On a trip to Taipei, our friends na Taiwanese took us to different restaurants na pine-patronize ng locals. We asked to eat at DTF ang although masarap food nila, tama sinabi ng local friends namin na may mga mas masarap pa na resto in Taiwan compared to DTF.

It is in Megamall, beside THW. So parang THW langdin ito siguro saa pila pagbukas neto.

I saw this beside Tim Ho Wan in Megamall this week because of my Ortigas errands.
Hubby and I were already planning to check out the restaurant once it opened kasi super na-appreciate namin ang THW but would really want to try Din Tai Fung

I was in megamall last monday, ribbon cutting that day.. baka this week open na siya.

price and pila, not so bad (well, not as bad as I expected it to be), downside lang, ang liit ng serving.

yes i totally agree they have small serving, they just opened also here in Dubai.

Recently tried the one at Megamall and sad to say the food was not good. After hearing the same review from friends, I decided to try it and I have to agree with their review pero baka mag-improve sa katagalan. The one sa Taiwan and HK not bad naman.

Samin naman ok naman ang DTF. I like their XLB compared to other restos who served XLB. Though medyo pricey compared to tim ho wan pero nagustuhan naman namin ni hubby.

I love their chocolate XLB!

 I wish they'd open in MOA or somewhere in Makati.

i also love their XLB. a bit pricey… but since my craving was satisfied, what the heck. haha!

They have good food XLB nila is good but not the best around. Will try that chocolate one next time!
