Hi mga sis! I'm traveling to Boracay this Thursday. My first solo trip and my first time to visit Boracay. I also want to take that opportunity to rest, read books, and contemplate on my life. My question is, where to stay? Yung safe sana for solo travelers and syempre friendly sa budget. 'Hope you can suggest resorts. I plan to walk-in lang para ma-check ko muna if I'll be comfortable in the resort. By the way, mas mura ba talaga mag-walk in? I read somewhere na kung hindi naman peak season, mas may advantage daw pag walk-in since the rates are usually negotiable during off-peak season.

^ i always stay at Sunshine Place sa station 1. nag walk in ako dyan before pero sept yun. mas mababa talaga rates.

ngayon, im not sure kung pwede maghaggle kasi alam ko Oct hindi na sya low season.

for me sis mas nakamura kame nung nag Boracay buong family kesa mag party for 60th birthday.  6 kame lahat non, naka 56k lang kame for 5days.  DIY lahat   nag abang ako seat sale na tickets tapos may mga affordable din na hotel sa station 1 or 2.

^High season na nga pala ang November. Pero feeling ko naman sa dami ng resort/inn dun, may matutulugan naman ako. Thanks for the reco sis. 'Will check them rin. Other places I'm looking at is Frendz and Zuzuni.

...land transfer ng Air Asia from Kalibo to Boracay...

Hi Sis, we availed Air Asia's land transfer from Kalibo to Boracay. Actually Southwest tours din sya.

PROS: Very convenient, since hindi mo na kailangan mag-book. 520 pesos sya one way (vs 525 pesos one way + 5% web admin fee). They just sell tickets like how they sell their in-board snacks and drinks; just present the ticket you bought from your flight as well as your plane itinerary after you land dun sa booth nila paglabas mo ng airport, and you're ready to go. XD

CONS: 520 pesos din ang pabalik vs 400++ pag magbu-book ka directly via Southwest tours (malapit lang yung office nila sa D*Talipapa). Fixed price din sya; hindi rin applicable ang senior citizen's discount.

Pero with 975 php RT + 5% web admin fee (direct) vs 1040 php RT (Air Asia), parang not much difference na rin. So what we did na lang, since may senior citizen kami na kasama (Dad ko) and medyo tinatamad kami mag-book (lol), one-way lang inavail namin thru Air Asia then dun na kami sa Boracay mismo bumili ng tickets pabalik the afternoon before we left the island (390 lang binayaran ng Dad ko pabalik).

mga sis recommend naman po nice cheap hotel in station 2.yung walang aakyatin na stairs kasi dad and mom are seniors.

My parents kasi are not yet sure kasi *baka* may dumating na trabaho sa end of November, kung kelan kami pupunta. Hindi ko pa nabasa kung pwede i-refund yung sa Southwest kaya hindi pa ko nagpapa-book sa kanila. Kaya plan B ko si AirAsia

Hi guys. may alam ba kayong inn or hotel sa station na may kitchen? Nalate ako ng reserve sa Tans Guesthouse wala na available family room.
Me and my family will go there on December. 6 pax.

It will be my 3rd time in Borcacay and lagi kami sa Tans nagpapabook dahil affordable, clean and friendly mga staff. Any suggestions san pa maganda family room in Station 2? TID

Kailangan mo talaga may kitchen? last year sa Island nook kami, ok naman at affordable din. May free breakfast na rin. Try to check them. This year naman sa Henan Garden kami. :-)

Hi sisses, I've booked a flight and hotel na for NYE celeb. 4 days kami. 5pax

I just have some questions:

1. how much standard or cheapest rates ng activities (Island Hopping, ATV, flying fish, parasailing)
2. Where's the best place to party I've heard of Epic bar okay ba dito? or any other suggestions?
3. and best places to eat!
