If ever ba na hindi matuloy ang UG tour dahil sa weather nag re-refund sila ng full?

^ We went there last Thursday. Dumating kami around 10am. When we got out of UGR, it was raining. Tumigil din after a few minutes. We had our buffet lunch provided by the travel agency at 12nn in Sabang then skipped the Ugong Rock zipline because we were all exhausted.

During the Honda Bay tour, pabugso-bugso yung ulan. It rains in Puerto Princesa every afternoon so better if morning niyo gawin yung tours. Last night umulan din when we boarded our flight back to Manila.

Air Asia changed our flight to early evening instead of 1pm so my parents were able to go to Iwahig Prison and Penal farm and buy some pasalubong at the market. Mura yung danggit and cashew dun.

We stayed at Big Brother Hotel in Manalo Ave. The staff was nice and accommodating. We got their room for 4 pax with free breakfast and 1 airport transfer. Affordable yung room and clean. We initially planned to stay at their condotel in Rizal Avenue but chose the one in Manalo because of the pool. For the tours, we booked through Janejit Travel and Tours (09196359362 / 09353831847).

Going back to puerto princesa, yey! Care of airasia. Sana ok naman ang airasia. Anyway, may nakapag try na ba ng blue palawan? Ok ba sya? Blue palawan  or sheridan mas ok?

^ Blue Palawan is just few minutes away from our home. If you want a beach and pool near the city, pwede sa Blue Palawan. If you'd compare the beach, mas ok yung sand sa Sabang kung nasan yung Sheridan pero 1.5hrs away from the city. Mas malaki din yung pool sa Sheridan.

June23 - Manila to PPS via PAL (on time schedule at T3)
Stayed our first night at Balay Inato Pension House (near the airport)
Katabi lang pala nila ang One Manalo's Place

There was a festival at PPS when we were there, "Baragatan Festival"
Skipped the City tour on the first day and decided to roam around at the plaza, capitol and baywalk.
We have our 6:30pm reservation at Ka Lui... super sulit.
Ordered Fish Cordon bleu , Tuna Steak, sizzling seafood sisig, buttered shrimps, and crispy fish tail. Then tried their kalamansi ginger shake-- sarap! and mango shakes for my kids.
Bill ko 2,200 yata yun.. May 10% SC sila.

Nakasabay namin sa dinner ang group ni Basillo that performed at the plaza concert. "Yung kumanta ng Lord Patawad".

Hindi makakasagap ng wifi sa room (Room#4), kaya sa labas ako nag stay malapit sa restaurant nila. Need to chat my hubby kasi to feedback ang experience ng bunso namin sa airplane (first nya kasi)

June 24 - Our UGR tour c/o Korean World Tour
Tour Guide - Oliver (two thumbs up for Oliver)
Sya si Mr. By the way (dami kasi nyang by the way sa orientation nya sa amin hehe)
Sa Balay narin ako nakipag usap para sa UGR tour. Si Oliver nga ang nakuha nila.
1,500 each adult, 70% para sa bunso ko... bale 1050 sa kanya.
Pick up us at around 6:45am, then pickup din namin mga koreano at amerikana sa iba't-ibang hotels.

Nauna namin pinuntahan ang Ugong Rock... 200 pesos if you want to explore the cave
250 pesos for the zipline (seating position), 350pesos (superman position) additional ito sa 200 pesos na entrance sa cave...
Worth ang ugong rock sa mga physically fit... ako lang ang nag try.
Wait na lang kami ng parents at 2 kids ko sa van

Stop over para sa picture taking along the way "nalimutan ko yung place"
view was fantastic,,, dun daw shoot yung amazing race and survivor

then early lunch at Sabang pier, eat all you can c/o sa tour (kasama na ito sa 1500)

Dahil late afternoon na, pang number 80 pa kami.
Mga 1hour and 45mins pa kaming nag wait sa pier bago nakasakay ng bangka going to UGR

Hindi naman ganun nakakatakot ang boat ride.
Pagdating sa warf sa UGR, waited 40mis pa ulit, photo shoot ulit muna kami sa mga puno, gilid ng boat at sa tubig hehe

Ang lamig sa loob ng cave; ang ganda talaga!
Nature is LOVE!

After ng UGR nag signed up kmi for Sabang zipline.. 550 each for 800meters long zipline (ganda ng view, tawid dagat.. trekking nga lang ulit.
From Sheridan, may sumundo sa amin n 4 wheeled drive, then nag stop kami sa may mangroves, start na ng trek. nakakatakot lang kasi sobrang gilid na pala ng mountain yung trek nila.

Super pagod na, diretso na kami sa Balay Inato Pension to get our things, lipat hotel kasi kami.
Actually maaga kaming nag check out, 6:30am pa lang nag check out na kami.
Iniwan na lang namin sa guest room nila yung baggage namin.
6:30pm na kami nakarating sa Aziza Paradise Hotel. Near Robinson Place

Super Ganda sa Aziza Paradise Hotel... sarap ng food sa Demeter at sulit ang buffet breakfast nila.
May omelet and pancake pa sila, papagawa ka lang.
Basta sarap ng food.

Tried Kinabuch at dinner, masarap din mga grilled foods nila.
Jumpack din sa dami ng tao that night.

Dahil pagod na, nagbabad na lang kami sa pool ng hotel, hindi naman malamig ang tubig, enjoy na enjoy ang kids ko.

June 25 - Mom's bday
Buffet breakfast sa Aziza, sulit!
Bought 3 cupcakes (60pesos each); then pinalagyan ko ng candle.
Surprise kay Mami.

8am start na kami ng City tour this time tricycle lang kami.
Nakuha ko lang sya ng 600 pesos. si Kuya Dennis (09216438071)

Skipped ko ang butterfly garden.. naambon kasi.

Frist stop - Binuatan weaving (daming fan for 65pesos) place mat 350-500pesos
Second Stop - Baker's Hill (photo ops) hehe dito kami nagtagal.
Sarap ng moist cake nila, chocolate flavored.
saka chocolate crinkles.  May tinda din silang box (25pesos) if you want to buy, para sa bagahe mo.
medyo maliit nga lang.
Last stop - Crocodile Farm - entrance fee na 40pesos; libre na ang bunso ko.

Back to resort na kami.

Skipped ko rin ang Baywalk at Cathedral.

Pero usually 700 pesos ang singil nila kapag kasama yung mga na skipped ko.
Kasya ang 4 adults sa trike + 1 kid.

Pasalubong sa MCA kami namili.
360 pesos for 1k of kasuy
3for100 and kasuy brittle.

from Robinson dapat 40-50 pesos lang going to airport pero yung iba 100 ang sinisingil

10pesos each lang pamasahe from Balay Inato to Baywalk/Capitol

^ Yes, may terminal fee na P150. I went to Manila last month from PPS. Nag taas na pala ngayon

Nagulat din kami sa 200 pesos terminal fee. Sa international passengers 700 pesos!

Pansin ko lang madalas magbrownout sa Puerto Princesa. Buti may generator ang Big Brother Hotel.

^^We were able to go to the capitol for the Baragatan Festival celebration. Kumain kami ng dinner dun and umikot sa mga tiangge. Natuwa kami kasi kahit madaming tao, walang tulakan and kalat.

For the tricycle, here's Jemuel Cordero's number: 09071353942. Siya unang nag-assist sa amin when we got to PP and naghanap ng restaurant for lunch. Aga kasi namin dumating and our city tour was scheduled in the afternoon pa.

^ Blue Palawan is just few minutes away from our home. If you want a beach and pool near the city, pwede sa Blue Palawan. If you'd compare the beach, mas ok yung sand sa Sabang kung nasan yung Sheridan pero 1.5hrs away from the city. Mas malaki din yung pool sa Sheridan.

^ It's called B.M beach. The sand is ok. Not as fine and white like Sabang though. Medyo madami din ata seaweeds pag hindi nalinis. But I think the beach part of Blue Palawan resort is good and well maintained naman. You can search BM beach Puerto Princesa in google to have an idea

DIY for 9 pax- Very Smooth ang lahat kahit umuulan everyday, sulit at naenjoy naman namin ang bakasyon.

July 1
Airline- Air Asia- flt was delayed from MNL-PPS was delayed for 2 hours but still managed to have our city tour that day.

Hotel - Blue Lagoon Inn and Suites (Dormitory)- Recommended for large group talaga. The best ang service nila. Nililinis nila ang room room everyday kahit di namin nirerequest. bagong bedsheet at towels everyday kaya sulit talaga. Masarap din magbabad sa jacuzzi (pool area) nila after the tour. They also provide free shuttle service to/from airport. Pagdating namin sa PPS, nag-aantay na si manong driver.

Tours- We avail our van rentals kay kuya Jonel. Hindi ko sya nakita in person but still thankful kasi very accommodating naman lahat ng drivers na binigay nya sa amin. He also helped us securing our UG Permit at mga buffets.

City Tour- nothing spectacular. Dun lang kami sa souvenir shop at crocodile farm nagtagal, the rest parang mabilisan nalang. We only spent P1300 for the van and P40 for the Entrance fee ng Crocodile Farm.

Firefly Watching- Na-amaze lang kami sa dami ng firefly. Magaling din mga tour guide nila mag-entertain ng guests

July 2:
Underground River- Very thankful at naschedule ko to ng Thursday. Close kasi sila from Friday to Sunday. We arrived there ng maaga and the driver assisted us kung saan magbayad ng Environmental fee, boat, etc. They are very strict sa boat capacity. They required us to get 2 boats. May travel agent na nakisabay kaya pagdating dun sa UG, sya na na rin nag ayos ng mga papers namin at nag guide sa amin papuntang cave. When we get there, wala pang masyadong tao, kaya mga 15-20 minutes lang kami nag antay for our turn. Sobang lamig sa loob ng cave. We were lucky din na makakita ng tsongo na may bitbit pa na baby. Nakakatuwa lang silang tingnan na yung baby ang kumakapit sa nanay para di mahulog.

July 3
Honda Bay- This is the highlight of our vacation. Medyo magulo lang kumuha ng boat pero mabilis naman. Dun namin nalaman na sa 2250 na binayad namin sa boat, 20% lang ang napupunta sa boatman namin tapos hahatiin pa nila sa kanilang apat. Kaya we gave them money for their lunch and 1k tip. Ang babait naman kasi nila. They took our videos at sila nagdadala sa amin sa mga malalalim na part, dun kasi madami at magagandang isda.

Hi may nakapagbook na ba sa inyo ng package through asia travel?

  Ang mura ng package nila as low as 3269 may 3 days 2 nights with underground and honda bay na. Yun yung nakita ko na pinakamura na hotel. Tapos nagiincrease yung price pag mas mataas na hotel.

Hi Sisses. im booked to go to Palawan on Dec 2-5, 2015.

Our flight to PP is on 1:40pm thru Air Asia. Flight back is 7:45pm thru Air Asia also.

we are 3 in the group. do you think i can DIY our tours? except for the UGR because that needs pre-booking etc..

^baka you can talk to your UGR driver na sya na din sa half day city tour niyo. Kasi medyo magkakalayo din yung spots.. Medyo talo nga lang kung 3 lang kayo sa van. Another option is to hire a tricycle for the half day city tour, I think mas malaki yung matitipid pag ganon kase mura ang fare dito (I currently live in PPC). Honda Bay is another half/whole day tour, madali lang commute dito at pwede din DIY.

^ thanks sa reply sis. un nga dilemma ko kase 3 lang kami. its great to know na puede pala half day lang ang honda bay tour.. =)

un cousin ni hubby kase arrange sana ng tours namin. nasa 17k un accomodation at tours na quote nya. sama na dun un UGR, Honda bay at Firefly.

so isip ko UGR at accomodation na lang kunin ko sa kanya at DIY na un iba.. =)
