Mga sis, am going to Boracay this coming March.  Have you tried helmet diving there? If yes, where did you join and how much did you pay for it?

Hi sis! We got it from Red Coral, 500/pax. 30 minutes. May package sila na 1000 bale helmet dive plus kasama na ATV to mt Luho, daan sa mini zoo, then back to hotel.  they will give you CD ng helmet diving pictures and videos too.100php

hi! anyone can give the status of the water and the smell because of the coliform issue? We're supposed to go there this April 6-8, Station 1 however my hubby and family decided to have it cancelled because of the coliform issue. Napanood namin sa TFC na even instructors and longtime residents ng Bora eh nagkakasakit..may mga bata kase kme kaya we don't want to risk.

Hi sis cheepee! I think there'll be no issue if you're gonna stay at Station 1 White Beach.. Bulabog beach is the one that's in the news which is on the opposite side of Boracay island.

Hi. I would like to ask for your feedback on Henann Garden resort? is it ok ba? or any suggested accommodation in station 1 that has a pool? syempre out na ang discovery, fridays since over sa mahal.
Will be in Bora on May. Malumot pa kaya nun? TIA!

sa mga recently galing ng boracay, how much na po rates for island hopping packages? and kanino kayo nag avail? i will be there with a friend on march 11 to 14 and dalawa lang kami, both newbie pa sa boracay.

Have just been back from Boracay.  The water in front of white beach was green because of too much "lumot".  I didn't dare swim in the water and didn't join any water activities because of the coliform issue too.

Sis, sana nag-is;and hopping kayo kasi malinis yun ibang beach like Ilig-iligan. Before ok din naman ang Puka.    Ewan ko lang now.

No, hindi malumot sa puka but the tide was strong, so still couldn't swim...

Andun yung friend ko and family nila, raind and shine tapos malumot talaga.

Best time talaga na naexperience ko ang Boracay first week of February.

Sis, any feedback on your stay at The Orient? I've scored a good deal and we'll stay there this summer kasi. 

Hello girls, I scored a good deal also in CCP sa The Orient. May feedback na ba? I'm just worried it might be too far since it's not in the White Beach area. I read reviews that the shuttle breaks down. But all other reviews mukang ok naman dito

1. Any experience with 2GO travel? Tried booking and it seems like one way lang. So i guess you have to book agad pabalik? How's the travel? I want to try this one maiba naman and tipid meals budget.

2. It's been years since i've been to boracay. Any suggested BUDGET beachfront resort in station 1? Will be bringing my fiance and it's her first time. Ball park figure would be nice and payment options  contact numbers etc.

^sis, mahirap maghanap ng budget BEACHFRONT resort in station 1.

How much ba is your budget? And are you going ng peak season or lean season?

I stayed in Sur sa Station 1 before. I like it, not exactly budget pero compared to other resorts in that area, mura na siya. P3,200/night yung standard room nila if low season. If peak season, P4k/night.

For me, para makatipid talaga, iwasan ang beachfront hotels. What we did the last time we went there nung Nov 2014, kumuha ng NON-beachfront accommodation sa Station 3 na hindi naman malayo sa beach, tipong 1min walk lang. And then tumambay kami sa Shantal's resto bar kasi free na gamitin yung beach chairs and tables nila if oorder sa kanila ng drinks (happy hour nila starts at 2pm).

Para mas makamura sa hotel naman, you can always check the prices sa Agoda. Madalas mas mura doon kesa direct hotel booking. Check airbnb din.

sister hotel sya ng boracay regency halos pareho ng layout ng rooms, hindi sya beachfront kaya mejo mas mura sya sa regency, okay naman sya, madaming pool, big enough naman yung mga rooms. Why don't you book regency instead? meron silang promo yung filipino package with transfers and full board meals (breakfast,lunch,dinner) para wala ka na poproblemahan, and i think it's a very good deal.

Hi sis! I just got back from Boracay the other day, I hope my inputs would be helpful.

1) I went to Boracay via 2go. JAM Liner in Kamuning EDSA has buses that go directly to Batangas port (P175 bus fare), travel time is approximately 2.5-3hours. Best to book the cabin or state cabin room of 2go as it's so impossible to sleep sa Tourist area. There are hundreds of beds per room, no curtains, maingay ang kids, super small beds and very small restroom being shared by lots of people. If maubusan ka ng cabin room online, ask the receptionist on board the ferry to upgrade your accommodation from tourist to cabin at an additional cost of P250 per person. You have to reserve a room as soon as you board the ferry as the waitlist for the cabin rooms can be long. The receptionist will page you if there are available cabin rooms pa after all the passengers have boarded.

What I liked about 2go:
- I had a really comfortable stay at the cabin room. I was able to sleep well.
- Pagkagising mo, you're already in Caticlan. Just a 15minute boat ride and you're in Boracay already. I started my vacation early and refreshed - imagine being there at 8am, with full sleep, sulit ang first day in Boracay.

Going back to Manila, I decided to just book a flight kasi the sailing schedule of 2go Caticlan-Batangas is at 8am. I don't think I can stand to be stuck there during the day, won't be able to sleep plus nanghihinayang ako sa araw. If there is a 2go ferry that sails at night back to Batangas/Manila, I'd ride that.

Verdict: I'd consider riding 2go again when I go back to Boracay if I won't be able to score a cheap flight to Caticlan (which is often!).

3) Affordable beachfront accommodation in Station 1 -  Royal Park Hotel. I've stayed there a couple of times already and I'm satisfied! The rooms are big and clean, breakfast is nice, airconditioner and heater work well, fridge inside the room, accommodating staff, yummy breakfast, convenient location. It's in Station 1 just beside Astoria Boracay. Everything is within reach. Check it out in Agoda, it's always on promo there.
