anong weather pag december/january sa boracay? nakatyempo din kasi ako ng manila-caticlan na 800. saka anong activities ang pwede aside from island hopping? we will be bringing our 3-year-old toddler.

Hi sis for me mas gusto ko weather ng december/january hindi masyado malumot and hindi mainit. Sa akin tamang tama lang ang weather. Sometimes expect mo na may mga konting ambon sa gabi pero saglit lang yun. Nakakuha din ako ticket  manila-caticlan-manila for 800 per person din.

ay nice! thanks sis! tyempo kasi na vacation namin hehe.. naexcite tuloy ako. last time na nagpunta kasi ako dun eh july 2011. medyo malakas ang alon sa kabilang side. ok naman dun sa other side. may alam kang activities na pwede sa toddler aside from swimming and island hopping? ayaw ni hubby mag-island hopping e.

We just had our vacation last June 12-15. Daming tao nung June 12-13, especially Koreans and Chinese. We stayed at Boracay Regency, we so love the hotel. Mainit pag morning until 4PM. Come Sunday and Monday, visible na kumonti ang tao. Anyhow, we enjoyed our stay there. We tried parasailing, helmet diving, atv, island hopping and cliff diving. If you're looking for a tour guide, I can give you the contact of our guide. He's mabait and accommodating.

Will be back here this June 30-July 3. Now with my 4 mos old son.

Last na visit namin was August 2011, may bagyong Mina dito sa Manila, akala nga namin maka-cancel yung flight. First time pa namin nun. Medyo maulan din sa Boracay that time but we got to enjoy pa rin naman nakapag banana boat kami, helmet dive & island hopping.

Looking forward for our upcoming trip, though mas mahaba ata biyahe kasi we are booked Manila-Kalibo, unlike before Manila-Caticlan yung flight namin. We have our baby pa naman with us.

Hi! We booked a Boracay flight on September 23-26 via AirAsia. We'll arrive in the evening and we don't have any contacts yet upon arrival. May boat ride pa din ba kahit gabi? Around 7pm going to the island?

We're all first timers and haven't hired any agencies yet. I'm still thinking if agency is really necessary.
Can you recommend affordable hotels? yung meron na rin tie up with water activities so we can have discounts. Still clueless Though matagal pa naman yung flight kaya I still have a lot of time to prepare.

mga sis, hindi ba masyado maulan sa boracay around last week ng august? dito kasi sa atin maulan na yun. dun kase namin balak mag celebrate ng 7th birthday ng anak ko. tsaka ano ba magandang activity kasama sya? helmet diving o island hopping? medyo takot ako haha kase dalawa lang kame tapos first time namin pumunta, mga di pa marunong lumangoy, haha.

Mga sis, okay pa ba sa Boracay between August to September? Di naman kaya maulan na by that time?

Any recommended hotel/guest house for a big family? May kids and infant (7 months old) kami kasama. Yungmay pool sana malapit sa becah pero affordable. Tia!

We were in Boracay June 14-17. We're party of 6 and booked 2 rooms (semi-deluxe) at La Carmela and activites include island hopping, parasailing and buggy/atv ride.

Weather was ok and no lumot/green algae at station 2 (but station 1 surprisingly has a bit of green leftovers, this is right in front of Royal Park)

La Carmela is ok, my son and nephew enjoyed playing in the pool and I felt secure leaving them there since the lifeguard was really watching them. Great location for someone who likes a festive atmosphere. They also have a fire dance show at night. Rooms are 'pwede na'. The beds are kinda firm. I like that we can easily hit the beach and find our way back to our rooms easily to change or grab stuff. I just hated that our balcony is facing a wall! Absolutely no view at all. I think balconies are just made so we can have sampayan for our wet clothes..hahaha. As for their breakfast buffet, if it had not been free, we'll skip it! I didn't appreciate it all but hey, pang laman din ng tiyan!

The moment you stepped on the white sands of Boracay, you'll be greeted with preys offering you 'good deals' on banca tours and other activities. Unfortunately, we fell for one. For 2k he assured us that we'll get to see 7-9 islands. We should have cleared what's actually included in the tour. Sus! Ituturo lang pala sa iyo yung 'island'. 'Yan po ang crocodile island', 'Yan po ang bahay ni Pacquiao'. For all you know, 7 na yun! Hayyy...Their first agenda is to bring you to places where there are entrance fees like Crystal Cove. Not sure if they have additional commission if they bring guests there. In fairness, it was a good experience at Crystal Cove. Pero I was looking forward to Puca beach talaga so we can actually swim there. Pero si Manong nagdahilan na malayo daw yun, 1 hour pa at baka daw gutumin lang kami kase walang kainan doon! So dahil si Mader ay gutom na rin, we didn't push it na rin. Nag-snorkel na lang kami which my son really enjoyed especially when he's swarmed by fishes because of his baong tinapay. Btw, the tinapay costs 100 pesos sa kanila huh! In hindsight, it couldve been better if we've taken the group tour where they offer buffet which includes lechon (daw), at least marami kaming turista na andoon ang they'll truly bring us to the places they said were included in the tour.

So the following day, after our lunch at d'Talipapa, we chanced upon Joel who offered us parasailing for 1k and buggy ride/atv for each pax. He's really nice and honest. Me and my kid really enjoyed the parasailing. For Buggy ride, maski pasahero, 500 pa din bayad. We were led to Ocean Tower where we get to see the beauty of Boracay. You have an option to buy the photos that were taken of you by their in house photographers. 150 per photo. Bumili kami pero di ko naman nagustuhan yung quality ng picture. Back to the ATV place, meron din photographers. Binili rin namin yung photos, they're much better than those taken at Ocean Tower, and pwede mo matawaran kase printed na. Kesa masayang di ba? We bought for 100 each

Overall, we really enjoyed Boracay. The weather was really nice, considering June yun. I was praying na sana walang bagyo. Umulan, pero gabi naman. Pinalipas lang ang init.

expect mo na baka ulanina ng trip nyo, pero pag naabutan mo na di umulan on the day of your trip, makikita mo ang boracay at its finest. walang seaweeds at di crowded.

sis, maulan na that time. tumataas yun tubig and hindi ka na sa beach dadaan but sa main road pag may bagyo.

^ during rainy season in Boracay ( June - Oct) mahirap lang dumaan sa beachfront pag high tide, kasi umaakyat ang tubig at natutulak pa ng wind kaya medyo tingin ng iba is nakakatakot kasi malalaki ang alon at malakas, pero pag low tide na, doon mo makikita yong wide fine white sand ng Boracay :-)

Day 1 here in Boracay...we're staying at crystal sand...kapagod biyahe with an infant in tow...tomorrow na lang kami mag activities...ask ko pala san yung church dito? Ano name? Gusto namin ma visit eh...thanks

^ sakay kayo sis ng trike papuntang Balabag, sabihin nyo lang sa driver na sa simbahan ng Balabag, madali syang makita kasi nasa harap sya ng mainroad. Tanaw nyo agad from the road yong simbahan. 

Kung mag charter kayo ng trike its Php 60 pesos pero kung mag hail lang kayo ng may pasahero na, its Php 10/person.

View ko sa work ko ang church, baka makita ko pa kayo pagbaba ng trike hehe.

Hi sisses! Booked my mom and sisters nya for Boracay this Jan 2016. 6 sila lahat. Baka meron kayo marereco na accommodation na pwede magluto. Salamat!

@Shiecg - thanks sis ah, ngayon lang ako nakavisit ulit dito kaya late ko na nabasa reply mo. Napuntahan namin yung Holy Rosary Parish, nilakad lang namin after magpaphoto op sa may grotto. Sa crystal sand kami nag stay...

Kakauwi lang namin ngayon, kakainis yung ulan kagabi di tuloy kami nakagala hehe...

Anyway enjoy pa rin naman kahit di na kami nakapag water activities, layo lang talaga pag kalibo galing. Buti na lang na contact ko Kuya Rowel at magandang rate binigay sa amin 2 vans kasi ginamit namin dahil 25 kaming lahat.

@sis cosmochix - Kuya Rowel's # 09204319111. Nakuha ko lang din dito yung number niya. 2 vans kami and he asked 1,500 per van. Hindi ko na nga nabigay name ko kay kuya Rowel, I just told him I will refer him kasi he's mabait, prompt & punctual.

Tinatanong niya nga kung saan ko nakuha number niya, sabi ko sa online forum because he was recommended there. Ewan ko kung na gets niya.
