinabi nyang nahohomesick sya minsan (which of course, can't blame him), naaliw ako sa reaksyon ni Anthony - genuinely yung parang "Don't you dare try to leave now" effect ng sinabi nya. Hahahahaha! Pero seriously, waaaag! Sayang ang pinangutang ni mommy and daddy kung bigla na lang aayaw si bagets He has so much potential - among the 4, sila talagang dalawa ni JK ang mas malamang na magkaron ng pangmatagalang career, and he has the edge of being a total performer + a very, very strong fanbase. Magkaka-website na ang mga Darrenatics - imagine! At si bagets, mag-guest lang, trending na agad! Kahit ata single lang ilabas ng batang ito e tatabo na sa sales e.

Sobrang saludo talaga ko sa parents ni Darren, yung pagiging supportive nila, saka yung pagpapalaki nila dun sa bata na humble, magalang, mabait (may hugas-kawali moment pa)... And yung iniinstill nila kay Darren na kahit pagod ka, ngumiti ka, at keep your feet on the ground.

^parang bigla akong naawa sis KVsWhammy nun sinabi niya na naho homesick daw siya....e nun 13 yo old ako parang hindi ko ma imagine mahiwalay sa parents ko sobrang bata pa to be independent. owel, this experience shld just make him stronger and better..magamit niya sana as he strives to reach for his dreams...

ako lang ba nakakapansin? parang hindi ko ramdam na all-out ang abs sa kanya..parang "sige lang andyan ka na e"...maski yun pagka panalo ni lyca eversince feeling ko niluto na yun ng station for the little girl..may nabasa din kc akong comment ni tony surtida (tama ba?) na accept na lang daw defeat ni D kasi the producer's choice will always prevail...there must be something going on behind the scenes na di alam ng tao...saka parang nakikita ko kay D yun nangyari kay James Reid..si james nanalo as big winner pa ng PBB pero hindi inalagaan ng ABS..feeling ko may kanya kanya din manok ang star magic e..kung [textspeak!]-anong projects lang binigay nila kay james hanggang sinalo ni vic del rosario.

mas maganda kung VIVA management sana si darren...viva manages the careers of sarah g., anne curtis, vice ganda, kc conception, james reid etc...feeling ko mas maximize potential ni D dun kasi magaling mag-alaga si boss vic...saka fit siya dun kasi viva is into movies and concerts production as well...as of now yata co-management ang contract ng star magic kay D...ewan ko ba, sa dami kasi ng talents ng SM marami sa kanila nasasayang lang or nabuburo

Actually dun din ako naawa sa kanya, parang gusto ko syang i-hug. Hehe. Pero seriously, hindi madali yun. But true, it should help him mature. Hindi basta-basta yung mundong pinasok nya, kailangan nyang maging matatag talaga.

To be fair to Star Magic, I think they're good handlers naman. The Voice Philippines (kids and adults) are both franchises, so hindi sya 100% produced ng ABS-CBN. Kaya nga their albums are under MCA Universal, which means limited lang ang 'power' ng Star Magic over their shows. The top 4 are all still under The Voice contract - so kung may mga projects silang gustong ibigay kay Darren, I'm sure may mga restrictions pa yan hangga't in effect yung kontrata. Kaya nga sa mga tv guestings, kailangan laging may kasama - di puedeng si Darren lang.

In the case of James Reid, hmmm, di ko masyadong nasundan ang career nya eh. Pero we can take the case of Erich. It also took time before sya sumikat, although may exposures na sya before, right after her SCQ win, kaya lang hilaw na hilaw pa sya noon - so nawala sya sa ere for a while. I think what Star Magic does is 'pinapahinog' muna ang mga artista - hindi nila sinasabak hangga't hindi nila nakikita na 100% ready. In the case of D, I think the only time we can determine Star Magic's efforts is when Darren is already out of his The Voice contract. Magkakaalaman na.

Fortunately for Darren, he has another handler, so someone else is looking out for the kid's career. So he gets to do thanksgiving shows, concert guestings, etc. For sure, pag nadetermine ni Vehnee S na he's not getting the best, ililipat sya when he can na. Mas nasa disadvantage actually yung tatlong iba, like JK and Darlene - I don't think may iba silang handler. And Lyca, when The Voice fever is over, and the reception of her work is lukewarm - waley din mangyari sa career.

I have to agree though, na magaling ang VIVA mag-handle din ng talent. I hope Darren will make the right choices when he can. Saka sana wag sya iwan mag-isa dito ng parents nya. Hehe. Parang mas magandang kahit isa sa kanila nandito.... (nakialam talaga ko. hahahaha)

Grabe yung tickets sa concert ni Jed Madela, almost gone na yung best front seats! Buti I was able to get a couple pa sa may bandang harap. Lakas din makabenta ni Darren eh.

^sana nga mali ako sa analysis ko sis...minsan kase nakaka chamba sa mga ganyang pakiramdam e yun sinabi kasi ni tony s. medyo ganun din ang tingin ko nun umpisa pa lang...parang na confirm lang. anyway, intayin na nga lang matapos ang TVK contract and let's see what SM will do with him.

magaling talaga viva...imagine ang ginawa nila kay sarah and anne...si sarah straight from winning star for a night and anne na halos wala naman career dati sa gma...pati si james reid nga..parang hindi ko na nga siya maalala from his career back at abs...ngayon pwede na pantapat kay daniel padilla..

^may nabasa akong tweet by an employee yata ng abs, sis...acdng to her, pangbida levels daw si D hindi pang supporting roles (hindi kaya mabigla naman ang bagets, bida agad?)...sabi pa niya everything's worth the wait daw so kalma lang...ay nako, don't they just dare prove me right sa hinala ko..kung hindi sakalin ko sila! hehe.. fan na fan lang ang drama

pero sis, yang video ni sarah and darren, may pattern yan...parang signs of things to come hehe..kasi yan SFAN hosted ni regine at the peak of her career, parang babies niya mga naging contestants dyan and that's where sarah g was discovered nga..10 yrs later, sarah is at the peak of her career mentoring darren naman...so si darren na susunod makaka abot ng pop superstar level..pinasa na sa kanya yun torch..declare ko na para magka totoo

one thing common to all of them, they are all products of singing contests. kung under viva sana si D pati yun common denominator nila cos regine was also under viva for a long time.

Ang bilis ng A&A natapos agad! Hahahaha! Nabitin ako sa The Prayer nya, grabe ang ganda, sneak peek pa lang nakakapanglambot na.

And Kris was literally gushing over him, nakakaaliw lang. Hehe. Kulang na lang sabihin nyang "ako na magproduce ng concert mo". For her to say na sisikat ng bonggang bongga si Darren was wow - flattering. I mean Kris A is a lot of things, but one thing's for sure, she knows talent when she sees it - and for her to openly praise him like that - affirmation na if D should need it, she'll offer her all-out support.

Sana nga sis ganyan maging direction nya - let's hope and pray that Darren will continue to thrive in the right direction. Super magiging happy tayong mga fans nya.
