to all the HR out there: 201 file

Paano ba ang 201 file? As in hindi ba nawawala yun?  I mean kahit 10years ago kang employee meron pa talaga silang record about it?  Thanks!

Yes, its in the archive na. yung ibang companies meron silang scanned copy of your 201 file, yung iba hardcopy mismo.

Oic. The reason I ask is it's because I saw one of colleage na nag reapply tapos sabi niya hindi naman niya sinabi na previous employee na siya.  Mahuli kaya siya?  Gusto ko timbrehan yung HR kaya lang baka sabihin pakialamera ako

e kesa naman materminate siya dahil later they will find out.  Baka kung ano pa gawin ng company sa kanya.  But hindi nman siya tumuloy
