^^ we got Suica cards, prepaid reloadable card. Pwede sa train, bus, etc. After the trip, we kept the card (like we did sa EZlink, T-Money, Octopus, etc), for use sa next trip. Or if walang next trip, souvenir na lang yung card.

sis, is Suica card available sa airport agad? and accepted in ALL train & bus lines, or selected lang?

^ sa pagkakaalala ko, nagamit namin sya sa lahat ng lines ng train&bus, except for the Disney bus shuttle. We got ours sa isang train station. Not sure if meron din sa airport.

bumili din kami ng suica....di ko na nga na refund.... if you want sis engroselle send ko na lang sayo yung suica ko then lagyan mo na lang ng load para di ka na bibili ng card....i have 2.

By the way mga Sis, if nag book ba sa mga hotel sa Japan, do i have to put my son sa adult na? He will be 10 years old na by May and considered as adult na siya sa ibang hotel doon. Or 2 adults (me and my husband) lang declare ko? Ang mga hotel kasi tinitingnan ko yung may mga king size or twin beds na medyo malaki ang size based sa website...

We are planning to visit tokyo on april 8 to 13 via jal. We'll apply for visa last week of january. 3 adults kami. How's the weather in april? Carry pa ba ang bubble jackets and boots or just ordinary jacket will do? We'll be staying either at keio plaza hotel tokyo  or shibuya excel hotel tokyo whichever is cheaper between these two.

3 months ang validity ng Japanese Visa, unless maapprove kayo for multiple entry VISAs.

Since April 3 pa naman ang flight niyo, I suggest to apply for a VISA sometime February, para magoverlap lang, kumbaga lampas ng April 13 yung validity niya.

You might wanna enquire sa Friendship Tours, Dusit Hotel. Dun ako nagapply. =)

If you want to have a hotel at the city proper, OK sa Shinjuku or Shibuya. I stayed sa Asakusa kasi tahimik. =)

suica cards can be purchased in any JR stations. Then yung passmo cards naman any subway stations. Tama si sis vhanya. iinit lang ulo mo kapag masyadong puno iti mo kasi maraming lakaran. for pinoys talaga mahirap. mga hapon kasi talaga puro lakad.

yung sa hotel iba iba ata yung age na considered adult ang bata. just inquire or minsan nakalagay naman kapag nagpareserve ka.

sana kasi mahaba validity ng visa. sana at least 6mos. hehe

yung IT ko naman is draft lang. hubby & i are free to skip sites anytime. hehe
para lang may direction yung araw namin. hehe

btw, saan po nakakabili ng tix for the sites? Jap issued credit cards lang kasi tinatanggap. better sana if we can buy tix in advance para di na hassle pagpila.

nabook si father in law and brother in law ng ticket to tokyo for august 2015. 12k+ lang RT na! piso seat sale ng cebu pac. sana kami din makapag pabook ng ganon ka mura. hirap kasi mag book sa sched namin ni fiance mamaya di kami makasama sayang bayad

Sa shibuya andon yung famous crossing na lagi pinagshu-shootingan ng mga movies like fast and furious tokyo drift, lost in translation etc.... Andon din yung statue ni Hachiko (mejo overrated to pero pinupuntahan pa din).... Harajuku (takeshita dori) tambayan ng mga nagco-cosplay atsaka shopping area din to ng mga hip and trendy, may 100 yen store din and Don quijote bilihan ng mga anik anik. Andon din sa shibuya yung malalaking mall like Shibuya 109.

Sa Shunjuku puro mall din dito and andito din yung Tokyo Metropolitan Observatory building, wherein you can see the skyline of tokyo from the top, for free.

Hi shygirlme!

If you wanna explore Tokyo in all its beauty, I suggest avoiding theme parks and yung mga common na tourist spots. Sa Shibuya pa lang, mageenjoy ka na lalo pa dun sa Meiji Garden and Yoyogi Park. Honestly, bitin ang 3 days sa Tokyo, so make the most out of it.

sis we're looking into tix of Tokyo Tower, Skytree, disney sea, Sanriopuroland, bullet train to osaka (can this be bought in advance or keri ng on the day itself?...)

also, sa Meiji shrine, better po sa Treasure House or Inner garden? 500 yen po entrance on each e...

disney sea pede bumili mismo sa disney website para di ka na pipila sa gate, sanrio puroland binili namin to sa travel agency kasi may discount... yung train to osaka pede bilhin advance....

Hello, saan bang ward or district pinaka okay mag stay. Yung mga trip namin na activities is checking out yung shopping area and of course shibuya. I'm thinking Chiyoda. Yung Taito ba is sa may Chiyoda area? If not, malapit ba sa Imperial Palace ang Taito? Thanks!

Shopping is Shibuya or Shinjuku.

Sa Taito ako nagstay, sa may Asakusa - there are a lot of restaurants and hindi siya ganun ka-crowded. For me, Asakusa is like a bigger Binondo na maluwag and tahimik. If you want peace and quiet, sa Asakusa ka or sa Ueno mag-stay.
