I ordered from zalora today worth around 3.6K, unfortunately hindi ko nailagay voucher code ko. Emailed them, pero I'm not positive if they will respond. Told them if I can still add my voucher or can they just cancel my order. Haay, first time ko pa naman umorder sa kanila. Charged to experience nalang siguro ... 

UPDATE:They replied to my message via fb, they advised na they can just cancel my order, then reorder ko nalang ulit then add the voucher. Thank God! Waiting nalang na maging cancelled yung order ko sa account ko sa zalora, tapos reorder nalang ulit. Sayang din kasi yung mamemenos ko using the voucher

Sa mga nakabili na sa Zalora, ok ba yung quality nung inhouse brands nila (Zalora Basics, Zalora, Something Borrowed)? Mejo bet ko yung isang dress sa Zalora Basics they have discount codes din kaso baka pag dating di pala ok yung quality.

Authentic ba yung binebenta sa Zalora like yung brand na Mango?

^Nakabili ako ng Mango top sa Zalora before pero there's no way to confirm kung authentic kasi yung nabili ko di ko nakita sa store.

first time to shop today at zalora. bought 2 beauty products which are kind of hard to find here. the vl hot cleanse jelly and bioderma sensibio tonique. gusto ko mag try bumili ng clothes and shoes pero im worried about the size and quality

First purchase ko I bought wedge, flat shoes and tote bag from around 1600 yung total naging 1300 nalang kasi ginamit ko yung voucher na 15% off for first time customer. Ok naman yung sizes nila, size 7 ako sa shoes and size 7 din inorder ko and it fits perfectly. Chloe Edit ata yung brand ng shoes/sandals and bag Zalora mismo.

Peplum blouses nila ang gaganda. Gusto ko talaga yung fit nila. Itong last week nagpurchase ako ng 2 dresses maluwag sa akin yung isa. Alam ko pwede naman ipapalit kung may problem or hindi kasya sa LBC ata pwede kukuni nila dun. Kaya lang hassle pa kaya pa-alter ko nalang.

Mas maganda basahin din yung details para alam mo yung measurement especially if clothing yung ipupurchase and kung ano talaga yung size mo stick to it.

I just bought a couple of things from Zalora for the first time yesterday at around 3pm, and my order arrived before 11am today. I'm impressed

I've never tried ordering clothes and shoes online kasi baka hindi maganda ang fit and all, pero sayang kasi the P500 voucher if BPI credit card ang gagamitin tapos may additional pang 20% if 2 items from Zalora Basics ang bibilhin. From 2,300, naging 1,300 na lang 'yung binayaran ko. Nakaka-enganyo!

Anyway, 'yung in-order kong shoes tama ang sukat sa akin. The blazer naman medyo masikip sa arms pero maluwag sa body but hindi ko na i-rereturn since boyfriend blazer naman ang peg. Sabi ng officemate ko na mahilig bumili ng office clothes sa Zalora Basics, talagang masikip daw sa arms ang fit ng mga damit nila.

Now, tignan ko na lang kung okay ang quality ng items nila.

After so many years of being a regular Zalora customer, I'm saying goodbye to this online shop. For this year, I bought from Zalora almost every month, sometimes even more than once. I always use my bpi eprepaid card for the transactions. Zalora rejected my latest order and when I called them, they informed me that my order was cancelled & they will return my payment. It's been 5 days since the transaction but until now, Zalora hasn't returned my payment! The worse thing is, I'VE BEEN CALLING THEM EVERYDAY!

Each time I call they will give me the same answer, that my order has been cancelled. I thought maybe hindi lang naiintindihan ng customer service rep nila sa fone so I sent a detailed email BUT I GOT NO REPLY. Wow. So hindi na nila ibabalik yung payment? They'd just keep giving me the same answer as if it solves the problem? Grabe. What a bad customer service. Sayang because I love buying from them but I guess this will be for the better cos actually online shopping just makes me too much of a consumerist cos it's easy to just click and shop. Warning na lang din to those who use eprepaid cards, debit cards, or credit cards; proceed with caution. Especially if the online shop has a VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
