Ang cute ng dalawang to! Merong hotness factor kasi si james reid parang magmemelt ka. Tapos may mga kissing scenes pa sila so hindi bitin sana mabigyan pa sila madami projects and i love it that very visible sila now bec of gma. Akala ko din over na ako sa love team pero kilig ako sa dalawang to!! Ang sexy nya nung kumanta at sayaw ng wiggle sa ggv. Tapos nung hinuhubaran sya nung isang audience, soooo funny!!!:)

In fairness, ang lakas ng dating ni James Reid!  And so far sa interview he can express himself well  despite his snobbish aura before. I hope after this he'll be given projects na makakapag-work sya with better directors para mas maturuan pa.

I like them. They're talented and they have good chemistry. They don't even have to pretend to be in love for the love team to work (walang gimmick na sila). James is hot and Nadine is cute. With the right projects, they'll make it big. They're with Viva no? Tapos allowed sila to guest in GMA and ABS shows?

^ I didn't finish reading the book kasi super daming swear words and super gulo ng flow for me. But avid fans of the book said na loyal eto sa story.

As for the movie, I'm so sorry pero not worth the money. I was hoping that after DNP (almost same casts, same director) they would have learned from the criticisms they got pero wala. Pordalab na lang siguro and kilig if you want to see this.

The first half was decent. I actually enjoyed the fight scenes. I felt the effort to accurately portray the kind of gangster shown in the book.

Second half is a mess. Really, a mess. (Shems, dapat sa movie thread na 'to eh! Sorry mods.) Nagkaletche-letche na ang editing. F n f ko na nirush lahat. Parang di na motivated ang actors. Bitaw ng bitaw ng lines pero blanks ang eyes. Unlike DNP, mas sinamahan na nila 'to ng drama but I felt di natulungan ng director yun actors to show more complexity sa pag-act.  Again, the transition, similar to DNP. Parang pinagsama-samang scenes na wala man lang coherence.

The chemistry is still there pero you can't rely on that forever para makaabot sa wider range ng audience. Kikita to sa teens but if you want a big hit you'd need the yuppies who have the means to see films countless time if they enjoyed it.

Anyway, ibaba nyo ang standards nyo if you're a normal movie-goer dahil masakit talaga sa brain ang transition ng scenes and somehow pati editing, esp the second haf of the film. Natatawa na lang talaga ako sa tilian every time may kilig scene.  (hubby, wifey) Teens nga naman. Kiss kung kiss naman kasi. I guess, Jadine needs to work with better directors and writers. More workshops. Sayang ang potential if di sila nau-utilize ng tama. Rare ang chemistry between LT na walang feelings chuchu. If they'll have a sequel tee hee!), I hope with different director and staff na.

^bumili ako ng book, mga few pages, hindi ko na tinuloy ang pagbabasa, hahaha, hindi na lang talaga siguro ako teenager para matiis yung ganung klaseng book LOL.


Fan lang talaga ako ni James Reid, kaya ko papanoorin to, nakakalungkot naman sis ang review mo, kasi pangit na pangit ako sa pagkaka edit ng DNP eh, eh kung mas pangit to? LOL.

walang kadala dala naman kasi ang Viva, hello, palpak na nga ang DNP dahil si Andoy Ranay ang director, siya ulit ang kinuha, kakaloka.

saving grace na nga lang nung movie na DNP eh kasi nakakakilig naman talaga yung story, pero yung pacing, nakakaloka, nakakalito yung pagkakalatag.

ay sis, my post doesn't mean to bash ha. Actually, nasabi ko nga na may potential ang LT na 'to, at tee hee! may ilalaban si James R. 

For me, maganda ang 1st half ng film Sana naging consistent at least. DNP was forgivable for its flaws since rom-com talaga but this one...second film, sinamahan ng drama, one can't help but to be a bit demanding, di ba?

Quota ang abs ni James R. teehee!  Kiss kung kiss, mga sis! Kilig kung kilig. But sadly I'm not a teen anymore na makukuntento sa ganun. I want a good storytelling.

Tulad ng sabi ng fanneys ng 2, please stay for post-credits ha. Wala talaga akong alam sa ending neto sa book. Hahaha
Sa sequel (Never Talk Back to a Gangster), please tigilan na nila si Andoy Ranay. hehe Harsh pero di makakatulong sa Jadine.

Napanood ko na. Baka may mabanggit akong spoiler dito so beware na lang.

Ugh, I have mixed feelings towards the movie. Sa first part yes it was okay, kaso una pa lang, mapapansin mo na na may problema sa transition (though not as bad as the second half). I like the scene sa classromm when Top called Samantha sa phone nya. Natawa ako dun, kaso parang wala ng ibang scenes na talagang nakapag patawa sa akin. Parang nabitin ako sa kilig at comedy part nya. Hindi man lang inemphasize yung strawberry apron at yung abs ni james pagka tanggal. Haha!

Sana rin nabigyan ng highlight ang crazy trios and lucky 13. Parang pinadaanan lang ni direk eh. Maganda sana yung fight scenes kaso ang gulo ng camera. Sana nga hinbaan na lang nila yung ibang scenes na mas importante at mas mabenta and tinanggal na lang yung iba.

The second half, ayun na. Ang gulo na,. Ang bilis ng cut. Di ka makapaginvest ng emotions kasi para talagang pinag tagpi tagpi yung scenes. Ang haba ng movie, 2hours, pero pparang minadali pa rin yung story line.

Some very good scenes sana, yung beach at heli, kaso ayun, isang hininga lang, next scene agad.

Though James is really good here ha. Napabilib nya ako. I expected na siya yung weakest, pero he gave justice to his role. Si nadine was good too, pero I like her more sa DnP. Mas natural. Dito parang hirap syang kumonnect sa camera or sa tao pag drama scenes na.

I love this pair kaya ko pinanood. This is an objective criticism from a Jadine fan. Pero sana maimprove ng bongga yung next movie.

Di ko pa napapanood yung movie pero i will watch dahil i really love these 2.

Kung kukunin ng abs-cbn si james reid baka ipair up kasi kay devon at ayoko nun gusto ko nadine pa rin kaso baka di sila kunin kasi diba may kathniel na dun baka gma pa pumick up sa kanila.

Sana more movies pa for them at magworkshop para yung 3rd movie hasang hasa na sa actingan.

^^ ang hirap nga kasi nacocompare sila sa kathniel. hindi naman na teens sila james and nadine pero di naiisip ng haters yun. saka honestly, mas kamukha ni nadine si jasmine trias kaysa kay kathleen. 

i remember sa pbb teens before may sakit si james. may problem sa lungs... okay na ba siya?

i want to watch the movie pero wala akong kasama. for sure, aangal husband ko.

^ pero sis, most of their fans are teens. Kita naman sa theme rin ng projects nila. Kaya di maiwasan ang haters/fans nila na magdiscuss every once in a while. 

Ewan ko lang if true ang news na magkakaroon sila ng show sa 2. Homegrown talents ang  Kathniel, at until now, they've been milking those 2, especially after SDTG. So, I'm sure matatagalan ang so-called reign ng KN. Pero matalino ang Viva, I think magiging katulad sila nina Sarah, Anne, at Vice na may projects sa 2 pero di under SC. Jadine is actually a healthy competition for KN pero dahil sa latest movie nila, sana gawan ng paraan ng Viva na makakuha ng better director & staff for these 2 kasi sayang. Kahit bali-baliko ang Tagalog ni James, I think may ilalaban 'to. Sana.

I watched the movie last night, and I agree, super gulo nga ng pacing nakakaloka

Hindi talaga magaling na director si Ranay, dapat diyan sinisisante na LOL.

At hindi lang ako naguluhan, yung nasa likod ko, yung nasa kanan at kaliwa ko, lahat silang nag sisi comment ng hindi nila maintindihan what happened sa bilis nung pacing.


Sayang, kung magaling lang ang director, sana maganda kinalabasan.

Nakakapanghinayang kasi.


Pero as a James Reid fan, hindi naman ako nagsisi na pinanood ko siya, nakita ko si James, sulit na ang bayad ko hehe

I'm watching KrisTV right now on iwantv. Mukhang strict mommy ni Nadine ah.  Si James naman nagka-gf pala ng more than 3 years. Yun yata yung Ericka Villongco na nasa movie naman ng anak ni Piolo. At least di nila pinipilit na may special something sa kanilang 2 to make the love team work. Friends lang talaga sila. 

James sings well nga. Dapat more workshops pa for them if bibigyan ng show and sana maalagaan sila ng ABS.
