Hi sis! Its easy lang to DIY.. though ive been there 2009 pa, dun sa mga hotel where you will stay, they usually have tours na din. Minsan nga mas expensive kung kukuha ka ng ka tie up nila sa Manila, etc.
Permit fee is kasama na sa tour fee. environmental fee, etc.  Ugong is travel pa from PPUGR

I think okay din mag avail ng tours from accommodation. Last year I went sa PPS nakakuha ako ng great deal from Tree House Inn. For 3D2N stay with breakfast, included na ang half day city tour at UGR tour, nakuha lang namin 2K per head. Sobrang bait pa ng staff kasi from El Nido 6am kami dumating ng PPS pinayagan na nila kami mag early check in tapos late pa yung check out namin. Wala na kaming inasikaso, relax lang yung whole experience.

With regards sa Ugong Rock, I think you can ask yung tour guide and driver nyo na idaan kayo dun. Hindi yun kasama sa tour pero madalas dinadaan din ng mga tour guide yung tourist dun lalo kung mahaba pa ang pila sa Underground River. Of course, hiwalay ang bayad nun.

 I really want DYI, mas makamura kasi kami dun. We already have a hotel booking sa Blue Lagoon Inn & Suites. I booked it through Agoda for a very cheap rate, lumalabas na 3k lang per night for 9 guest. I booked their Dormitory room.

I am just worried about the permit sa UG. May kakilala ba kayong Driver (Van or Multi Cab) na pwede naming mahire and sasakyan and as tourist guide na rin?


This is our Itinerary:

Day 1: City Tour and Ihawig
Day 2: Underground River and Ugong Rock
Day 3: Honda Bay
Day 4: Bili ng Pasalubong

Subscribing too!  We'll be at PP on Oct13-16.  4 adults and 4 kids (ages 3-8).  Wala pa kami itinerary pero I'm thinking of doing City Tour, UGR and Honda Bay lang.  Also baka Purple Fountain Courtyard lang din magstay base sa recommendation ng GT sis din.

We stayed at Gohotel for one night, and that place was better than I expected. I was able to book a room for only 388 plus tax, so supersale di ba. Anyway, wala ako masyadong high expectations kasi considered budget accommodation sya.

When we got there, nagustuhan ko yung area where the hotel is located. It's right next to robinson's and parang hindi magulo yung paligid. Well-lit and clean. It's along the main highway, so it's not in some remote, hard-to-find location. The security and front desk personnel were accommodating and efficient, I give them a 10! Our room was basic but looked cute and had a decent view. The bathroom, fresh na fresh, haha. The bed was okay. Naka-good night's sleep naman ako. Breakfast was okay din.

I've stayed at Purple Courtyard before and it's great choice too. Pero siguro kung kailangan magbudget or walang rooms available dun, definitely I will book again sa Gohotel.

Mga sisses, any suggested itinerary for 9 adults, 3d/2n on March 14-16, 2016 pa naman. We'll be arriving at the PPS airport at 11 am and will be leaving at 1 pm naman.

Saka if you can suggest packages since madami naman kami, baka mas mura.

Try niyo ang Northern Hope tours.

Sila na ang bahala sa transpo and accomodation for El Nido and PPS.

Pray for good weather for PPUR kasi kapag malakas ang ulan di sila nagpapatuloy. sayang ang sched

I prepared DIY sched for our tour last December kaya lang kaunti lang difference sa booked tours. Sa Trike fare kami nagkatalo. So we proceeded with the tour na lang. Mahirap din kasi kapag laging tinatawag ni Inang Kalikasan mga kasama mo. Hahahaha! Good luck mga sis!

planning to go to PP on december pa naman pero iniisip ko kung sulit na kasi kasama namin daughter ko.. by then she is almost 4 yrs old na.

Can someone please help me with our itinerary? Bale April 10-14 kami, 8 adults, 4 kids. 5 whole days po yun, early morning flight papunta tapos late afternoon yung uwi. Plan ko sana is 1 day each for the ff: Honda Bay, Underground River, City Tour, Dos Palmas. Any idea kung ano pa pwedeng gawin sa isang araw kasi 4 activities pa lang yun e 5 days kami?

We are going to Palawan this June 5-8, 2015. Three Familes kami. We are going to stay at Floral Villarosa.

Their rooms is only up to 3 guests. But they are very kind enough to allow the second family( 3 adults, 2 kids), to stay in one room. Provide nalang sila ng double mattress for php600/night. Not bad compared to booking an additonal room!

We booked also the Underground and Honda Bay tour sa Restless feet, iyong kay Paula Peralejo. She gave me super night discounts, tsaka may kid rate siya. Eto rates nila sa tours share ko lang mga sis!

8 years old above - ADULT RATE
5-7 years old - 70% of the rate given per tour
3-5 years old - 50% of the rate giver per tour
2 years old below - Free

We'll gonna DIY everything coz, we're 6adults & 1kid..

day1
PPS arrival 9:30 check in to Corazon Tourist Inn (about 5 mins from airport)
around 10:30 proceed to PPUR (may mga kinakausap na ko for the permit and transpo)
  = i'm asking for around 2:00-3:30pm PPUR tour I heard nagbibigay sila ng time frame for visit
around 8pm dinner at local resto like kinabutch or kalui

day2
6am breakfast and a little tour
8am proceed to Honda Bay until 4pm. (pandan, pambato, cowrie and luli island) i'll just make arrangement
     with the bankero para kung pwede din daanan ang snake island...
6pm back to inn change, the go out again evening city tour and dinner..

day3
6am breakfast then we'll go to crocodille farm, mitras ranch, baker's hill... and other places na pwede ikutan at bilihan ng pasalubong until 10:00am
11:00. check out, early lunch the back to airport
1:30 flight back to manila...

btw, yung breakfast namin free sa inn so pwede pala namin itake out o gawing brunch sa last day namin.. at may free airport transfer din kame.. I got the room for less than 2k thru agoda with citibank promo... hehe...
