Boracay Thread 35

Was in Boracay last Sept 8 - 11. May times na umuulan, may times na maaraw, may times na makulimlim. But we're not complaining; ang mura ng airfare at hotac namin kaya solb na solb.

Airfare: Around 1,350 RT
Accommodation: 1800 per night at Island Nook for a standard deluxe room for 4 pax with breakfast (booked via Travelbook.ph)

For our water activities, yun lang, during the time we were there, nagsi-taasan yung prices. We got parasailing for 5 pax at 1,250 each (1,500 talaga yung rate but we haggled), helmet diving at 300, flying fish at 450, parawsailing at 1,500 for a private boat.

Salamat sa mga matiyagang sumagot ng questions ko. This was a memorable trip for us. Birthday ng sister ko and yung kuya ko nagpropose sa girlfriend niya who was also with us during the trip.

for how much? kung dun kami manggagaling sa place ng mga atv's malapit na lang ba sya?
we're planning to do atv or buggy car then puka beach till sunset

How's the weather in the island? Will be there two weeks from now, and although kebs ako sa beach activities, I'd like to see sunrises/sunsets naman!

Also -- can anyone suggest good places to eat? First timer in the island here

We are going to Boracay in January. This is going to be our first time in Bora and I'm having a hard time choosing a hotel. We want a clean hotel with a good view that is not too noisy but is also near shops and restos. We are travelling with an infant so i guess aside from swimming, we'll mostly just relax, people watch and food trip. Right now, I'm considering Boracay Uptown, Boracay Regency and Zuzuni. Any insights or suggestions mga sis? Thank you

haha! nako sis kung ako lang nakakasawa din buhay isla kung alam mo lang. pag matagal na nakakaburyo na din.. pero sa beach laging at peace ang mind kaso pangit pag bagyo promise! pero kung bakasyon lang eh winner naman!

j.adore: kung you're with your friends super party try niyo sis yung pub crawl bar hopping sya 1 bayad na kasama sa package nila yung free drinks sa every bar na pupuntahan ninyo. If you're into vacation na super enjoy naman pag morning better do island hopping sis

Hi girls!

To those who have been to Station 3 recently, what can you say about it? I'll be visiting Boracay again this November with family and I still don't know where to stay! Gusto ko sana talaga sa Station 1, stayed there last Sep 2012, but the rates are really beyond my budget. And then hindi masyadong 'swimmable' ang dagat doon.

Station 2 is masyadong busy for me. So now I'm looking at Station 3 hotels. My bf stayed there kasi last 2008 pa and he has nothing good to say! Hindi raw niya trip sa area na yun pero I've read sa justonewayticket ba blog na okay din naman sa Station 3 and mas swimmable pa ang beach. I'm really confused!

Would like to hear your inputs, girls. Thanks!

Does it matter the location of the hotel matter if you want to do some activities? I'm eyeing 7Stones Boracay Suites, sa station 2 pero sa opposite side siya, sa may Bulabog Beach. Super kalayuan ba ng mga lugar? Tia!

^ Where is Bulabog beach, sis? Is this where they do kiteboarding? Malayo ata sya sa White Beach, maybe dapat mag-trike pa? Suggestion ko is stay in White Beach then just go to Bulabog for activities.

^Yes, may kiteboarding sa Bulabog Beach!  I've never been to Boracay kaya super tingin ako sa mga hotel pero ang hirap pumili 

Meron din naman sigurong water activities from station 1 to 3 di ba?

usually water activities are at the other side if windy pero november -summer even mga june  meron din sa station 1-3

sis chichigurl , boracay regency is the best for me we had a pleasant stay there. was there  2 weeks  ago nasa center but you cant hear any noise from the inside. you get what you paid for. sarap the food, clean rooms, nice pool and beachfront indeed
