Asakusa is fine. Pero huwag ka sa Ueno mag-stay. Medyo magulo dun pero okay siya for shopping din kasi tiangge style at cheap.

I suggest around Suginami-ku or Setagaya-ku just be sure yung stations na malapit sa rental room mo ay may direct lines to the shibuya or shinjuku. lived in both places super convenient. residential area talaga to for families kaya tahimik pero usually madami kainan at shops sa train stations.

Hi Sis Glamorous_aisha, ano ang mga direct lines from asakusa/suginami-ku or setagaya-ku to shibuya or shinjuku vice versa? Naguguluhan pa kasi ako sa subway nila. I'm still looking for a hotel to stay. At least yung mga hotel near that line ang hahanapin ko.

sis ang dami. haha check mo wikipedia page ng shinjuku at shibuya stations.

ang usual at pinaka convenient to shinjuku is JR chuo line, sobu line, yamanote line, seibu shinjuku line. Shibuya naman keio line, toyoko line, yamanote line, ginza line, den-entoshi line. at madami pa major transfer stations kasi yan sis. just give me a station name sis para masabi ko kung okay or hindi.

hotel ka naman pala sis eh. akala ko you'll rent an apartment at namro2blema ka. madami na din nasuggest sisses dito regarding sa hotels. backread ka lang. most of the hotels nasa center.

You might wanna check the hotel I stayed in - Agora Place Asakusa, walking distance siya sa Sensoji Temple at Nakamise Street.

Plus, 2 minutes away lang siya sa Tawaramachi station sa Ginza Line.

Got our VISAs today and we're granted 5 years multiple entry. 😊 Chill mode itinerery ko for Tokyo hence, will plan Kyoto/Osaka next time.

Ok lang ba sa Shibuya area? Dami daw kasi tao eh kasama ko pa 2 year old and 10 year old kids ko. Sunroute Plaza sana but I read madami daw tao, minsan magulo daw. hehe!

we're going back to Tokyo on May and this time kasama na ang little miss namin she will be 20 months old then.

Ask ko lang kasi I can't remember, may mga ramps ba for prams sa train stations? We stayed in Shinagawa last time and parang wala akong matandaan kasi.

Uso rin ba ang high chairs sa restaurants?

I'm not sure sis why we were given multiple entry.  However, when we applied for SoKor VISA, we were given multiple entry din, we travel almost every year kasi as family (3 of us).  We could have qualified based din sa website ng Japan Embassy to have:

3. A person who has enough financial capacity
4. Spouse and/or Child of (3) above (also applicable to Vietnamese and Indonesian Nationals)

^uguisudani is a bit seedy sis. madaming brothels so parang red light district. clarification lang about sa mga neighborhoods na sinasabing seedy or medyo magulo sa tokyo it's not like you're going to get mugged or anything siguro makakita lang kayo gulo pero hindi tulad sa states or sa pinas na pag sinabing bad neighborhood eh super delikado na.

Hi mga sis! Kakakuha lang namin ng visa kanina from reli mega, approved kami husband ko single nga lang pero okay narin!
Nov 29- dec 11 ticket namin manila narita manila. Initially plan namin. Tokyo osaka kyoto nara kaso naubos na budget namin sa korea nung may after namin madeny nung april sa japan :-) so sabi ko focus muna kami sa tokyo.
Will stay sa house ng friend ko sa urayasu/chiba near disneyland pero i want to stay sa tokyo mismo for 3 nights, ang goal ko is to shop beauty supplements ,drinks and skin care. san po ba pinaka cheap nito? I read sa shibuya, odaiba ok daw bumili. Shiseido, meiji, fine, and the like.
If makabili naman ako maharang po ba sa airport or better if papaship ko from japan to pinas?
Lastly po any new tourist destination sa tokyo na must puntahan?
Pashare narin po suggested ITI ha kasi after namin madeny nung una, di na ako nakapagresearch. I have 1 week to go. :-)

Marami na ring beauty products & supplements, like Meiji & Shiseido, sa mga branches ng Don Quijote (Donki). You don't have to go to Odaiba kasi medyo malayo na 'yun.

Malaki rin ang beauty products area ng Yodobashi Akiba sa Akihabara.

Sa Taito ako nagstay, sa may Asakusa - there are a lot of restaurants and hindi siya ganun ka-crowded. For me, Asakusa is like a bigger Binondo na maluwag and tahimik. If you want peace and quiet, sa Asakusa ka or sa Ueno mag-stay.

And cleaner, too. I really like Asakusa kahit malayo. Mas laid back ang neighborhood. Sarap maglakad-lakad. Saka cheaper ang pagkain.

Try staying at K's House Tokyo Oasis. Very nice place.

Had my ticket issued yesterday. Flying to Haneda on Tuesday.

Day 1:

Tokyo Tower
Robot Restaurant Shinjuku (any feedback?) or Shibuya (again!) for the crossing
Kaiten sushi or sushi train dinner

Day 2:
Meiji Shrine / Harajuku / Odaiba or Skytree
Then back to Kawasaki for dinner n some grocery shopping (a must during my every trip )

Day 3:
A bit more shopping before heading back to Haneda for my late afternoon flight

I'm in Japan now almost every month and am happily experiencing the changes of the seasons. Super hot in August, cool Oct, and now cold Nov. Will probably spend New Year's there again, too, but maybe in either Osaka, Nagoya or Tokyo ulit.

1. San ko po pwede isama ang uniqlo ginza, gotemba outlet and tsukiji?
2. For 13 days 12 nights na iti ko po how much estimated na budget for tranpo and food lang for tokyo and osaka kyoto
3. What card to buy for transpo? In case lang na hindi kami ipagdrive ng friend namin :-)
4. My husband wants to see modern part ng japan, not much sa mga historical or temples, with my iti meron po ba ako dapat tangalin at ipalit?
5. Pwede po ba pashare ng link ng mga resto that we should try sa tokyo at osaka, reasonably cheap na masarap.
