^You cannot do that in Airbnb apartments kasi usually you transact with the owner mismo. If it states that it's only good for 3, sundin dapat.

paalala lang sisses. hotels, apartment accoms, ryokans etc sundin niyo kung ano yung dineclare niyo na number of people. remember japanese people always follows the rules para iwas problema kayo. kayo din mahihirapan kapag nagkaproblema. usually hotels are very strict and monitors the visitors getting inside the hotel siguro akala niyo maluwag but they have cameras everywhere. magulat na lang kayo may charge pala, hindi din naman kasi sila confrontational.

^Kaya 1 day tour in Kyoto. You can go see the must-see sights lang (Kikufuji, Kiyomizu-dera, Gion). Kyoto is better than Osaka when it comes to cultural sites. You can visit Dotonbori naman at night pagbalik nyo from Osaka coz thats the best time to visit. Do the Osaka Castle na lang on your last day since your departure is at night pa naman.

Hi mga sis, second timer na ko sa Japan pero Kansai yung dati. April 10-13 ako. Tapos na yata ang Cherry blossoms by then?

I've been backreading (pero di ko pa tapos, matatapos na rin ang thread 3!) and I've decided not to go to any theme park. Di naman kasi ako theme park person talaga haha. I only have 3 days na buo (day 4 being my departure) kaya gaya ng nabasa ko sa tips dito it's better to prioritize. Self proclaimed otaku ako so Akihabara is probably my first stop (or yung longest stay ko siguro haha). Andaming nagsasabi sakin na super bitin daw ng 3 days ko kaya medyo nadisappoint ako sa pag book ko. I can't afford to go on a week long trip rin I have kids and I will miss them . Pero I'll be meeting up with some Japanese friends and stay sa house nila so ok rin sana dahil libre accommodation.

Nasobrahan na ata ako sa temples sa Kyoto so I decided to go on a few temples na lang. Parks siguro for cherry blossoms (kung meron pa!) and shopping ang priority ko. Speaking of shopping, di ko alam kung anong dapat kong bilhin. Last time na nagpunta kami iPhone lang talaga target namin and some Apple accessories. Ngayon cosmetics naman ang gusto ko lalo't hubby-free ang trip hehe or kung afford ko yung second hand bags baka ganon na lang. Is it okay to buy those goods sa Tokyo? Parang I've read somewhere na mas ok ang prices sa Osaka kung bags ang usapan.

And anong tingin nyo sa outlet stores sa Tokyo, mas mura pa rin kaya generally kumpara dito satin? I've proven na yung electronics super sulit pero nabili ko na gusto ko so yung ibang goods naman balak ko. Thanks.

^sis sorry I am not very familiar with the otaku culture but ang alam ko nga akihabara ang best bet mo. Meron din ata sa may nakano broadway just one stop from shinjuku if you take the rapid chuo line. 2nd and 3rd floors alam ko puro otaku stuff.

if ayaw mo na magtemples just focus on sigthseeing and shopping like shibuya, harajuku and shinjuku. outlet stores here are generally way cheaper than Manila especially lacoste and coach. pinakamalapit na outlet stores siguro is the one in odaiba or minami-osawa depending on where you are staying.

^sis mhae_0615, if makakapag early check in kayo sa dating nyo sa Osaka, pwede pa iconsider na mag Kyoto kayo sa first day nyo. We've done din kasi yan form Tokyo , overnight bus to Osaka. Kahit borlog ako sa byahe iba pa din yung tulog sa bed, kaya nag chill lang kami sa first day.

I'll suggest na mag Osaka Castle kayo, then Dotonbori at night.

Last day nyo na yung Kyoto, kaya naman. 30 mins lang from Osaka nasa Kyoto na kayo.

^Ayami, I'm not into anime and manga but I like Akihabara. My brother and his kids mahilig doon so sinamahan ko. 5 hours yata kami sa Akihabara. Most stores sa Akihabara open at 10am so doon agad kami before going to Shibuya and Harajuku. Sakit sa paa, some of the stores walang escalators or lifts so running shoes ka na lang. Lalo na sa Mandarake, there's only one lift available and 8 floors yata (could be more) and there's no toilet. Yodabashi Camera naman sobrang laki, I loved buying toys sa coin-operated dispensers nila. I've seen some duty-free stores sa Akihabara selling second-hand bags but they did not look good to me sa Shibuya or Harajuku ka na lang tingin, and marami stores are obviously tourist traps. Most of the male shop assistants sa Akihabara are shy as well but very helpful. I had lunch sa Gundam Cafe sa Akihabara, the food looks good on photos but the taste sucks. There is also a building that sells sex toys sa Akihabara kung kasama mo lang hubby mo.  Like you, I was in Japan for 3 days only, 2 days in Tokyo, 1 day in Osaka, and it is 'bitin'.

Saan sa Tokyo or Osaka may night market gaya ng sa Bangkok? Balak ko kasi wag magdala ng marami damit and dun na lang bumili sana. Thanks! =)
